Moving during the pandemic was a daunting task, however it went incredibly smoothly and was a safe transition. Not only were we well supported by the staff at the leasing office during the move, but throughout our time staff and neighbors have been wonderful.

I have immensely enjoyed this facility. The office staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions. The maintenance is fast to respond to any work order and leave the apartment clean. I have never had any problems with my neighbors, always plenty of parking, and the facilities are always unkept. Highly recommend.

Everything is great. Just don't like ants. Makes me uneasy living here. I hope it is not often the ants are around. Am I stuck in a lease if they are constant. I haven't seen many in the kitchen but just now saw on my bed.

Great location, walking distance to grocery store and other shops. Grounds are nicely maintained. Apartment itself is roomy but being on the first floor it's rather dark due to the big bushes outside of the windows in all rooms.

The apartment complex is amazing. I love having a pool and a fitness center so close to where I am living. My apartment is so nice and it feels so roomy. I have enough space that I don't feel cramped but also that I am not surrounded by empty space.

Our experience has not been perfect. - the washer in our floor does not work every now and then. - we are being asked to bear the full cost of replacing curtains/blinds, when we don't think the damage is entirely due to our use. - there is not much storage in the unit. Extra storage comes with a cost and is quite small. - the lease period is for 14 months in the winter, with no option for a 12 month lease (even if at an extra cost).

Great value compared to other apartment complex in the area! Office staff and maintenance team are incredibly friendly and timely. When needing assistance after business hours concerns were directed to maintenance in a timely manner allowing the issue to be resolved that night.

Quiet, except I had a noisy neighbor above me and they allowed me to move to an upper level without penalty. At night it's a quiet place. Convenient to highway. Ample parking, pets owners seem responsible.

Overall everything has been great. My building is surprisingly quiet, my neighbors have been very friendly, and the staff has been attentive and always respond in a timely fashion. The location is top notch and you won't find a more convenient location for commuting to work. It is just a couple of minutes to the highway. The maintenance staff seems to be on top of things. I never see any lingering issues. Things are always taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff have been a great help. They always answer any questions almost immediately.

Because of Covid, I tend to keep to myself. However, your staff and your maintenance crew are friendly, courteous, and prompt. They have been a pleasure to deal with. The upkeep has always been fantastic. The place looks wonderful. I always enjoy having guests come over and see my apartment. It's small, which is the perfect size for me. It's availability couldn't be any better. I am literally two minutes from where I work.

The apartment complex is well maintained as are the buildings themselves. The location is ideal for just about anyone as it is close to the highway and near a variety of restaurants, the supermarket and stores.

It is quiet. Halls are always cleaned. Staff is friendly and great about helping with any sort of issue you may be experiencing. I will say that the windows are not well insulated but that is a minor issue. The space is amazing. The pool and gym are always cleaned and never crowded. We couldn't be happier here.

Nice apartments with good amount of space. Only "issue" is that the heat doesn't work well in the master bedroom so in the winter months you need a heater or heated blanket to keep warm. The windows are also not very insulated so you will have to cover them in the winter as well to help keep the cold air out.

Very inflexible when trying to get out of lease or moving within complex. Get approve first year and get refused for the second year. NOT GOOD. The company needs to take each case separately. Must be mote accommodating!!!!!!

I've lived in several apartment communities and I think Boulder Park is a great apartment community. I've lived here nearly a year now, and I plan on renewing my lease. Management is always responsive and friendly. Any issues I've had in the apartment, maintenance has been prompt and thorough. I rarely hear my neighbors, so noise isn't an issue. Residents here seem to be respectful of living in an apartment community. I haven't had issues with parking. Residents get a parking sticker to park anywhere in the lots and visitors are allowed to park wherever too without fear of being towed. The only downside for me is no utilities are included, which is a bummer, but both gas and electric payments have been quite affordable, for me. I live in a single apartment that is considered small by some peoples standards. It is not an issue for me because I don't own a lot and there is a lot of cabinet space and some closet space. There are also storage units on site that don't cost much monthly to utilize. Overall, I am satisfied.
