I've really enjoyed living in this apartment complex. One of the standout features is how well the landscaping is maintained?it always looks clean, green, and inviting, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. The pool area is another highlight; it's well-kept and a great place to relax or unwind. The staff here have been consistently helpful and responsive whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. The maintenance team also deserves recognition?they're prompt, professional, and do quality work, which gives me peace of mind. Another big plus is the affordability. It's nice to find a place that offers good value without sacrificing comfort or quality. On top of that, most of the neighbors are friendly, which helps create a welcoming and pleasant community atmosphere. Overall, it's been a positive living experience, and I'd definitely recommend this complex to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

    Moving into this complex started out perfect, we had a woman below us who was incredibly rude and disgusting towards children, but we were able to move units. The staff is very nice other than that one problem we have had no others and maintenance and the front office are incredibly helpful and nice. The $30 fee for being billed for water and sewer is about the only downside, but the convenience of the valet trash service is a plus.

        It could be much better. I have expressed concern about plumbing pipes in my apartment wall making extremely loud noises. Maintenance came out after weeks of waiting just for it to continue making the same noises. The halls and stairs leading up to apartments Are never cleaned and it has a rotten smell in the halls leading to my apartment. Elevator in my building is very sketchy. The door doesn't always close and sometimes when it does it keeps opening back up. I know in a lower apartment with someone above, I will hear things but unfortunately the ones above me are ridiculously loud. Location is great, close to everything and neighbors are friendly. I just wish the other issues could be addressed!

            They smoke weed all times of the day night comes into your apartment. Dog owners come to your patio. Door and let their dogs poop and pee right at your door, the community used to be nice and clean now. There's trash thrown throughout the community. They even come out there and have sex in their cars at the back of the property.They just pile trash up at the trash compactors, and so on and so on.

                Landscaping is always there so if you work night shift and try to sleep during the day Goodluck, I've had kids come banging on my door, they will tow your car over stupid things, had a leak through our ceiling in our kitchen, in which they didn't replace the drywall that has now molded and didn't offer any compensation

                    On the day that I moved in, the apartment was not what I would call move-in ready. There was a kitchen drawer with a broken track that wouldn't fully open or close. The dryer did not work and had water and dirt inside as if it had been left outdoors. The oven was filthy and unusable. As I have food/spice sensitivities, I had to risk an allergic reaction to the spicy smokehouse smell and thoroughly clean the baked on food before use! The first impression was that management didn't care enough to do an inspection to ensure that the place was clean and everything operational. A continued inconvenience is that none of the cabinet doors or drawers have handles, pulls or knobs. They were NOT designed as handleless with a finger groove/J-pull or push-to-open feature, the hardware was just not included. The community is pet friendly, but there is constantly dog poop EVERYWHERE. The dog-owners are often reminded to clean up after their pets, but they don't and with no cameras to catch the culprits there is no recourse. There is a "bark park" but it's a tiny fenced in area with sparce, dark colored mulch, allowing all the uncollected dog poop to blend in, and no grass (real or fake) or anything enticing humans to enter or dogs to play. My apartment has decent soundproofing from neighbor noise, but here is lots of traffic noise and the building shakes like an earthquake when large vehicles go by. The windows and balcony doors are not sealed or energy efficient, so they need to be sufficiently covered to keep the cold/hot air out. If choosing the top floor, be aware of the HVAC units on the roof, directly overhead, so there is the constant motor running sound and strong vibration in the floor that is felt on the furniture and in bed as well. The current maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. I have had very little interaction with office staff, but that has been pleasant.

                      Dog poop everywhere. Trash piles up next to the compactor. Management does not make sure the grounds are kept clean. People throw their cigarette butts down and litter the property with them. Trash in the stairwells and hallways.

                      The noise at night is a bit loud for my liking, granted that all depends on your neighbors above, below, and beside. Or the walls/ceilings are on the thin side. But more often than not I don't hear too much commotion but when someone above or next to me does have something going on it sounds like they are bowling or building furniture at 10pm sometimes.

                        It would be nice if people picked up their dog poop. In the last year, people moving in here are absolutely appalling. They allow their kids to run wild, leaving bikes in the road ways, trash on the corners and last year no one even went to the pool because it was absolutely disgusting. I believe the manager is trying her best to get things done. This isn't luxury anymore-

                          Community is quiet and management is responsive based on need. The only complaint is with pet owners not picking up after their dogs. No matter how many emails management sends, some renters are irresponsible and neglect the fact that we want a clean, friendly neighborhood for all who live here.                             I have not had a good experience at Harrington Square Apartments. Our current upstairs neighbors are so loud and obnoxious, we can hear someone up there stomping all the time and making loud banging noises along with occasional screaming and yelling. A neighbor we had in the same apartment before was terrible as well. The last time we wanted to use the grills they were so dirty and disgusting and also non functional. It was obvious they aren't being taken care of at all. There are a lot of nice people here but there are also a lot of not so nice people living here as well. I always pick up after my dogs and on their walks I often find other dogs poop that was not picked up. I've seen some people late at night being loud out on their balcony. Also there are a lot of kids that live out here that seem to run wild. There used to be a coffee machine in the entertainment room but I believe it was taken away due to people abusing it. It seems overall the clientele here are not the best. I do not wish to renew my lease when it comes up for renewal.

                                    The staff at renting office are excellent and so are the maintenance personnel. However, the pool is not very well maintained. In the last few months the entire pool has turned green, and the water is cloudy / murky all the time.

                                      Harrington Square is the first place I've lived at since being on my own so for someone's first time living in an apartment I have to say that Harrington Square has not missed a beat! They are an excellent property and I love how consistent and intentional they are with the upkeep of the apartments. It feels good to know that they take pride in the appearance of their property. As far as neighbors go; well you get what you get and there's no control in that. However, I can honestly say that my neighbors have not been terrible. Also, Harrington Square is very family oriented which I also love. Great place to live and reasonable price!

                                        The community was beautiful when we moved in. Then overtime the tenants went down the drain. Trash not being properly disposed of causing overflow at the compactors. Trash in hallway dwellings and pet owners do not pick up their dogs poop and let them urinate close the stairwells causing foul odors. It seems like no references are requested for the tenants moving in and the focus is on filling the apartment. Continuous management changes- I can't say I blame them but please stop allowing individuals who bring down the propriety value of this community to rent here. Three problem families have since moved out, so it's cleaner and quieter now but the other issues remain.

                                            I'm new to the area and have come to really love the community. My one bedroom apartment is beautiful and spacious. Maintenance works in a timely manner and the complex is within 10 minutes of restaurants and stores. But there are downsides. There's a lack of overall cleanliness throughout the complex. Specially, the stairwells and outside hallways are stained and have layers or crud. The package room is also filthy and disorganized at times. Mail carriers also like to leave packages outside of the locked areas. Anyone could walk in and take something. I definitely think that this place is worth the money but you definitely see a downside in terms of quality compared to something a bit more expensive.

                                              The appearance, maintenance of amenities, and overall atmosphere of Harrington have gone downhill since I moved in over a year ago. Landscaping is not what it should be, the office is unresponsive if you email them, and some of the people who have recently been allowed to move in throw trash on the ground. The stairs and hallways in my building are not kept clean.

                                                There has been a decline in the maintenance. Landscaping needs major attention, especially the sandy areas that usually have mulch. Water fountains are broken. Hallways, elevators and common areas need to be swept BEFORE mopping to remove debris, trash. Painting and upkeep of halls, gutters full of grass/trees.
