Very Nice apartments for the price! Great location and the maintenance staff fixes everything SO fast! The office staff is very friendly and helpful also. They occasionally do events in the clubhouse for residents also and my kids love the pool!

It has been a great experience living here. I love how spacious the apartment is and the office always takes great care of taking care of issues in a timely way and communication on updates wether it is a maintenance request or other issues that come up with neighbors.

I recently moved into this apartment community and have had a very positive experience so far. When I first moved in, there were a few small maintenance items that needed attention, which is pretty normal with any new place. I submitted the requests and was honestly impressed by how quickly everything was handled. The staff was extremely communicative throughout the process, keeping me informed about scheduling and making sure the timing worked for me. The maintenance professional who came out was courteous, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my space. He completed all of the repairs in just one day. Not only was the work done efficiently, but it was done well. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail?he cleaned up thoroughly afterward and even took all the garbage and old materials with him, leaving my apartment neat and tidy. That level of professionalism makes a big difference. As a new resident, it's reassuring to know that the management and maintenance teams are responsive and take pride in their work. It definitely makes me feel confident about my decision to live here.

So far so good. Many of the people in my building have been super friendly. My upstairs neighbor actually saw me moving in and helped me carry our big couch inside and while moving it he told me some tips for living here and gave me his number incase he was ever too loud.

Community is great. Neighbors are great for the price It's not a bad apartment right across the street from downtown elkhorn. Maintenance may be a little slow that would be the only downfall for me. But overall I've had a good experience here and would recommend.

I moved into this complex about 10 months ago. Any maintenance issues I've had, I submitted the work order online and the issue was fixed within a day. If I have any questions, the office staff is amazing, so I feel comfortable asking. Every time I walk into the club house to pick up my packages, it is always clean and the staff if friendly and makes you feel like you are part of the community.

It was pretty good experience. Our lease agent stayed passed her work hours to make sure everything worked ok, so we could move in that same day . She was friendly and welcoming. It took us less than 2 hours from start to finish. I'm very greatfull that she was able to help us. We had great experience.

Very good! The staff are very helpful and nice. The maintenance is very good and on time. The only thing is that the gym is not available for enough time throughout the day. The area safe and comfortable.
