The music they play downstairs is great and I like that they have community events. The staff is friendly although rent is a bit overpriced. All in all it's been a good time living here and will probably renew my lease.

Love look and feel of my apartment. The large windows and view is why I stay. I do feel apartments could have been constructed better as street noise is pretty loud inside apartments. Also wish there was more incentives for loyal residents who renew.

Very responsive and well managed facility. It's very clean and well maintained. The extra amenities are high quality and never overcrowded. The proximity to stores and grocery are great. We feel very secure And safe due to the gated parking and use of key fobs for access to all areas on the property.

I've only been here for about a week but I already love it. The valet trash is amazing and something I've never had before and I love how friendly all the office staff are. I look forward to continuing to live here for the next year

Nice space and good management. Very convenient location with everything on a walkable distance. Guest parking can be improved. Also the pet fee seems too high. Overall, looks like a good place with a good management.

Excellent staff, nice apartment in uptown. Staff is very helpful and all amenities are good. Presley provides touchless delivery option during covid19 situations. I like the gum and pool area. They also have pet spa.

Overall cleanliness and maintenance of common areas could be improved (i.e. wipes in the gym, vacuuming and shampooing the carpets, elevators have trash/spills). The apartments themselves are standard and on par with other apartment buildings in the area.

When I first moved in it was operated by GreyStar & a few months later Matrix took over. I was really excited to have moved back to the Uptown area. Until I was unable to use half of the property amenities such as having my name in the call boxes to have family/guests over.

I strongly suggest you look elsewhere if you're considering this place. The noise here is ridiculous. The walls are so thin that you hear everything from your next door neighbors to the people above you stomping. And if you think you're getting away from it living on the top floor, think again - you just hear the AC and mechanical stuff kick on/off above you. There are quiet hours but management doesn't enforce anything so it's basically like living in a college complex. Another thing management doesn't enforce: safety. There have been numerous car break-ins here. Multiple emails have gone out telling everyone to take valuables out of their cars. I'm talking multiple break-ins a night. If you drive through the garage right now there are at least 4 vehicles with busted windows. Rumor on the street is that they're targeting trucks because they're more likely to have guns in them! And management has done nothing. They don't care - it's not their stuff being broken into. We pay enough in rent to AT LEAST put some cameras up. Also - the police have no access to our building so when things like this happen, they can't even get in. How safe is that!?

The management staff is very kind and they do their best to take care of issues. The maintenance team is also very friendly, however there are some opportunities there because things are still missed or looked over. The main lobby is beautiful, but the other public communities areas are not kept up, especially the hallways and trash areas. The apartments are nice, but I do not think I would continue living here due to things that are constantly looked over and ignored.

So far my experience has been excellent. The staff has been helpful, the amenities have been properly cared for, and the community events are well attended and fun. I have been very pleased with Presley Uptown.

Outside of this awful covid nonsense; the facilities are closed but still amazing. The building is clean and neat. Having a parking deck is a phenomenon bonus. It's walking distance to teeter, trader Joe's and target. Safe beautiful area right next to the Greenway.

I have been here a week, I love the community. The sky lounge is a thing of beauty, the pool is quite nice and my favorite place, the gym. The only negative I've experienced so far is the hallways at night before the valet trash pick up. The smell is quite unpleasant. Industrial air fresheners will work magic. Otherwise, 5 stars.

I think there is an overall desire from the new support staff to provide quality services to its tenants. This has so far been demonstrated by more routinely keeping the premises clean, very friendly way of communicating with its tenants and not coming across as abrupt and unapproachable. I hope they continue to maintain such professional disposition to its customers.

The staff is always super friendly and accommodating and maintenance is always very prompt. Common areas are super clean. I like that we are in a very central location and I can walk to a lot of places.

I had a little bit of a rough move in but after the management switch I have been so pleased with how well they have handled everything. They have handled everything quickly and effectively so that I don't have any issues.

It is a five star experience at Presley. The lounge with its comfortable seats, music and nice ambiance. The coffee, the clean apartment homes, courteous and professional staff - everything together makes it a home you want to return to. If I were to nit pick - the only thing I would like to improve is the parking space width. Feels too cramped. However, that is the case with pretty much all apartments in the city.

Nice building with good parking and great location. The apartment is a good size and I love this high ceilings. Nice open and modern kitchen. The amenities are really nice and spread out in different locations. Pets are right at home here.

I love living at Presley! Our apartment is beautiful, and we love the amenities that are offered. The parking is great, especially with all of the visitor spots! The building feels very safe and secure, and we rarely hear any of our neighbors.

Cars get broken into all the time, including mine twice but all I got was an I'm sorry and we can't guarantee safety. Homeless people sleep in the lobby. A man who doesn't live here was sitting in a hallway smoking a cigarette. This hallway has a broken light that hasn't been fixed and I have to pass it every day to get to my car. It was so dark in the afternoon that my husband didn't see the man. Until the man approached him because the man's bicycle was blocking the door to the hallway to get into my apartment. We later noticed that the bicycles (two) he had, had been stolen from a bike rack inside the parking garage. This all happened a few ft from my apartment door! How these people get in? I'm not sure...an email reply from management told us there is no security and we should call the cops (which we do). They have cameras in the garage but for some reason never catch anything! So unless you care about your safety, do not move here because clearly management doesn't care and has not done anything to stop or compensate for any of this criminal activity.

There have been many changes with management and staff and this has caused some communication issues to arise. When things are broken and need repair, it often takes multiple attempts to get it fixed properly. Things have improved with this over the last few months since management changed. There are loud parties at the pool and residents bring more than the two guests maximum. People let their dogs urinate on the rugs in the halls. Management just had them cleaned recently and it was a huge improvement, but residents' lack of care just made the issue come back.

The amenities are consistently unavailable. The video game room is broken. The coffee supplies are never stocked. The coffee machine is often not in working order. The paper towels in the bathroom were empty the few times I used it and the wipes in the fitness center have been empty for the past 5 days even though I spoke to the cleaning staff about this and notified the office.

I love the location and initially fell in love with the property. Over the course of the past 6 months, it has really gone downhill. The hallways are awful and embarrassing to bring guests around. So many stains on the carpet the walls need to be painted. I've recently had a guest over to the pool and when we tried to grill out, neither of the grills were working...
