I loved living at Elk Hills - having a reserved parking stall and an elevator were a bonus to our large 2 bedroom apartment. We loved being able to walk to downtown Elkhorn. If I didn't get a job transfer we would have renewed for many years.

The staff and grounds crew are just amazing. They always make sure when the apartment and the lawn is in perfect shape. I have a dog and it's so relevant that there are bags for dog waste! 10/10. Wpuld definitley recommend to othwrs who are looking for a grrat apartment!

I absolutely love Elk Hills. The facilities are always in good condition and the staff is amazing! The location is close to great restaurants and a shopping mall which makes it that much better! The apartments are clean and feel very safe and clean. I feel right at home here.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I love living here!

I was very impressed with Elk Hills Apartments and the staff. I was greeted with a smile and a staff who knew all the answers to my questions. The apartments were modern and had extras and quality products such as the granite counter tops and cabinets in the kitchen. The landscape is beautiful and you feel like your living in a small community. The hall ways were clean and spacious when moving in. Easy access to Dodge street, shopping and schools. I think I have found my new home.

This community is great! Gina is the best by far! She is always welcoming and willing to assist in whatever area neccessary. The turn around time for maintenance request is great as well. I love the area. I love the staff! This place is awesome!

I love the elevator in my building, it makes it really easy when I come back with groceries. I also love that it's right next to downtown Elkhorn so I can always head there with friends and family for food or shopping. The neighborhood in front of the complex also makes its a pretty great place that not a lot of people know about! I would definitely recommend.

I've lived at several properties and this was my favorite. Had we not needed more space, we would still be there! Location is great, and the neighborhood is quiet. The apartments were new and modern, and very rarely had issues. The staff is friendly, and always remembered who I was. Would definitely rent at Elk Hills again!

I'm so in love with this community. With knowledgeable, amazingly friendly staff and even recognizing me when I walk in is so welcoming. We're so close to downtown Elkhorn so I can get my shop fix and walk home. The secured entry is probably my favorite part. My husband and I have even discussed getting a bigger apartment here and not getting a house! The landscaping is always beautiful and I never hear anything from neighbors. If you're looking for an apartment, this is it.

Apartments are very modern and spacious. Secured buildings are nice. Grounds are pretty and well maintained. Building common areas are also well maintained. The staff is what really sets them apart. Any time you call for anything ( although rarely needed), they are extremely quick to respond and couldn't be more pleasant. I would recommend living here.

My expierences at elk hills have been pretty good so far lynnsey has been the best and most hopeful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family the community around the complex is amazing plus all the new people i meet are very friendly

Friendly staff, very clean grounds. They have a descent gym. And a pool. Easy access to buildings, very updated and well maintained. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend or family member.

We have lived in 2 different apartments in this complex since fall of 2014 (upgraded to larger apartment). We have enjoyed being here very much, the office staff are very friendly and helpful whatever your needs are. We have never had an issue getting maintenance out quickly if we need it, which has been very seldom. It's a great area to live, just a block to downtown Elkhorn and close to schools and shopping.

I've lived in multiple apartment complexes but Elk Hills was by far my favorite. From the staff to the quality of apartments and affordability, this complex is top of the line. If I didn't move from the Omaha area for work, I definitely would still be living there.

I like this complex because the staff is very courteous and helpful with any questions or concerns that have come up. The area is really accessible to parks and walking/running trails for the workout enthusiast. The pool is a great retreat from the day to day grind and the kids love it. All in all, the apartment complex has been a positive living experience especially for someone who has always lived in a home. TWW

Hands down the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The apartments are nice but the difference truly is in the management. Brianna, Linnsey, and Ginna have always been a pleasure to work with! They will go above and beyond what is needed to make sure you're taken care of and they do it with a smile the whole time.
