Overall, we have been very happy here. Recently, we aren't being notified when we have packages waiting for us in the office. I miss the Cares program. But I would still renew my lease at Presley if I wasn't relocating out of town.

You can't beat the location! The building is so close to trader joes and a number of other stores and we have the convenience of being so close to the heart of uptown. The apartments are very nice and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

The staff are friendly and professional. However, the floors are very thin and I constantly hear people running through the hallways or walking heavy on my floor (3rd) and the floor above mine (4th). Also, my neighbor smokes often which leaves the hallways smelling like marijuana.

Nice employees. Not the best at responding to emails but are good if you approach them in person. Very clean, great ammenities, safe parking and gated garage. Very secure building. Pool area is nice and hallways are kept clean

Wonderful place to live! Nikki and Marc in the office is amazing! Lots of young professionals in the building so its quiet and pleasant! Love living here and been at Presley for over 3 years. Wouldnt move anywhere else unless I bought a house, best apartments in uptown in my opinion. Loving 2nd ward!

It is a truly beautiful place to live. Home feels luxurious! There were unusual issues with my move-in, but Nikki did her best to make the situation work, even if the solution was not perfect. She is great! I have not been here long, but so far I love the community, location, and amenities.

great love it! have a great tie here and love the location. I like to cover parking and the pool is just the best in the summer. Some neighbor are un respectful with music in their apartment. But apartment itself is really good

Great Community and Location, the only downfall is the highway noise. I love the rooftop and pool. The location is ideal for shopping and highway access. The Metropolitan is about 2 blocks away and if you want, you can even walk to the Bank of America stadium.

The staff has made living here simply fantastic. If there is ever a need for maintenance he is here very quickly and gets the job done right. I love the location of Presley and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to live uptown.

I truly love my new home...it beautiful. The residents are nice and the staff is amazing. All I can say is location location...close to my job and uptown living. The amenities are great! I luv luv the Skylounge, it is so comfortable. Presely Uptown is a win for me!.

I've been searching for an apartment that's affordable and safe with upgrades and conveniently located to shops, uptown and my university without paying such a high expense. I set up an appointment to tour Presley a few days ago and was treated with great respect from the moment my call was answered to when it ended. I then drove to Presley and was blown away with how beautiful the property is and well kept. I met with Marc and he was absolutely incredible. He spent so much time with me answering questions, showing me every aspect of the property and where the units would be located and talked about how my current furniture I have, would fit in each model to decide which was the best one. The customer service at Presley is superb. My experience here as a prospective resident was by far the best experience I've had when touring apartments here in Charlotte.

I moved into Presley Uptown 2 months ago. I'm very happy with my choice! My apartment is so nice with white cabinets and granite countertops...looks like a magazine. I was able to enjoy the pool last weekend and we had a blast. I chose this place for the location, you can walk or catch a short Uber to anywhere in Uptown. Trader Joe's is right down the street too. The maintenance guy David is good and the new office staff is really friendly. I would totally recommend.

I absolutely love living at Presley Uptown. It is the most gorgeous apartments in Charlotte. The courtyard and pool and the best and the view is ah-mazing. I love having friends over to show off my apartment. The ladies in the office are really nice...shout out to Nikki, Angie & Paula! ;)

Location is perfect, walk to Midtown and Uptown center. I can easily bike through Dilworth, Little Sugar Creek greenway, and the Rail Trail. The light access at Stonewall takes me right to work. The apartments have top notch amenities with free Starbucks at my disposal, a bike maintenance room that allows me to tune up my bike and soundproof walls (I can’t hear a thing my neighbors are doing). I couldn’t ask for more from any other apartment complex.

What i love in Presley is the starbucks coffee station that is very helpfull for me before i go to work, the location is very convient to everywhere. Whenever i go abd get a package from the office staff they were very helpfull and accomodating. I like the fancy,elegant and clenliness of the Presley Uptown. Its really great! Thank you

I've been at Presley Uptown since October 2017 (about six months ago) and have really enjoyed living here ever since! Nikki in the front office is wonderful and her customer service is unparalleled, which really helps enhance the overall experience. Paula is very nice and friendly too. The building speaks for itself. Its new, beautiful, and you can't beat the location. Walking distance to Dilworth Neighborhood Bar & Grille, Vivace (great for Brunch!), even Target! The amenities are state-of-the-art and gorgeous! I feel like I live in a fancy hotel in Vegas (without all the drunk people and gambling). Building maintenance is great- always clean & well kept. Work orders are completed quickly and efficiently. Maintenance staff is very friendly as well. Interior apartment finishes are top of the line. High ceilings. I could go on. As for noise, the place was built well so most of the noise from the hustle and bustle of Uptown is silenced. I occasionally hear my neighbors, but no more than any other apartment I've lived in. It is apartment living after all! I would recommend Presley Uptown to anyone looking for an apartment in the Uptown/Dilworth/Midtown area.

Beautiful view of the city from my apartment, love the finishes in side the apartments. There is stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, floor to ceiling windows. Very nice pool, gym and other amenities!

My experience for the most part has been good. The location and pool/fitness amenities are the best thing about the community. Many issues with the apartment will probably lead me to not renew my lease come July. The elevators are always out of service and is really inconvenient. The parking gates are sometimes down which is equally inconvenient. The office hours work for somebody who does not work a normal hour day but when all of our packages are held in the leasing office i cannot get them until the weekend and even then the door is usually closed because the manager is out on a tour. Many apartments offer free delivery of package to the residents door and dont make them pay for that service or they have a room dedicated for large packages that allows the resident to never have to go into the leasing office to get a package. My room experienced a huge maintenance issue back at the end of 2017 that was resolved but should have never happened. We were told we would be compensated for the damage it caused but never were. The room heater turned on emergency heat and the room got up to 115 degrees forcing all of our plants and fish to die, luckily we didnt have a cat/dog or they wouldve died too. In a situation like this more needs to be done to ensure the resident this will not happen again and maybe comp them something to reassure that? Just seems like common practice. Our walls in our unit cannot be cleaned of common marks because they were painted with a flat paint finish. Never should this practice be used in multi-family construction. The last couple weeks the fitness center has been un-accesible in the mornings before work, the swipe to get in does not work. If im going to get up at 5 am to workout before work which is the only time i have during my day, i would like to actually get a workout in. This issue has forced me to get a gym membership elsewhere therefore making me pay more money that i should never have to if the ammenities would just function properly. All of these issue and concerns outweigh the positives of the experience of living at Presley.

When I chose my apt, I was hesitant as it backs on to 277. I was told once I got my furniture and carpet in I wouldn’t notice it. Wrong. Noisy all the time. I would recommend but nothing on the back side or sides.

SO far I have been enjoying the quietness of the community and the convenience of the location to parks, works, Church.... I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends.I also think that I am going to enjoy my summer time in this new apartment by using the fitness room and lounges. As a new resident everything looks fine so far, I will have a good sense of the location down on the road.
