Worst place I ever lived..
Boulder Park Apartment is the absoulutely rip off with the rude people in the leasing office. I lived there for about 12 months. First I finsihed my six months lease, at the end of my lease they increased my rent $50 dollars but I extened my lease for another 6 months for higher rent. Cause I couldnt move out that time for personal reasons. When I moved out I never got my deposit back not a dime. I never missed my rent, I usually paid them before even due date but they gave out negative references about my rental history. I am going to court regarding this. I would never recommend this place to any one who is reading this. Save your self aggrevation and money look else where. Thank you

Very rude staff, one or two are nice.

Heat is pathetic, that must be due to the windows.

Stereo was stolen from my car, Somebody broke passenger window and took the Setreo and CD changer and little cash, not juz my car few car windows were broke same night.

finding an apartment is easy instead of convincing Boulder park Staff to extend two months. i moved to different apartment

i did not get my Security Deposit $400 any part of it.

I wont recommend to anyone.
I am leaving in US for 9 years in many cities and apartments, and this is the worst experience. The management staff is pain to deal with, very unfriendly. Very bad lease break terms, almost 3 months rent. (2 months rent 1 month notice). I am scared of there lease breakage terms, so to play it safe, I was signing six months lease and every time, they are increasing the rent by $50 or $25. When you leave the deposit, for sure, you won't get a dime back.
Add another $150 for gas bill on top of the rent (for winter 6/7 months). All the windows leaks and after paying $150-175 gas bill, still you have to wear heavy clothes, it is so cold inside. They donāt care to fix the leaks as they are not paying the gas bills.
Only positive aspect is location. Very close to exit 8 and if you are working in Fidelity Investments, it is very convenient.
I wont recommend to anyone.
ā¦Ā See More>samnj

Do Not Stay here, Getting Out is a Huge Hassle
I lived here for 2 years and am trying to leave now, coz im moving..
These guys do not let you leave in peace.
They called up my new apartment complex and gave them misinformation about me.Management is horrible, if you are late by 1 day to pay your rent they charge you $50 bucks a day no warnings...
The manager is rude and ignorant. They are nice when you first move in, but after that all they know is your rent check.
Heating and cooling is awful(the worst ive seen and ive stayed in 4 cities before moving to nashua.. by far one of the worst)
Frigid in the winter and Hottt in summer.
They Upped my rent every 6 months.
Parking is ample, but after 7-8pm its hard to find a parking slot close to your building. Snow plowing is slow and the snow sits in the parking lot for days.
The management is horrible.. Not At All recomended. I dont expect to get my deposit back(even though the apt is in great condition)
Ohh by the way, heat and hot water is not included and is very expensive. The blinds are of cheap quality and wake you up early if lights not your thing.
I could say much moreā¦Ā See More>anonymous

The Worst Place I've Ever Lived...
These apartments are HORRIBLE. We moved into a 3rd floor unit during the summer and at first the management was friendly and assured us that parking was great, the a/c would circulate through our entire apartment and that in the winter the snow would be plowed quickly. Yeah right!

The only room in the apartment that was cooled by the a/c unit was the living room. The rest of the place was SMOLDERING. Once winter came, the heat didn't work initially and after two weeks of using a space heater it was finally "fixed" but continued to stop working atleast once every two weeks. So we routinely came home to a 40 degree apartment.

The snow wasn't plowed very well and I usually slid down the hill from my apartment, along the way hitting the 5 speed bumps they decided to put in and the pot holes that were never filled.

The management was RUDE and none of them seemed to really care about anything other than the check they were getting.

My roommate's vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot which was barely lit. The management couldn't have cared less.

All I can say isā¦Ā See More>anonymous

heat issues
Well I had many issues living at Boulder Park...one was the heat. It NEVER worked. It was bad enough when I would come home and find the apartment at 47 degrees at least once a week, but when I moved out because a house I had built was done they charged me $3500.00, even though I had a perfect canidate who wanted to take my lease over. Now that person rented their own apartment there in a different building...guess what? NO HEAT.

Don't live here.....not worth your time or money!!!!
I have lived here 2 yrs and this place is absolutely insane.

When we first moved in, everyone was so nice, and kind, but once we were here 6mos, it's like you are just a person with their money and you serve no other purpose.

Buildings need work, maintance is poor, management is awful.

In the 2 yrs we have been here, at least 30 maintaince requests were put in and we have had to wait several days to get any of them filled.

Recently, there have been car break ins in the parking lot (which is not very light, and there is no security), cars being vandelized, tires slashed, etc.

In our building specifically, the back door has been broken almost the entire time we have lived here. Several of us residents have brought it to the management and nothing is ever done.

Noise has always been a problem here as the walls are paper thin and floor boards crack with any walking/moving done above.

Safety is a huge problem for all residents in our building since the parking lot is often black at night due to lights being out the entire time we have lived here. Nice location & amenities, but needs improvement
The location was terrific: right next to Exit 8 (Rte 3), tons of stuff on Amherst St, easy access to Manchester, gorgeous area (behind Kessler Farm Condos) to walk around, not too close to traffic.

Parking was abundant, with no limit to # of cars per household, but parking lot layout (and relaxed attitude towards parking) meant that sometimes the snow couldn't be plowed effectively.

Onsite storage space seemed great and convenient at the time, but since moving out I discovered that the Public Storage facilities across the street (behind the Crowne Plaza & Sun Microsystems) are a far better value for the money and are climate-controlled. Also, BP didn't plow the area up to and around the storage units, so good luck getting in there in the winter.

Area felt fairly safe except that walkways and trails were extremely close to the windows, which feels a bit intrusive for the first-floor residents. Screens were often broken or nonexistent, adding to insecure feeling around windows; bugs often crawled in (and died) around the windowsill, adding to an already evident bug problem, especially in winter time (ants, winged insects, roaches, etc.) If there was a security guard patrolling theā¦Ā See More>taylormaid

I have lived in this apartment for a year and a half. I don't understand why people are upset with this staff. There hard workers just like you and I. They have problems just like we do at work. Anyway, I have enjoyed living here. It's a nice community and hardly any problems. When I have a problem I call it in and it gets fixed as soon as possible. As for the people who live here that I have interacted with have been very friendly.

maintnance is great/so is the property
I do not know what the problem is, all I ever have is good customer service by the property crew. The maintnance staff is always fast to react on any problem that I have ever had. They respond in a timely manner and are always courteous. Especially a tech called Ram, I think that is his nickname. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help, on any manner that I have. Well, that is all I have to say, if you do not believe me, then take my challenge and come llive here.

Wow, I thought it was just me...
I can't agree with all the negative reports enough.
I hate dealing with the office staff, they are rude and unfriendly.
I did not get notification of a DHL package and they sent it back. Why can't after a few days give residents a call..."we don't have time to call all these people", well my package was actually there. They are horrible.

My wall hangings and things are constantly falling from the walls since the walls and floors are so thin!
My neighbors are rude, they yell and scream outside at all hours of the night. Someone props the side door open all the time and leaves.
Parking is miserable, one car hasn't moved in months and in the summer everyone brings out there motorcycles so there is even fewer spots! Everyone here is so inconsiderate!
I have very little closest space.
I am living here about of conveinience and with pets, but am miserable. No wonder I have seen people moving out in droves!

Looks can be deceiving
I lived in Boulder Park for 2 years, and couldn't wait to get out. First, the leasing office members are rude. I was actually denied help by one member when asked by another staff member to help me, becuase "she was doing bills." She reluctantly came out to help a minute later. Their attitude and demeanor in office is horrible. They all need a course in customer service. Second, lets talk about maintenance... if it is too late, and you call the on call person, you have a 50-50 chance of getting a response, don't hold your breath! I had to wait until morning, on a cold winter night, with no heat, for a returned call! Now lets talk about the building itself... 1) my water heater broke at least 2-3 times each winter. I had 3 leaks in my apartment (kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, and bathroom) In the year afterward, the maintenance staff never finished repairing the water stained walls (after many calls to the office). The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you ( I mean EVERYTHING!). Oh, and don't be fooled by the fancy laundry system, the machines break continually, and takeā¦Ā See More>anonymous

The not so good, the bad and the ugly
Ok folks, I have live here for 2 years and am looking forward to moving.

I don't have a problem with the management per se. The leasing staff are nothing special, but better to deal with then the manager. They need a kick in the butt to get anything done and I have seen several complaints on the local BBB web site. Also the reviews here are similar to my own comments.

The main issue with my apartment and others I have heard and read about is they were built with very inexpensive building materials. When you have paper thin walls and hear your neighbors all the time. Have to turn your heat up to 90 degrees in the winter to avoid freezing--you pay for the heat to! Plus when I called the gas company on a service call and was told that piping was not up code it raises a red flag.

My advice is if you're going to live here do you're homework first. There's a lot of complaints out there and some I can say are accurate. There are a lot of places which cost the same or less and have utilities included andā¦Ā See More>anonymous

ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
The building look good from outside, but they stink from inside. Poor maintenance. The property manager is the most difficult lady to talk to. There is no sense of customer service. The management is pathetic (specially the property manager).
The worst Management I have ever dealt with.

This apartment complex really sucks. Poor maintenance, unfriendly management, arbitrary policies. Property manager herself makes and breaks policies on her will. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone.

No complaints.
I have been a resident for 4 years without any complaints. Office staff is always professional and courteous. The property is kept in excellent condition including the landscaping, newly updated laundry rooms with prepaid card operated washers & dryers. Brand new gym equipment was installed last year in the fitness center. Potential new residents are subjected to credit and criminal background checks. This might explain why I have never had a problem with rowdy law-breaking neighbors as the trailer park trash is weeded out by management in the application process. I highly recommend this apartment community.

Aweful To Say It Nicely
I have lived here for only five months and in that time I am already dying to get out of this lease. The management staff is not only sub-par and unhelpful, they are downright rude. They find every possible way to squeeze another penny out of the tennants ($20 deposit for a laundry card, $1.50 for a small washer that will not take coin, $20 deposit for an access card to the fitness room which has machines older than Christ). The only decent thing about this place is the maintenance staff, which is good because you won't find an apartment where something isnt broken.
