I've been at Elevate for a year now and have enjoyed every second of my stay here. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and truly care about us as residents. Would recommend Elevate Powell & Broad to anyone and everyone looking in the Fuquay/Holly Springs area!

I love the community. Its in a great location just outside a couple major cities that allow you to have fun, but not be in the mess of city traffic. I love the sense of community here, the amenities, and the aesthetic of the unit.

I moved from Minnesota and took a leap of faith moving to these apartments. I did not know the area at all before moving and the only thing I knew about the apartments were the pictures I saw online and the FaceTime video that the staff went out of their way to provide to me. With that being said I am blown away by the facility, management and my apartment. It is clean, safe and everyone is so welcoming ! The staff go above and beyond to help transition into your move. I would recommend this community to anyone looking!

It is an excellent place, which provides the primary benefits for when you rent for the first time, with an excellent staff that solves all your doubts and problems as soon as possible. And I love the location of the place since most of the essential services stores are very close

Wonderful place to live. Safe, pleanty of activities 24hr gym. The Office knows your name and maintenance is fast and effective. It's quiet, on the inexpensive side but spacious and luxurious. Awesome place to live!

My experience has been absolutely problem free. Maintenance came in and fixed my dish washer as a work order upon move in and there were no traces of entry, only a perfectly working dish washer. Safe and quiet community. Very pet friendly with great and high quality amenities. Location is perfect for me personally and it truly does feel like home to me now.

Maintenance and staff are wonderful. The size and space is excellent. Dog parks and playground are just ok. However, the smells in this apartment are horrible! If you get first floor be ready for the smell of the sealant to linger for some time! I am afraid all my furniture will smell of it when we move out. Also when we moved in the water was like rotten eggs for two days only to find out you have to run ALL the hot water out of the tank to get rid of the smell. Not really happy about our upcoming water bill nor the two days of rotten egg water. Other than that it is a good apartment. Balconys are Tiny! But they open on the bottom floor. I dont know that we will ever use it for anything. The fees for pets and trash and such are cheaper which is nice! Very pet friendly community.

The community is gorgeous and clean. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Before making the choice to move here, my husband and I looked at several apartments for the same price ranges (some more expensive) and none of them even come close to the experience and beauty we have found here!

Great place to live! Local shopping centers all around! Brand new apartments with many more being built! Very nice floor plans! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to move in the Fuquay area! Some cool amenities as well

Its a great community to live in but the issue with the apartments are terrible. For the building to be new construction they are completely having to many issues. Ive had several requests and they all took multiple occurrences to fix the issues where my prior leasing company could fix the issue with in one day.

This has been an amazing apartment experience. I can only imagine how much more fun it would be to live here post-Covid. The staff is excellent. Grounds clean. Neighbors friendly! Honestly couldnt have asked for a better place to live.

I have been here for about one month and so far, it has been a great experience. The open floor plan, natural light, and overall appearance are fantastic. Think about the way it feels to walk into a rented vacation house; that's what it feels like walking through my front door now. The staff have bern helpful without ever being overbearing and the facilities are beautiful.
