Very quiet community, close to highways and many many restaurants and stores. Wonderful office staff, very friendly and informative. Maintenance staff is great too. I have been here for 4 years now and have never had an issue that wasn't resolved. I like it here and would recommend. The only thing that would make this place better for me would be if we had balconies. I'm on the second floor and on nice days it would be awesome to sit out on a balcony.

Appliances & windows need updating. Washers & dryers also need to be updated . Other than that no complaints. My building is quiet. The grounds are upkept & the office staff is pleasant and the hours are convenient

Great community for families! They keep the grounds so pleasant you cant help but get out and explore. The views are also amazing from the inside of the apartment. These large spacious rooms never make me feel crammed in a box like other apartments did.

Perfect place for living, friendly staff and very helpful. Me and my twi kids never had any issues in 3 years, we love this place. Everything is reachable, people living in building are definitely look forward to continue here

We have lived here 20 years. The community is quiet. The washing machines are well-maintained. The community overall is clean; the parking lots roomy. Roofs, paving, washers, etc. have been replaced when needed. When we call for a repair in our apartment, maintenance staff comes quickly. The location in Nashua is very convenient for travelling anywhere.

Maintenance and office staffs are very nice and professional. These are old apartments, so constant maintenance are needed. They response fairly well with individual request. However, general area like door locks need more attention. In general residents are friendly except we have theft in people stealing mails or parcels so we have to ship everything to clubhouse.

Very quiet and safe property. I moved to another complex, just to come back to this property. Complex is located near the highway and shopping is very local. I would recommend this property. Maintenance staff is professional and react quickly. Office staff has always been very nice.

Me and my family are very happy to live in here. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend's and family. The only concern is how the people park their cars, they always hit my car door, but we are happy here.

Very good apartment and community. Nice neighborhood and amenities. Calm environment. Easy access to work, shopping, schools and restaurants. Close to the US 3. Friendly supportive staff and quick maintenance.

Community is nice and the eminaties are great. The office staff were very helpful and very responsive to my move in needs. They have great hours and I was alble to either just walk in with any needs or schedule appointments.

I have recently moved to Boulder park apartments the part I liked about this place is the location you can find almost everything within 5 miles radius. Another good thing about this property is that it is well maintained, the landscaping really looks beautiful

Great place to live just outdated for the price you pay. Maintenance team is awesome and they fix any problem quick and fast. I have lived in two apartments here for about 3 years now and it is a safe place for kids and everything is conveniently close by.

So far so good. Haven't lived here long enough to really gage how everything is. We had a few issues at the beginning but we fixed them. I think the windows need to be updated and I'm pretty sure that the layout for the townhouse online is completely inaccurate. The small bedroom is tiny.

Facilities falling apart, maintenance and office staff pleasant but many issues went without satisfactory resolution for a very long time. Multiple instances of unresolved pest issues and common use areas such as fire pit and interior building spaces in need of repair.

It is a satisfactory place to live, but not somewhere I would want to live forever. The buildings and grounds are we lol maintained, but the sense of community I'd somewhat lacking. All in all, 4/5 rating

Great location, very close the major highways, entertainment, and dining. Aesthetically a nice neighborhood with nice amenities ( pool, tennis court, and basketball court). Office staff is friendly, professional and always willing to help accommodate if a maintenance issue arises. Overall a great place to call home.

Boulder Park is very beautiful and well maintained, and maintenance staff are first rate. However, apartments are pricey for the area and do not include utilities. Management is rather arrogant and unhelpful, seem to enjoy inconveniencing tenants.

Well kept grounds. Some features of the apartment are a littln outdated and the water pressure is low. But overall no major complaints. The only downfall is they increase you rent every year which feels like they are tying to push you out. It's one thing to pay more if they are making improvements in the apartment but they aren't.

I love my apartment here! Very dog friendly. Awesome neighbors. My kids and I love the pool, too. I would highly recommend living here. It is clean and well maintained and I feel very safe here. My dog and I have never been happier!

The Boulder Park complex is conveniently located off of Route 3, a five minute car ride from Downtown Nashua. It sits back off the road which maximizes renter privacy and minimizes noise pollution from the adjacent shopping center and roadways. The apartments range in size and include several on-site amenities including: a dog park, playground, pool, and tennis courts, which appeal to a diverse community.

I love living here. Not only do I live in an apartment facing the woods behind the building, which is extremely peaceful, but I know just about everyone in the building. They feel like family. Additionally, the complex is super close to anything you need - grocery shopping, restaurants, big chain stores, salons, etc.

It can be difficult to know where to rent. I had often gone by Boulder Park Apartments, and thought how majestic they looked up there on the hill, and always wondered what they looked like inside. I was able to finally do so in 2016. My 2 bedroom apartment is absolutely beautiful ! It is clean, full of light, newly painted and neighbors are quiet, and friendly. The staff is wonderful to work with, and the maintenance service is prompt. Snow is plowed, the lawn is kept up and the landscaping is gorgeous. It is close to just about everything one would need, and the high way is just 5 minutes down the road. I am extremely satisfied living at Boulder Park Apartments...i can't imagine living any where else !
