I have enjoyed my apartment so far. I love the way it looks, the pool, and having the Sprouts farmers market in the building is very nice. The layout of the apartment is very functional. I have easy access to my apartment from the parking deck.

the leasing team was amazing. location is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing about my visit. looking forward to moving here very soon. Gym and common areas was definitely highlights of the tour. When on-site for a tour make sure to ask for Meagan she's absolutely amazing.

Found this place through apartment insider. As soon as I stepped foot in the building Savanna greeted us with open arms and a smile. Everything was explained to the T and was no need to ask question because Savanna did that great of a job. 10 out of 10 Hospitality

Overall, the move in process was smooth. The staff has been great. I love that the building is convenient. Lots of stairs, doors, and elevators. Only been here a few days, but I've enjoyed my first few nights. The community here seems really positive.

The location being a short walk from NoDa is very convenient, and having a grocery store in the building is really nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall it's a well run complex I don't regret moving into.

I have enjoyed my apartment so far. The dryer is still very very loud but I understand it's not going to be perfect. I also have inquired a few times about the $750 visa gift card I was suppose to receive when I moved in and I have yet to receive it. The office is very communicative to me so far. Rent was a seamless payment process.

Great community! Walkable distance to Noda; not far from the "vibes", but also not directly in it. Moderate traffic with sharing the entrances to Sprouts and Amelie's. Smooth move in process; property management willing to work with you/very flexible and accommodating!

Beautiful location with amazing amenities; I wish they would remove the forced package and replace with cheaper options like instead of Valet Trash, use trash chutes or make it optional. Same with the wifi package (let the residents pick their own) and offer more parking. The agent, Meagan is absolutely a gem! She's the best: pleasant, cheery, and approachable. You can tell she cares about her residents.

I will start by saying I absolutely love the area and I love my apartment layout. Staff was super helpful prior to move-in and even during. However, I have been experiencing a ton of issues with my unit and one particular being a mold issue in my laundry room. A maintenance worker (DJ) was sent to help resolve the issue and he was extremely unprofessional and made the situation worse by spraying paint primer on top of it, continuously stating that it was "not mold" and "if it is mold, it'll come through that". I have only lived here for a week and this is extremely frustrating to have to deal with all of these issues. Staff has been helpful in communicating with me and scheduling to get this issue resolved promptly with the property manager and maintenance manager but at this point, I am very disappointed.

One of the best apartments building! Feeling luxurious and comfortable, like a home! Everything is maintained very well and clean everywhere! Also the garage is easy accessible and have a lot parking spaces! Highly recommended!
