Beautiful property!!

Gorgeous property with top tier amenities. I love the location, walking distance from the best parts of NoDa. Very excited to see the final product! Also looking forward to the Sprouts addition and being right across the street from Amelie's!

Great hard hat tour

I went on a hard hat tour of the building in September led by Benjamin Hare. Even incomplete the building was beautiful. Ben did a great job setting the scene of what type of amenities would be available once the building was complete and which decisions were yet to be made. I thought it was really cool that they were asking prospective residents for feedback on potential amenities (e.g. how guest parking should be handled, etc.). It makes future residents feel like their needs will actually be considered. I’m particularly excited about the grocery store that is planned to move into the available retail space and how walkable this area will be with that addition. I do think the ongoing construction may be slightly disruptive to early residents but that is to be expected and I appreciate that the One Noda Park team was upfront about that. I can’t wait to see the building in its final form!

Amazing

Friendly, personable, excellent tour through apt. Homes amazing floor plans. All of my questions answered, time not an issue. I felt like a family member was assisting me in the tour this morning. No pressures just an enjoyable visit.
