Excellent apartment and move-in was easy thanks to Denise. Neighbors are great. Clubhouse great. - lots of activities. Location is convenient. It is next to many malls that have Starbucks, Harris teeter.

This community is amazing. It is kind and smart. Always even night and holiday, they help us by emergency call system. And in summer, there are beautiful and cozy pool and bbq grill. We can make great memories in summer!

Amazing Experience, Even Better Homes

Chapel Watch Village has been an incredible step up from all of my previous housing experiences in Chapel Hill. From their incredible office staff to the location, and the townhomes themselves, I have had nothing but incredible experiences. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live!

Good place to live. Quiet and nice. Well-managed team. Close to Smith Middle School and Chapel Hill High School. Close to Starbucks, Chick Fil A, Herris Teeter, etc. Good approach to Road 40. My family and I are satisfied with this place.

Happy to call this home

My husband and I have been living in the Townhomes at Chapel Watch Village for three years now and have been very pleased with our experience here. Not only is the location hard to beat, but the neighborhood feels safe and the leasing office staff feel like family. We've really appreciated how quickly the maintenance team responds to requests and John B. has been particularly helpful- he takes the time to explain what he's done to fix whatever he's repairing and he is very respectful of our space while working. We are in great hands here and I recommend this community to anyone in search of a place to call home!

We moved into this community in January 2023, and it has been a good experience so far. As a family of four, we were looking for a peaceful and safe neighborhood to raise our children, and this community has exceeded my expectations. One of the first things that struck us about this place was the tranquility. The neighborhood is calm, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The management team is also responsive, efficient, and always ready to assist. The walking trails just behind our house are a delightful addition. My wife and I enjoy our daily walks there. The technical services team deserves a special mention. Whenever we needed any service, they were quick to respond and intervene and they were pol?te and fr?endly. As our family grows, we might need a bigger home. However, we would love to continue living in this community. The cleanliness is noteworthy, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. It's a place where everyone can feel at home. In conclusion, this community offers a serene living environment, excellent management, and top-notch services. The staff at this apartment are all friendly. If you have any problems, the technicians will help you immediately. And all the residents are kind and nice to always say hello. The roads are wide, there are many children, and there is a lot of nature. My children really enjoy this environment. Thank you for always organizing fun events!

Beautiful community, great for dating kids

It's a lovely community for walking around, raising kids, and calling home. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive. And it's close to the NS bus line to UNC. The all townhome community gives a very homey feel and most homes have a garage. I like how hidden, yet close, it is to major roadways.

I enjoy living here because of the sense of community, great neighbors with families, and close to DUH and i40. It has been an easy process for maintenance requests and everyone is always so polite. The communication from the office is great and they plan food trucks to come regularly. The pool is clean and the grounds are kept nice.

We have found the community to be responsive to our needs and very friendly yet professional. The community is reasonably safe and clean. We also enjoy the quietness here. The trail is enjoyable to walk down and I like having the pool here. Many activities are offered which I think is very generous of the complex. It feels like more of a neighborhood than just rental townhouses!

Wonderful Place! A real community!

We really love living at Chapel Watch. We've lived here for about a year and a half now, and the staff could not be more wonderful, warm and responsive. Each one of them is fantastic, especially Sara Brady - she has become a real friend, and her warmth and enthusiasm is contagious and truly uplifting. And she is always planning a fun activity! The grounds are beautiful - we've seen deer frequently, and the pool area and clubhouse are lovely too, and they really take care of maintenance in a timely manner. Can't say enough about living here!

This is a great community that is quiet, we'll cared for and convenient to all amenities in Chapel Hill. I highly recommend this community for anyone new to Chapel Hill. It is very dog friendly with nature trails and a dog park.

Community management operates as drive by management. Things don't get done. Rules don't get enforced. asked for replacement carpeting done e I've lived here over 12 years but denied by property management. Painters on property sloppy, disrespectful of property and residents. Trashed the yards.

We love the community and the rapid response to work orders. We just renewed our lease 1 more and year while we continue to look to purchase in the area. We would gladly have move if any unacceptable practices or displeasure had occurred. Great location and professionally managed!
