Terrible management
Ventilation system is terrible so it gets extremely hot in the summer. AC is inadequate to cool the rooms below 75 degrees. Dryers are a rip-off; it takes 2 hrs to dry a load of laundry.

In the two years I was there, my sink drain was slow or mostly blocked even though management was informed 6 or 7 times. If they canĀ“t unclog a drain, what can they do?

Pool was out of service for 4 weeks in June/July last year.

Parking is good - plenty of room. Snow removal was also good. No crime/vandalism.

Bottom line is rent is too expensive. Expect a non-negotiable rent increase every year. Not worth it.
bad management, very bad when leaving
Not recommended. Management is not good at all, and they are very difficult to deal with when leaving.

Not recommended
Management is poor, rate increases are too high and frequent, overall care of the builders is fair to poor. Design of buildings is poor, bad ventilation and therefore extremely hot in summer. One AC doesnĀ“t cut it. Not good for the price paid.

Not too Bad
My ex and I lived here back in 1997 - 1998 and thought it was a good deal for the price. Though things were a bit dated, we didnĀ“t have many problems with the unit. Now when I went back with my new fiance we had nothing but problems, they rejected our application because he is retired military and just retired so hadnĀ“t been on his new job long enough. Personally I thought that was rude and very inconsiderate of someone who had served his country for 26 years.

I would not recommend this complex now unless they come under new management.

Good option for Nashua
I used to live in Woburn MA in a very nice place but the prices in MA went sky rocket so we decided to move to NH and same some $$. Unfortunately, we could not find many places that offers the same conditions as the apartments in MA.

The Boulder Park is one of the few options we found in Nashua that we considered with the minimum requirements and in acceptable conditions.

The kitchen appliances are very old and the bathroom are cheap furnished. We rent a corner unit and we cannot keep the temperature of the master bedroom confortable enough just with the apartment heat. We had to buy a electric one for the winter time.

Just renewed and very happy
I just renewed my lease for the 4th year here and have been very happy. I found this site while shopping to compare rents at other apartments in Nashua. Boulder Park is a good value compared to other apartments in Nashua. The staff is great. All are friendly and accomodating including Bob (the property manager) who is blasted in other entrys on this page. He has always been polite and friendly to me. Some time ago I was in the office while he was talking with a man who was renting and raving because he was not able to break his lease. Bob was calm and polite with this guy while he went on and on about how it was not his fault that his company was transferring him. I wouldnĀ“t have been able to stay that calm! I would have hit the guy! I expect the comments on this site are from unreasonable people like that guy.

Power-hungry, cheap & inconsiderate - stay away!
When I signed up to move in, I was on a business trip and was to move in when I returned from my trip. On my flight to the complex, I called to confirm that someone would be in the office to sign final paperwork and hand me the key; They told me they had no records of me moving in on that day! I had to wait in terror until they finally found my paperwork!

The complex will fix only what is cost effective: this means that anything will stay broken UNLESS it may result in a litigation. No compromise in any "out-of-the ordinary" situation, no sense or feel of community, high rent with little or no benefits. People ARE friendly, ("Hope" and the other front-desk person are ok, all they do is "make the sale") but "Bob" (Property Manager) is a real anti-humanist... strict and holds to company policy that will just line their pockets.

Parking is great, close access to the highway, close to downtown... but location isnĀ“t everything when rent is high, heating/furnice makes a lot of noise (old) and two maintenance calls didnĀ“t fix the problem, windows are cheap and have air leakā¦Ā See More>anonymous

I love it here!!
The office staff especially Hope and Joan are great. They are extremely helpful. My apartment was beautiful when I moved in and I could not be happier. The view is terrific of the city and itĀ“s close to everything. I love the fitness center and the maintenance staff is very responsive and has handled my service requests promptly. I highly reccommend Boulder Park. ItĀ“s is a beautiful setting to come home to. The property is very well cared for. I couldnĀ“t be happier.

I canĀ“t get out of here fast enough!!!!
I donĀ“t even know where to start! We have nothing but complaints about this place! We have a new complaint in to the office, almost every day. Not that it does us any good, since they are completely useless! As others have mentioned, the property manager (Bob) is the biggest jerk around! He is rude, arrogant, & useless. He zooms around the property in his own car, going so fast that people with kids are always complaining about being afraid heĀ“ll run the kids over! He could not care less for the safety, or well being of the residents here!

We have called about our heat 8 times in one year! They will blatantly lie & say that they have fixed things when noone has even shown up! IĀ“ve had maintenance workers tell me that other maintenance workers have lied to me. They also all say that they hate Bob, that Haymen Co. will nickle & dime us & never fix anything, and that there are very big problems in these buildings that they canĀ“t even mention- but that Haymen knows about & wonĀ“t spend to take care of.

WeĀ“ve had brokenā¦Ā See More>anonymous

These people drive me nuts.
I havenĀ“t felt this depressed since I was in desert storm back in 91. IĀ“ve contemplated jumping from the terrace a few times. IĀ“ve probably written a bible of complaints since IĀ“ve lived here. I canĀ“t get a decent nightĀ“s sleep for the pitter patter...or should I say stomping of little feet above me. IĀ“ve complained to the lady about her kid a time and time again but still no change. I guess itĀ“s okay if you like that sort of thing, but I have to get up early in the morning to work at a stressful job all day. YouĀ“d atleast think someone was on your side in this. IĀ“m going back to Texas.

OLD FASHIONED NEEDS UPGRADES
GOOD PRICE FOR SQUARE FOOTAGE. DURING THE SUMMER IT SUCKS BECAUSE THERE IS A LITTLE AIR CONDITIONER FOR A 1300 SQ. FT APARTMENT AND DURING THE WINTER THE PIPES ARE SO NOISY! YOU CAN NOT SLEEP! WATER PRESSURE IS VERY BAD IN THE MORNING WHEN YOU GET READY FOR WORK. THE HAYMAN COMPANY WHO OWNS THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO HIRE A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER! HEĀ“S ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THE SATISFACTION OF THE RESIDENTS WHO PAY RENT MONTHLY! THEY NEED TO SERIOUSLY UPGRADE THE APARTMENTS. THEY KNOW HOW TO RAISE RENT AND PUT THE MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS INSTEAD OF IMPROVING THE LIVING CONDITIONS.

Mediocre
With all the competition out there, youĀ“d think these people wuould at least install garbage disposals in the units! I never even questioned whether they had them here since I havenĀ“t encountered a town on public water and sewer where they donĀ“t exist. I hate having to empty the garbage every night especially in the winter when I have to walk thru ice and snow to get to the dumpster. Because the dumpster is full of garbage, it also smells horrible most of the year. There are no elevators, so lugging in groceries and such can be a real back breaker sometimes. The heating system is so noisy that sometimes I canĀ“t even sleep at night. The walls are so thin I can hear a radio on next door, and conversations downstairs. Tiny closets, which I didnĀ“t realize were so small until I moved in.

DonĀ“t go unless your desperate
This place just sucks. The rent is raised every year and the management is pretty awful. There are too many stairs and, although the parking seems ample, if you come home after 11PM, forget about parking anywhere near your building.

The maintenance people are fantastic, though, the only thing they really canĀ“t do is fix the A/CĀ“s.

Small list of complaints: the apartments are FREAKING HOT in the summer, and the A/CĀ“s donĀ“t work well at all (IĀ“ve talked to others who have had similar complaints). I had my A/C serviced 3 times, and it still didnĀ“t cool the apartment down.

If youĀ“re unfortunate enough to live on the 2nd floor as I was, be prepared to hear the pipes above you in the bedroom moaning and groaning all night long throughout the year.

The walls are incredibly thin - I could hear my next door neighbor using his Instant Messenger all night. The chick upstairs from me had a very active sex life, and the guy below me felt the need to annoy all of us with his strange latin-rap music. After a month of that, I lodged a complaint to the office andā¦Ā See More>anonymous

DonĀ“t let the Model Fool You.
Expect rent to go up 10% per year
Property manager (Mr Watson I believe) is single biggest jerk to ever walk the planet for no apparent reason...highly abrasive, confrontational as a rule. If this guy worked at a fast food restaraunt they would fire him for being rude to customers who are spending a few dollars, so why is allowed to mistreat customers paying more than $10000.00 per year. A real oversite by someone. His employees even hate him and say so behind his back. Maintenance is great.
