The community is well-kept, quiet, and peaceful. Office and maintenance staff are responsive and respectful. They listen and get things handled quickly. The downside is that these units are a bit old and therefore the appliances and heating/cooling will probably have a problem at some point. Maintenance is quick to respond though.

Jordan and I have loved living at the townhomes of Chapel Watch Village! We've enjoyed it so much because it accommodates all our needs such as a lot of space, wee live in the Columbia model so we have a garage, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and two bedrooms all for a good price too in the area that it's located. We also love that there are sidewalks and a walking trail to the neighborhoods near us too, which is amazing since we're both very active and love to be outside. Also love how the pool is open year around and the gym is open 24/7. The office staff are always very glad to help us and the maintenance also fixes all of our issues as fast as they can't even with their busy schedule. I definitely recommend living here and can understand why so many of the residents have lived here for years!

Moving to Chapel Watch Village is the best decision we've made since moving to Chapel Hill from California. Every single member of the team is professional while at the same time so friendly and making us feel at home. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood here within the property feels like genuine community. The diversity is amazing at all levels and it's a great environment for families with and without kids as well as singles.

Chapel Watch is a village of wonderful neighbors and fantastic maintenance team and office staff . Green grass, trees, walking trail, doggie park and playground for children for all to enjoy. Feels more like home than an apartment complex.

Chapel Watch Townhomes is a great place to live. The office staff is great. The rental process was a pleasant experienced. I highly recommend living here. The grounds are cleaned on a regular basis.

Cannot Say it Enough

I have said this before, but cannot say it enough. The management and maintenance teams at Chapel Watch Village are amazing. They are the reason the property is so desirable and beautiful and well kept and peaceful. The community that lives here is diverse in all ways, and it is safe and feels like home. I know that I have posted a review in the past, but things just continue to become more and more desirable. We are business owners and higher education professionals who moved here from the California Bay Area, and were home owners for many years so quite frankly, although I looked forward to the move, I never could have imagined how amazing it is to live here at Chapel Watch Village and interact with and get to know the management team, the maintenance team, and our neighbors here. I am so grateful for the corporate wisdom it took to bring this team together to manage and sustain this amazing property/village. Thank you again!

Home Sweet Home

My family and I only intended to rent at Chapel Watch for a short period of time while we looked for a single family home to buy but we’ve ended up staying here for the last few years because of how much we love the community. The neighborhood feels safe, the residents are friendly, and the office and maintenance staff feel like family. The units are spacious and the amenities are well kept. The pool and gym are never crowded and we are surrounded by great walking trails and lots of neighborhoods with sidewalks that have been great for walking our dog. This location is also hard to beat!

I've only been here a couple of weeks, but so far everything is fine. It is very quiet here. Traffic is pretty minimal. The office staff is very friendly and very helpful. The townhouse is lovely and very well arranged.

Great community , very close to the bus stop, safe to the children, beautiful pool and great place if you have pets. The only downside is the parking space, kind small to fit two cars, The property manager A'China and the assist Rkhiba are awesome to deal with. Also, the maintenance team Sam and Matt are outstanding

Over the years management has been poor. NOT a luxury property. Rules inconsistently enforced. Staff unresponsive. Maintenance takes the cheapest option to "fix" rather than replace/repair Choice of survey questions and responses is ridiculous. Waste of my time.

It's a quiet neighborhood and I enjoy the location. Unfortunately things don't get fixed properly the first time around. I have opened service requests that took more than once to get fixed and have opened requests where I was told there is nothing wrong when clearly there is.

Clean, Move-In Ready, Great Staff

I've lived at Chapel Watch Village for 7 months now. When I moved in, the home was meticulously clean, carpets new, walls free of blemishes and newly painted. The home is a great size for me, as I am in transition to a new area and job. I wanted to live in the area for a while before buying a house, and Chapel Watch Village has been a great choice for me. The neighbors are really nice, with nice dogs, and a few children. The neighborhood is well maintained and full of trees and nature. The office staff--Denise and Brandy--are both extremely nice and go above and beyond to solve problems. While it is not the least expensive place to live, if you want a truly move-in ready place, with on-site maintenance, landscaping, and top-tier customer service, it's worth it.

Best place to live

This is an awesome place to live. Close to everything, The grounds and units are great. And the people that keep this place running are fabulous! Not only are they good at their jobs, they are kind and compassionate - and prompt! Kudos to Denise in the office and Sam in Maintenance, SO grateful for this team! Highly recommend! :-)

Chapel Watch Village is a great place for families, offering a safe and calm environment. However, the property is aging, and while the helpful staff quickly resolve minor issues, problems requiring management intervention are handled poorly. It takes several weeks just to contact a vendor, even though many vendors are available to fix issues immediately. As the buildings and appliances are getting older, they need replacing, but the current system is not efficient in addressing these issues promptly.
