This community is very clean and modern. It's very quiet Throughout the day, at night it is usually quiet but sometimes can hear other people snoring which definitely keeps me up at night. The building stay pretty warm without having to turn on my heat. TheMaintenance staff responses right away with any inspection issues we had.

Office staff are very courteous and helpful! Grounds are beautiful. The apartment I moved into wasn't in the greatest shape, carpets pretty heavily stained and ripped up in sections. This was mentioned upon move in and the office staff worked with me to ensure it was all marked out and that I wouldn't get penalized for the carpets when I leave. Still a little unhappy with the state of the apartment and appliances for the rent cost, but altogether not a bad place to live!

I have been extremely please with my experience with Boulder Park. The staff at the main office and the maintenance staff are all incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The buildings and grounds are not new construction, but are all well maintained.

We love the size of the apartment and having two bathrooms is definitely a plus. They are pet friendly which is another plus. However, the appliances are old, the carpets are light colored and you see everything on them. They are very hard to keep clean. The parking is terrible. We don't even have a designated spot for one car. When coming home at night your lucky if you find a spot to park.

The location is great, the property is nice, but the interior of the apartment is subpar. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. At this price point, there should be a balcony. The shared washing machines can be a nuisance.

The neighborhood is gorgeous and the office staff and residents are very friendly! Pets are allowed and there is a washer/dryer unit on each floor! Parking is convenient and easy and doesn't cost an extra fee!

Neighbors are friendly. The grounds are kept very well. Snow removal is done promptly. The fact that they are pet friendly apartments is a huge plus. We rarely hear neighbors or footsteps above us. Very quiet and cozy.

This has been a great place to live for us. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team responds promptly and does a good job. It's a great location, being so close to downtown Nashua. It's also nice being near the highway but far enough away that it's not a noise issue.

Nice clean apartment building. Pet friendly building allows you to make lots of new friends out walking dogs. Management is attentive to maintenance issues. Quiet neighbors/ Floors are really creeky & windows are drafty.

The apartment was in poor condition upon moving in, and management did not fix what was damaged or poorly installed in the apartment. Kitchen is stocked with older appliances that do not always work properly. Not many people socialize so a great place to be alone; not a great place to hang out with your neighbors.

Beautiful area, friendly staff, conveniently close to the highway, and plentiful free parking for you & visitors! Only gripe I have is that they don't do any kind of recycling, but here's hoping they come up with something soon. Absolutely love that we were able to grab a townhouse unit and that they allow both cats AND dogs, which is tough to find.
