Has seen better days

We have lived here for years and couldn’t tell you how many times management has turned over. Some good, others not. Outdated amenities and overpriced. Cars parked all over both sides of streets. Once was enjoyable now litter strewn and oh - a car was stolen out of someone’s driveway the other day. Not safe being right off 40. Would not recommend!!

Very spacious, good location, clean community. I'm happy to live this townhome with my family. My kids always meet their friends in the playground. This is a good pla e for kids. Also I can go for a walk to northwood.

Coming up on 2 years living here and we've loved it until now. The maintenance staff is absolute awful. They lack in communication, have the personality of a rock and seem to slap a bandaid on all issues. Maintenance supervisor is only good for changing filters.

This town home style apartment is perfect for my family. This apartment complex is beautiful and quiet and people are so friendly. We love to take a walk in this apartment. The maintenance team responds quickly and kindly if something breaks down or has a problem and works hard until it is completely resolved. Thank you so much!

Great quiet community that resembles a neighborhood. Everyone has their own parking space. There is also a bus stop across the street if needed. Multiple places for walking a dog and yourself. Maintenance requests are always quick and efficient.

This has been a very good living experience, albeit, during a very tough perioud due to Covid. I have had a very good experience with the staff and the community in general. There is an excellent mix of singles, families and 50+ residents. Facilities are excellent and the staff reacts to resident service needs very quickly. They allow pets, which is very key and have a mini dog park that is easily accessible. Conveniently located to shopping and town. The only thing that they could add would be exterior water access. There are no individual water faucets for the units and therefore it t is very difficult to care for flowers and other outdoor plants. They could also create an area where residents could wash and vaccume there cars or other larger furniture or items. Currently there is no place to wash patio chairs, mats or rugs. Overall my experience has been positive and I would recommend the community.

Nice townhome. Maintenance unsatisfactory since Chad left. Don't like cars parking on sidewalk, people leaving trash cans on sidewalk long before and after pick up. Don't like trailers being parked in driveways and street. Don't like lawn mowers apparently owner by residents being left in driveways or common areas. Recycling area is disgusting.

This community is warm and kind. Maintenance team is especially great. Staff is also good. Elementary school is close and it is important for us. Public library and grocery is also close to our commnunity.

Living in Chapel Watch Village is a pleasant experience so far. The community is nice, safe, and quiet, and it is located in a great school district for children. The only weakness is the playground in the community. The two hammocks located on the playground are dangerous for small children. There has not been any improvement on this for the last 1.5 years.

So far so good. Normal maintenance issues-except for one large one. Doors to porch leak big time and whole casement needs to be replaced. You can see patches everywhere-and one door has so much rot on the side-water comes in in a big puddle when it rains outside, onto the nice wood floors

Nothing but wonderful! Especially maintenance crew :) It is a beautiful community. Very quiet and right off the NS bus route. I love the amenities and the townhomes are in great shape. If there is ever a maintenance issue it is usually resolved in less than 24 hours.

Great townhomes, friendly staff, pet friendly, family friendly. Can get noisy when kids get home from school and on weekends. Otherwise, quiet and easy to work from home. Nice areas to walk dogs; residents are respectful of picking up after their pets; treats always available in leasing office/community room.

The community is wonderful, I moved in a few months ago with a two roommates. The units are well-maintained and very nice. The people in the community have been very kind and friendly. The dog park is a wonderful resource for the neighborhood. Karla Almonte, our leasing agent was excellent. She was very kind, patient, and professional during a complicated moving process for myself and my roommates. Karla worked with us every step of the way until move in day, and continues to help with anything that comes up as I have been living here. The maintenance staff, led by Chad I believe is excellent as well, they keep everything in order and respond to any requests in a timely manner. They are also very kind and friendly.

This is a wonderful community. Everyone is friendly. The staff here is fabulous, Karla Almonte in the office is so sweet and so dedicated and helpful. And so are the manager, Brannon and the head maintenance person, Chad. Couldn't ask for nicer people A truly great place to live. Highly recommend it.
