Great apartments. Newish development, clean, good location. Elkhorn area is relatively quiet with easy access to Omaha. Rent is high, but what isn't nowadays. Mail room is secure, peeling is decent. Nice place to live!

Apartments are very nice especially the apartments with attached garages. Grounds and apartments are well maintained all year! The staff is great! Apartment complex is close to schools, stores and restaurants.

All the staff at Elk Hills are amazing and know us by name. Never had a problem. All maintenance requests are always followed up on within a day and they've never done a bad job. The office is really easy to talk to.

The apartment complex is very nice and roomy. Maintamce responds fast and gets your issue done. Front desk people are great and help you with anything you may need and very kind. Very well cleaned and smells good. Nice place to live and July would recommend

Nestled in the heart of Elkhorn, this community is a hidden gem that I am very grateful to find. I have been nothing short of impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff! They take pride in the property, and landscape, and love their tenants! It's kinda like coming home to a little resort:) I would easily recommend anyone to live here. Much LOVE 4 Elk Hills!

Overall it's been a good experience. I understand that rent goes up with the market but it is frustrating it went up every time. So we are moving to a place for the same amount but has more space,a yard and double garage for the same price.

Living at Elk Hills has been a positive experience. It's nice that the management is on site and same staff has been here for quite a while. The apartments and grounds are kept up well. Maintenance does a good job with repairs. My only complaint is the last two tenants to live above me can be loud at times. Kids running and stomping around. Running in the hallways. I have complained to the office and am told they will give a courtesy call to remind them to quiet down. It seems to always go back to the same noise after a couple days.

Very quiet and lovely place to live in, good stuff, living conditions are nice. A big plus is a swimming pool, and there is a big park nearby. I think that people who has children will like this place a lot

It's been absolutely great very quite very safe. Staff is excellent. excellent restaurants nearby easy access to Freeway and thoroughfares. People are very polite all around and a lot of activities. I would refer this area to anybody.

This is a wonderful apartment community, the grounds around the buildings are very meticulously maintained, the three ladies at the office are very courteous, and answer your questions whenever ask, anytime, there's a maintenance request it is taken care of very quickly and professionally, everyone that lives here seems to be very Respectful and nice. Just an all-around great place to live.

This is the second time I have lived here. I am not happy with such a large increase of recent rent, due to not being able to use gym. Your gym at this facility is not a gym. It has 2 pieces of equipment and 1 set of free weights and pool is very small. To increase the rent at this location when these 2 items are an issue is not reasonable. You also can't even get to the room that has equipment unless you go during office hours. Not even an option for many residents with those hours

Communication has been at Elkhilks apartments. The staff is easy to communicate needs and then the follow through has been good! The only draw back is the closeness to railroad tracks, but that isn't the apartments problem, that is out of their control.

We have liverd I. These apartments for four years plus. It been nothing but a great experience. We've move up apts three times no problems as we grew out of our spaces. We have animals that we love that are welcome. It is a great community with great communication on everything. They have fixed anything we needed very promtly. With no hesitation. I would recommend these apts to anyone no matter what the situation. Great staff good maintenance very professional. That's why we have stayed do lone they are incredibly.

I love this community because the staff is kind, friendly, and genuinely care about each resident. It is safe with passcode controlled building access. Neighbors are kind and courteous of each other. The maintenance team is quick and professional. Elk Hills is pet friendly and the school district is amazing!

Elk Hills Apartments are the best when it comes to living comfortably. The staff is very friendly and very helpful when your in need. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in this city. The maintenance fellas are very friendly and prompt to fixing your problems. I love that they are pet friendly.

When I was touring properties, the staff at Elk Hills was by far the friendliest. I loved the area and how new they were. Unfortunately, they did not have any one bedrooms available for when I needed to move. I will definitely be coming back though!

I love Elk Hills Apartments! They are by far the best apartments I've lived in. They treat you like family, office staff is super helpful, maintenance is always super quick, they are quiet and safe. 100% would recommend to anyone!

I feel safe and secure here. The office staff is kind and professional. It is both pet and kid friendly. Has access to wonderful Elkhorn public schools and is close walking distance to Old Town Elkhorn.

I lived here for two years and it was really hard to part with this place when I left. Appartments themselves are wonderful and the staff is even better! The area around is super safe. Great neighborhood, the whole nine yards.
