Crime ticking up in this area since moving here. Vehicles broken into, cops surveillance and someone was shot in the stomach down the road last weekend. Common areas are disgusting and have had zero upkeep since moving in back in March

One of the best locations I've visited since I've started looking for a new place. I was referred by a friend and loved all of the amenities, especially the beautiful pool, pond, and pet spa. I'd love to begin my new career while enjoying life with this awesome community.

I have not enough good things to say. All the maintenance staff is the best. No matter what the problem it get solved. The keep up the grounds so nice. Pool always clean.i feel they go above and beyond. Thankful to my neighbors we all check on one another. Thankful so much.

This WAS a beautiful, well managed place to live... until Aldon arrived
This community was a beautiful, well maintained place to live with excellent professionals running the show when it was known as Escalate Powell and Broad. I was so happy with everything about it. AND THEN ALDON ARRIVED and it is a disaster. Residents were told they had to pay by check because the portal wasn't running yet, then assigned late charges when they... showed up and paid by check. After the portal was set up, many residents were double billed. I have emailed no fewer than four times over several weeks trying to get it resolved and there is still an outstanding charge related to it on my account. The pool used to be maintained so nicely. Now it is an algae fest and the bathrooms are atrocious. I tried giving grace but after more than a month, and leading into Labor Day weekend, to find the pool smelly and covered in algae was unacceptable. The management is simply the worst. They keep blaming the transition but it was run flawlessly by Escalate/Bell prior to it. It has turned to trash. Stay far away.

It's been a transition....so I'm learning to embrace every moment. New company ready to see new things. I'm not feeling the alarm thermostat. Overall it's been a experience. My daughter love the pool and it is pet friendly!!

My experience was very stressful and had bad communication regarding my application\contract and move-in date. Arrived with a unfinished apartment on move-in date. I had to live out of boxes the first five days of me living in the apartment.

I love this apartment complex. I have never had any issues and never felt unsafe here. The amenities are wonderful and I take advantage of all of them as I can. The apartment is central to town and close to a hospital.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
PLEASE READ ALL AS I AM FILING A CIVIL LAWSUIT. Aldon has provided the absolute worst experience provided. I applied for a 2bedroom apartment back on the first week of July. ------ --------(who by the way is super helpful) who was the previous assistant manager help set me and my boyfriend up prior to bell partner being sold. She assured us the new company ALDON could finish the sale and if any issues occurred and they don’t honor them we should not be living there anyway. My boyfriend and I was a transfer from a sister property that was also owned by bell partner at the time. Because of that our application fees and admin fees were to be waived as well. Come next week when bell partner had been sold and ------ no longer works there due to a another opportunity, I called the complex and spoke to the new company Aldon multiple times over the month of July and have claimed their systems and printers were down and that they would get back to me the following morning(they never followed up except 2 days before our move in date) Then on top of that they could not find our applications that were previously filled out. They made me, my boyfriend and our two roommates fill out another set of applications. We were assured we could move in August 8 with no issues except waiting on a screening. Then come Monday August 8 we find out that one of the employees put in our applications in wrong so our application had to be typed into the computer again and we had to wait till Tuesday August 9 and we’re assured we could move in then. Come Tuesday and we’re told that we have to pay $150 for an admin fee that we were told would be waived due to our transfer and the fact we were approved but they claimed that they did not have proof we were approved since they did not have shred of our information provided. So after that we went to the complex that ------ works at and she came over to Aldon with me and asked where the manual folder was that they left for Aldon prior to them selling and they said THEY HAVE THE INFORMATION. So my question is why make us fill A whole separate application when they have had it the whole time. And in addition, they also mentioned there might be an issue with having three emotional support animals when there’s four roommates and then brought up the fact that there’s four roommates and the fair housing law is supposed to protect us with our ESA animals and by law in North Carolina you can have five roommates at most but did not tell us directly we had to hear it from ------. They also have not responded about getting a refund for our two friends that paid an application fee of $50 each since there’s approval could not be found and we denied trying to get it done again and they claim that they cannot find the money order. Because of all of this I’ve had to Rent a uhaul bc I was assured I could move in Monday to it being delayed and I had to rent it for another day even though the guy was nice enough to let us rent it for another day for free but then had to unload everything and put it in a storage unit nearby. My boyfriend has had to call out two days straight I’ve had to call out from work two days straight my friends have had to leave work early. These people are not considerate. If they were they would’ve contacted the prior employers and company to find out where information was rather than letting us try to find it even though it is not our responsibility that they lost our paperwork. Just please do not live here. Alden @ Fuquay is a group of people who lie on their word besides the assistant manager Devante who actually was very genuine and really tried to help us but couldn’t do much as he was a new employee in training. They spend more time telling you what problems you have rather than trying to find a resolution for it.

Everyone is super friendly. The staff, neighbors and visitors are very warm, welcoming, friendly and pleasant. The complex is absolutely gorgeous, always clean, the pool is so very well kept. I adore Elevate.

All of the staff are extremely cordial, helpful, and just plain nice! From Kyle and Millie at the office to Kaylee and Vanessa in management to Josh, Corey, and John in maintenance. Everyone of them has made my stay here at Elevate a pleasure!

The move in process was quick and efficient. We were able to get the perfect apartment at the most reasonable price. There were no delays with the application process. I would recommend to others looking to move to a nice/quiet community in the fuquay/holly springs area.

I love the apartments I do wish they would power wash the steps and walk ways do to it being so hot spider webs and more dirt and things are noticeable. Plus I've noticed more little Centipedes in and around the apartment.. So spraying is needed.

Very good staff! Very helpful people and responsive! I like the Grounds, and like what's going on here. Service Team also does good job. I have not been to the pool area as of yet but I'm sure my family will enjoy it!

All great EXCEPT rental rate for lease renewal issue AND neighbors above are too loud and inconsiderate. **Office staff & Maintenance crew are AWESOME!!!*** No recent experience for other apartments, based on fact I owned a home before for numerous years. Would recommend to friend, but only third floor rental to avoid inconsiderate neighbors. Neighbor that lives under me says they never hear me in my apt, I try to be mindful and considerate.

Quiet and well maintained. Seem to take noise issues seriously and staff is helpful. Amenities are nice and the location is convenient to major stores, Dr's and restaurants. Do not hear much road noise, nice to have a screened porch near the pond, we can enjoy it more.

Love this place very quit best choice ever!!! It's very kid friendly, never any noise. It's a great place for single parents. Staff is awesome they are very helpful with things. The summers are awesome. The neighbors are very quite and it's very good place for a small family.

The dog parks are great and everyone here is super friendly. The deposits are not outrages and the front office staff are very responsive and kind. The gym is very nice and not overcrowded. There is also a pool table and I can’t wait for the summer to enjoy the pool.

I am a former resident not sure where to start. I don't recomend living here. I was going to work one day and the maintenance man flipped me off. There was also a shooting here. Very bad experience overall, didn't feel safe anymore. Look elsewhere, police are here almost everyday. Take me advice and don't live here.

The community and apartments are beautiful! The amenities on site are unbeatable. Not to mention the office staff is incredible! They are friendly and knowledgeable and have made every step of my moving process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this community

Great service. Responded in an efficient amount of time. Left apartment in good condition. Front office staff great and responsive. I know that I can call them for any issues that I may have. Millie is awesome. I have been working with her to get all my needs met since the beginning.

This apartment community is the best my husband and I have lived in! The staff is friendly and very responsive. Our work orders are completed quickly & the community is quiet & close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We couldnt be happier

This survey was excessively redundant. I have been disappointed with the appliances in the apartment. The shower doors are off balance and Ive brought up the issue before. There are so many spiders everywhere and Ive asked them to be cleared and nothing happened. The amount of dog poop around the apartment is unbelievable. The construction is so flimsy that I can hear when my neighbor has a soft conversation.
