The property in itself drips luxury. I've never lived in such a classy place. The tour was wonderful and our guide was very helpful and funny. The move in was easy enough though u can't pull up a U-Haul to the doors. Very excited to be living here!

I love the overall feel of this building. I've lived in NoDa in other various buildings for around five years now, and was excited to see this one opening with a grocery store on the ground level?it was very much needed around here! The amenity spaces are modern and look high-end, and have a unique contemporary look compared to others in the area. The apartment itself is spacious for the price point, and I really like all of the finishes. Looking forward to settling in!

The community is in an ideal location. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. It is also near the new rail trail which is a plus. The community is well run and maintenance requests are completed timely.

Nice complex with plenty of amenities. The only thing my unit lacks is storage space (pantry, linen closet, etc). The staff is very nice and the apartment is in a great location, so lots of things are walkable. Lots of security measures also.

Unfortunately many minor, entirely understandable errors occurred during my move in and within my first 20 days of residence. I was supplied with the wrong password to my WiFi and also was not given a mail key (new one had to be cut). On move-in day the freight elevators were broken, which delayed my move by several hours. Also, since moving in within the past few weeks the Butterfly feature (video calls/access codes for deliveries and visitors) has not worked at the elevator next to the Sprouts entrance and the Luxer access has also been broken. Also, this past weekend, the Internet experienced back-to-back, near full-day outages due to a mowing service cutting the fiber line. The staff is patient and helpful, and particularly pleasant to work with.

I haven't had a tour of where things are even though one was offered. I asked the leasing office for a cart and they said that someone else is using it and they would get back to me and they never did. Building isn't secure anyone could just walk in.

The move in process was very smooth, I expected there to be more hurdles to overcome, but it was very pleasant. The amenities are great, with a fantastic pool and gym. And bike storage, if that is your thing.

I am happy with my selection of One Noda Park. The location is excellent as it is just like 4mins walk to North Davidson. Staff are also very responsive for any support. Everything pretty much works well like a typical new building. I look forward to Sprout grocery store in the building to open!

This community is absolutely gorgeous, from the exterior to the interior. The amenities are amazing as well and are perfect for absolutely anyone but especially if you are a pet owner. The leasing agents are great with answering any questions that you may have and are so helpful.

This community is okay. Sprouts and Amalie are bonuses! However, the location is sus and the leasing agent seemed a bit judgy! The apartments are decent. You can get more, in a better area for cheaper.

i think that this moving experience was as good as it could be, but i did encounter a lot of issues. there was delayed communication with informing me of my move in date, and then once it was told me, the date was not in the time frame that we had previously established. this led to a lot of financial repercussions for me. fortunately, the leasing staff did everything they could to help me move in when i needed to, as well as offered me options for financial compensation due to the move in delay

I don't live here. I toured two apartments. Leasing agent wasn't knowledgeable about prices or specials . Very nice clubhouse and amenities In progress. I liked the a10 floor plan but still it seemed small for the price but everything is overpriced in Charlotte now. Did not like the texture of the quartz countertops.

Such a beautiful & opulent style with this community! Scheduling a Hard Hat Tour was easy and exciting! Kari was hands down THEE BEST Leasing Tour I have had and I've looked at almost 15 different communities! The apartment is GORGEOUS and the amenities are so luxurious!! The Rooftop Lounge is incredible with breathtaking views! This is my dream community and location! I applied immediately after the tour! Very excited to be a part of the One Noda Park family!!

Luxury living in Noda

I am fairly new to the "Noda" area of Charlotte and I am pleasantly surprised at all the things to do around One Noda Park apartments. There are plenty of spots to eat, drink and enjoy the night life within walking distance. A light rail station to uptown is about a 3 minute walk. The apartments are still under construction but are the place to be for luxury living in NODA.
