My experience has been positive. I take advantage of some of the amenities and appreciate that residents can choose which amenities they desire. The upkeep is very good compared to other communities. My immediate neighbors are courteous and like-minded about what makes a good neighbor.

I love living here and find the staff to be very helpful. I thorough enjoy all of the many activities planned as well as the individual group activities. The many planned evenings are well thought out and the craft fair and vendor related activities are always fun

Overture is more than a rental. It’s a community of people who care. Everyone is friendly and caring. The facility is immaculate and extremely well organized. It’s interesting that the exterior is very nice but the people and staff outshine even that!!

I have found my time at Overture Centennial to be a very pleasant experience so far. The staff and people living here are generally open minded and show consideration to others. There are a variety of activities available to be shared in a joyous and peaceful environment.

The facilities here are generally great, attractive and easy to clean. For the orthopedically handicapped I do have a few suggestions. The toilets need to be higher and should have handles or bars to help with residents' stability sitting down and getting up.

We were promised things that have not be delivered. We would not be in the situation we are if they delivered what was promised. We are moving out. Adequate. Some pleasant staff and residents. Location is great if you’re interested in restaurants or entertainment Also located between two major parks Dix and Pullen. Great for active adults and dogs.

I love the staff, the neighbors, the building is beautiful. I would recommend on those aspects. However, I would not recommend due to the cost. You can find as many if not more amenities and more square footage for about $600 less. I do not want to opt out of sharing my review but because it is not what you as a company want to share the system automatically makes me pick opt out to proceed. I think that people have the right to hear what residents really think this feels disingenuous.

Covid has made it difficult but the staff has worked very hard to make the best for all of us. My spouse and I like many things such as the pool, exercise rooms with classes, the art and crafts room plus having a conference room. We like having the park across from us. The staff seems to bring out the best of us by their example. We really like the concept of 55 old plus. It is very hard to make Friendships but some day when covid is no longer a problem I think it will make a huge difference.

Am enjoying the staff, community , and area that community is in. Every one is so nice and helpful. The residents are all make you feel so welcome . Only complaint is the kids not being allowed in common areas between 3 -5

Way too much car, truck, bus traffic. Common areas quite nice, and need more acoustical work. Noise of conversations echoes in such a way that people may have a hard time hearing. Exercise programs, and common space for gatherings are crucial.

Though being up there in age and moving halfway across the country was a concern, my decision to move to Overture Centennial in Raleigh, NC was never in doubt. Gorgeous upscale apartment, top-of-the-line amenities and a welcoming community supported by a caring and professional staff...I'm home!!!

Living at Overture is a wonderful experience. You are greeted with professionalism and friendliness from the moment you walk in. The staff make sure you have everything ready for your move. The best part is the Amenities and The Community,. There are so many options available from fitness gym for all levels of physical activity, heated pool, arts, games, outings, trips, there is an Amazon Hub in the lobby. It is so spacious, airy and even in the smallest of spaces, it feels Huge. They are very pet-friendly and even have activities like a Halloween Pet Parade for your pets. I am so glad I chose to live here at Overture Centennial.

This is the first apt I have ever lived in so have no comparison. Health made me give up home and I do enjoy apt, residents, staff are excellent, many, many activities, cleanliness, has been a good residence for me.

We have owned our own home all our married life. Living in an apartment community has been an adjustment. We have no basis for comparison to other apartments. It appears that Overture communities are different from other domestic rentals. The population is older, we have more apartment time, we have different expectations. From our point of view Overture Centennial is meeting our needs. This is advertised as an active adult retirement community--we wish there were more active adults. Overall, we are happy here and very happy with the team. Sara Daniels is a very caring, responsive and nuturing person. She is a strong anchor. We are fortunate that she is our manager

Excellent community for people 55+. There is always an event to attend if that is what your looking for. Staff attentive to needs and responds quickly to questions. Peaceful environment. Love coming home.

Charles came bright and early to fix a cupboard that had a board screwed in the wrong place during construction making it unable to use. I was able to put away my pans and it made moving into my new home easier.

I have lived in this community since May 2021, and I really like this community for its safety, cleanliness, sound barrier, and friendly staff and most of all how friendly the people are in this building. We don't have very big amenities but what we have seems to be enough for now. However, I would like to see more fitness classes offered.

It is fine living here, very minor noise during the day and totally quiet at night and the other staff issues have been address. They only thing I would change is the location...not a good spot for a senior place because it is next to a church and bells constantly ring on Sundays and some Saturdays to interrupt your sleep. Otherwise this is a very nice place and the staff work very hard taking care of us and with all the a activities. Neighbors are like family but just wish they did not have their dogs in the eating areas. The carpets could use some taking care of at the entrance too....stains.

We are just 55 and 56, and if others our age knew how incredibly freeing it is to not have the responsibility of owning and maintaining a house, yard, garage, etc., they would flock to move here. We have our first two grand-babies on the way, and now we can focus all our attention on them and not the yard! Staff is great, residents are wonderful, amenities are resort style! Love it here! Oveture Centennial is an active 55 and over community. It provides a variety of amenities and scheduled daily activities to enjoy. It has a variety of spacious floor plans to choose from in a luxurious care free environment. Oveture Centennial is a great place to call home.

Overall I have been satisfied with this community. Besides the trouble I've had with moving around in a walker, it would be helpful if there were additional drawers available in the kitchen and bathroom.
