Though older, this is a beautifully maintained community. My neighbors and management staff are friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. Maintenance, in the past, have been short staffed and some of dubious character. However, management dealt with the situation promptly. There has been a recent addition of an "Amenities Fee" which I feel is excessive in addition to the Valet Trash Fee. But overall, barring something drastic, I intend to continue being a resident of this community and would highly recommend it to others.

Mixed feelings at this time. There is a bug problem both inside and outside of my apartment. I see a roach every other week (even after they have sprayed) inside my apartment. Outside of the apartment they're always crawling everywhere (at least 2 or 3) when coming into the complex. At least 2 or 3 times a week, my apartment smells like weed because of my neighbors smoking. I've reported it, but it seems like nothing can be done. Neighbors also play extremely loud music late at night. Positive is that I feel save in the community and maintenance has always been helpful/friendly. Amenities are great as well.

It's good, I just wished that our ice machine was working so we can get some ice it has been three weeks and we still don't have any ice I can't understand why maintenance can't fix the problem we pay to much money not to have ice!!!

The staff is very helpful and supportive as it relates to tenant needs and assistance. When repairs are made in the apartment we reside, the maintenance workers are very responsive. We have had great neighbors for the most part but this past year, the neighbors living above us have been very noisy; day and night.

It's been nice living here so far. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of walking areas that are safe. Clean for the most part. Close to shopping The only concern is the speed of some drivers. Which would be hard to control.

Legacy at Meridian is "home". Very comfortable here. Everything is well maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly The pool is well maintained. To me, it's like living in the country in the middle of the city. Close to everything! .

Overall, Legacy at Meridian is a good place to rent an apartment. Rental rates are below average, amenities are reasonable, community is safe and friendly, maintenance staff is outstanding and location is ideal. Former Asst Mgr, Lane K, was very helpful and professional. Major improvements are underway to bring exterior of buildings into better condition. We are leasing for a third year.

It's been a great experience. The maintenance Dept is always pretty efficient and I have had a great living experience at place. My downfall has been in my beginning of residency I am still not able to pay my mthly rent online because bounced twice in beginning. I think this rule to continue and I have shown my consistently in payment for the duration of almost seven years is a bit counterproductive in my opinion. Even through the beginning of Covid have paid consisently.

I have been very happy here over the years. The staff has been very helpful and friendly over the years. The Maintanence staff has always been timely with handling my service requests. The owners have regularly invested in upgrades to the site.

The community is very quite and clean, all the neighbors are nice and stick to their routine. What I love the most is that the walls are sound proof, I can't hear a thing. The community is always having something to do, pool parties, food trucks ect. I would definitely come back to these apartments if I ever leave them.

We have very accommodating staff at Legacy @Meridian Apts. There is excellent maintenance of property including the grounds keeping and the staff of management fo maintenance. I just love my very large 2 bedroom apartment.

It's been mixed. Floor plan is great, amenities are fine. Neighbors have been problematic, blasting music at 1 am on multiple occasions, complex has some weird rules. Really frustrated with the upgrades to roof and porches. Communication has been poor and my items have been damaged as a result

Horrible. Staff enters the room without permission and without shoe covers. Frequent maintenance and renovation work disturbs daily life. Grass cutting creates enormous noise. Broken washing machine never fixed.

Legacy@Meridian continues to be a good, safe and inexpensive apartment community with professional office and maintenance staff, exceptional convenience to SouthPoint, I-40, I-85, RTP and both Durham and Raleigh. It's an older community, but works hard to maintain good standards and remain friendly and considerate. In nearly two years here, we have had no unsolved problems. Many improvements are also in the works. I recommend this place and I'm grateful for all the staff persons.

The apartment is amazing! Large rooms, nice appliances, and a responsive Staff. The area is nice and feels safe to walk in and there is a 3 mile trail within minutes of the property. I strongly recommend you chose to live here.

I had an amazing experience at this apartment complex. From the first day that I came in, I have felt 100% welcomed and valued. The community is quiet, calm, and friendly. I really enjoy the overall community, I've only been here for a few days, but it's very quite, staffs are very nice, and the overall apartment looked very nice! It would be nice if they have standard stainless steel appliance for all units and washer and dryer included. One of the things that might take a little adjusting to is the switches in the apt is the location of where the switches are placed and some of the switch doesn't do anything.

This community is very nice, relatively quiet and in a great location. I would certainly recommend to friends in the future. I do have a few maintenance concerns that need to be checked on again, that seem to be easy fixes.
