Very safe , I don't have a lot to say but that the maintenance team is the best Jorge is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and always doing a great job as well as Nelson. The girls in the office are impressive by being so young and able to deal with this large complex in an effective and professional way.

I really enjoy living here! There's always great, fun events. Great amenities! So excited for summer time at the pool and hopefully we'll have better working grills by then too! I can always tell the office is trying their best to keep everyone happy and satisfied.

Trash pickup not consistent. Upstairs tenants can be heard walking LOUDLY at all hours. Rental price way too expensive.Parking spaces should be designated in front of your apartment. People across street park in front of my door, taking up my place .

There should be a flex payment system. Have a certain amount be paid before the due date & the rest on the due date. Like middle of the month ask for half. Then on the due date, ask for the rest of the payment

Its dirty, stinks constantly, overpriced and the trash never gets picked up by the trash service that you pay $30 a month for. Can not forget about the roaches! Not only do they get under the door, they also get in your car from outside. Nothing is ever clean around here, the dumpsters are always overflowing and looking gross. My apattment floors have 2 soft spots that couldve been fixed prior to moving in. Oh the sink leaks to and isnt sealed correctly so you have to be super careful or you'll soak the floor and yourself. We used to live here 3 years ago for 1 year and loved it! Now we regret moving back here and we've only lived here since September!! Cannot wait to move out and never ever return.

It's been good so far, I've seen a lot of people come and go. I wish there were security cameras on the clubhouse. There needs to be more amenities for us here.. with more apartments coming to the area I wish there was more competition with our apartment versus other apartments.

The apartment is nice and maintenance is always quick to respond but the stairs and breezeways stay filthy, the valet trash we are forced to pay barely ever collects on the 3rd floor, and because of someone's bad behaved children, amenities can only be accessed during office hours. The dog park is a complete joke! Never clean and mulch and nothing for the dogs to actually play in or with. I love the office staff and compared to other places the rent is I guess what you consider affordable but still high to have the issues I've listed. I feel safe at all times of day and night and I rarely have any issues inside my apartment.

Close to family and shopping. The upkeep of outdoors is very good. Neighbors are friendly. No problem with parking. Friendly atmosphere at the pool in the summer. Wish the overflow parking didn't have such large trailers blocking the view.

It's been a constant turnover of managers. Some good and some bad. Very happy with apartment size. To many additional charges Such as having to pay $10.00 each month to retrieve packages. Paying $30.00 /month for trash pickup when I am only 25 feet from the compactor. $10.00/month for bug control. All of these extra charges mount up to an additional $50.00/month and you have no choice whether to have it or not. You should be given a choice. Other than the above everything else is just ok.
