Community is very peaceful, friendly and has always kept the residence up to date. Staff handles all matters quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very satisfied with my ongoing stay. The only suggestion is to keep amenities working especially in the appropriate season. An example would be the fireplace and grills!

Erin was so understanding and very helpful as well as her manager. She made a tense situation easy. Every question I had it was answered in a timely manner and any issues resolved. The only thing I wish you had is three bedroom apartments.

Good quiet community. Not the nicest most fancy apartment complex but is affordable, safe, and clean. Close to a lot of restaurants, parks, etc. the Dog parks aren't the best, not kept up with super well but they're good to get your dog outside quick. Gym is small with limited equipment but can usually find something do to.

The worst apartment we have stayed at

Lived at 1933 for two years. My car got broken into just to the handicapped sticker. Then someone decided to park a car for four days in my spot. The neighbors was not nice at all . We moved out a month before our lease was up they was going to give us our deposit back but we only received $26 out of the $100. They said it was for the water and sawyer costed over $72. Nobody lived in the apartment for a month no electricity or water was used. Fuquay-Varina is so crupt they charge and charge ?? ??. I would never rent from these people ever again. By the way trash was a ----en joke ?? ?? we has to handle our trash bc of letters and emails on our heavy trash was . You guys I hope you sleep better at night when your stealing from people that work for a living

You don't get what you pay for.

My kids rented from Aldon and had an awful experience. The site could be nice if they didn't allow commercial vehicles to be parked on site. It looks like a moving company runs it's business from one of the apartments because there was 4-5 trucks parked there on the regular. Finishes are cheap, the water from the taps stinks and I have seen bigger refrigerators in dorm rooms. Then there is the company itself who is rude and only iinterested in their bottom line. Do yourself a favor...RUN!

Well, it was nice at one point before new management took over about 6-8 months ago, thus the great reviews until this management took over, it has been downhill ever since. Went weeks with trash all over the place the first few weeks because the dumpster was never picked up for weeks, multiple times, because of the "transition unfortunately". Really, trash pickup was that difficult to trx over..huh. Now the place has had multiple shootings in the last few weeks and all the covers are coming off what this place is turning into. People swimming in the pool all hours of the night getting bombed, I see and hear the people state they don't even live here. Can't find a parking spot because they don't designate spots to rid of the issue. Trailers, abandoned cars, cops constantly flying through looking for someone. One night it was a helicopter looking for someone in the apartments next door, same complex, as my son asks why a helicopter is so low with a light on! Dog ---- and garbage is everywhere and the grounds look terrible filled with weeds. They finally cut the grass out front after it was 3 feet tall across the street. That's awesome. Hopefully it gets taken care of at least one more time this year maybe ??. Trying to get out before it gets worse or something terrible happens. The shootings are the beginning of what I have seen happening for months here. Regularly have to walk around in my own neighborhood with a licensed gun to feel safe. Unfortunately not kidding, dog walks after 8 it's on or any early morning. Seen people standing around at all hours of the night in stairwells and cars... It's blatantly obvious the drugs are moving in, thus the traffic, loud music and fighting, shootings now unfortunately. When nothing is done to curb this type of behavior you become an inhibitor to it and are just pacifying the problem. It's obvious none of the Management does shi* about anything. Pool table and clubhouse trashed every weekend. Scumbags at the grills cursing and taking over every grill and table. Stuff is just ridiculous anymore.. Management constantly closes pool consistently and there have been after hours parties in the clubhouse only for guests, you kidding me, what are we paying for here.. Certainly not this ----, that's for damn sure! We will be out asap, and once we state the issues we are enduring, if we have to leave early due to the crime, we will be fighting the two months we owe..Not paying these people's bills while they neglect their job duties. Management works bankers hours and it's ridiculous! Uggh, can't wait to get out!

Unfortunate Experience

Since the new management took over, my community has undergone a significant decline. To begin with, I endured four months without a valid lease, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. Moreover, upon moving into my apartment, I was greeted by an infestation of centipedes and dirty rugs, making it clear that the unit had not been properly prepared for occupancy. Shockingly, I later discovered that the previous tenant was a convicted pedophile, and Aldon Management failed to disclose this crucial information to me. The problems continued to escalate when Aldon's legal team neglected to inform the Wake County Courts that my eviction had been dismissed. Consequently, when attempting to relocate, I was unjustly denied due to an erroneous eviction record on my name, despite having resided here since August 2022. Amidst these troubling circumstances, I deeply regret sharing my experience with Aldon Management's office staff regarding the persistent mold and moisture issue in my home. Despite my numerous pleas for remediation, their response has been marked by sheer negligence. The lack of attention and action from the office staff in addressing this critical matter has left me profoundly disappointed and increasingly frustrated. It is disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for tenant well-being and a failure to uphold their responsibility in ensuring a safe and healthy living environment.

Was a nice community when I first got here then with new management things went downhill, police are always here, neighbors always fight and are loud, I've seen roaches roam in the community and near my neighbors doors, the parking is limited and it makes it hard to bring in groceries, kids or even being pregnant or disabled cause you may have to park far from your actual building.

It was a rough start--there were a lot of issue and nothing was being corrected. Since then, most things have been corrected with the exception of all the dog poop everywhere and no where to park--some apartments have 3-4 cars each.
