Very nice staff. The grounds and recreation facilities are kept clean. Easy access to Highways, close to shopping centers and restaurants. Would have liked to have seen the unit that I was going to rent before I committed to taking it. I was not given that option. Did not like that it had more stairs to climb than I expected.

So far the community has been wonderful. I haven't fully moved in yet, but everything in the apartment was clean and in good condition. The space is bright and welcoming. I like the community aspect of complex and am excited to be a full time resident in a couple weeks!

Location is great, especially for Fidelity associates. The apartments themselves are a bit outdated, and if the apartment above you has a heavy dog you'll hear them every time they get excited... But overall it's a good place to live. The staff are super easy to interact with and the area itself is generally safe. Can be pricey though... Rent has increased 50 dollars every year I've been here. Started out affordable, but I'm thinking I'll need to move out soon.

Boulder Park is a great value, and a very good community for first-time apartment dwellers! My only quarrel is that I wish they had machines in each building to add money to the laundry card, rather than having to go to the leasing office to add money!

The office and maintenance staff are very professional and responsive. The grounds and buildings are well kept and enhancements are performed often. I've lived in two buildings and love my current apartment. I recommend this complex to anyone looking.

It is a goid community. It is very friendly community. It is located in a nice quiet place. It is very near to the Nashua pheasant lane mall, if you would like to go to shopping. It is also helpful for the people who does jobs near to Boston.

The office staff and maintenance crew are very responsive and efficient. The overall community appearance is great and they have a lot to offer but the 1 bedroom apartment isn't worth the amount of $$ for rent. The apartment was clean when moving in, but the drains in the bathroom drained terribly and the carpet was lifting in so many places. One thing i really did enjoy regarding the apartment was the bedroom. It's huge. This was perfect for my first apartment but the rent amount and quality of the apartment isn't worth a renewal.

Kitchen appliances and AC are old and different from the ones that we were shown when we visited a model apartment. We were clearly assured that the same appliances would be provided in our apartment too. Dishwasher spits black sticky material that are hard to clean. Dishwasher and AC need to be replaced with a new one.

Boulder Park is very conviently located to a variety of shopping and restaurant options. It is easily accessible to Route 3. The office staff are helpful and for the most part, maintenance requests are answered promptly. The only concern would be parking- depending on which building you are in parking may be tight which can be frustrating. Overall, I would recommend Boulder Park to a friend- and in fact I have before!

Although we only moved in in November 2017, we already feel like we have become accustomed to living there. Maintenance is helpful if there is a problem. I had a problem with my door lock because a small piece broke. Maintenance was able to fix it quickly and were very nice. I recommend Boulder Park.

If you are looking for an affordable, quiet apartment - this is the place! So close to anything you would need and the last exit going north without a toll. Water is not included in the rent, but mine has never exceeded $30 a month for just me. I highly recommend.

Apartment is nice, carpet is brand new, appliances are very close to brand new. Overall very pleased with the apartment. Sound isolation seems good. I can hear footsteps in the apartment above me, but have yet to hear voices or anything else. Sound isolation to outside the building is the opposite. The windows are very old and don't insulate sound or temperature. You can easily hear normal volume conversations and feel air coming in around the perimeter. The leasing office staff have been exceptional so far. Speed bumps in the main entrance are awful to drive over every day. Complaint points are nothing serious that you don't get used to after a week or two. Overall 9/10 for the price.

Beautiful grounds. Nice, comfortable apartments, simple and smoke-free. I moved here as it was close to my new job and conveniently near to the essentials. It is walking distance to the grocery store and to the bus stop. Maintenance issues are solved quickly and correctly, no need to ask twice. Management is friendly and helpful, prompt in dealing with any concerns. I can just barely, when it is quiet, hear my next door neighbor's dog bark. Sometimes I hear people talking outside in the parking lot and sometimes I notice the main road below my windows, but I am in the building closest to the road. The other buildings are quieter. I feel safe walking around the grounds. The pool is open all summer and in winter there is a perfect sledding hill. I think the price is fair for what these apartments offer. I hope this helps you decide whether you'd like to move here.

Employees are very nice, and helpful. Overall everyone in the community is nice, and welcoming. Rent I think is a little too much for what we have. Laundry can be hard to get done with only one unit per floor.
