I am very pleased with my choice in Boulder Park apartments. The location is perfect for a commuter! Shopping plaza with everything you need next door, and a couple minutes from the highway. The office staff were amazingly helpful and friendly during my move process. Oh and it's gorgeous here

Great community to live. It's quiet and convenient, There's lots of stores nearby, the Exit 8 Bus terminal going to Boston is near as well. And its nice to walk around Kesslee Farm Drive when you want to get some fresh air and stretch your legs. The staff and maintenance are effecient. During winter, the snow in parking areas ang roads are plowed.

I have enjoyed living at Boulder park! The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and had new carpeting and appliances. Our neighbors weren't too loud, and everyone was friendly. Maintenance was extremely responsive anytime we had an issue. Gym and pool was super nice to have as well.

Apartment is great, spacious and clean. The overall management staff are nice and helpful with anything you need. The overall community is very nice and we'll put together. Lots of space to walk around especially if you have a dog. Area seems very safe as well. Would definitely recommend a friend to live here!

Everyone from residents to staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have met a number of people from different buildings who have joined and come together to play sports and hoping to meet more when the pool is reopen.

Kelly is condescending, nasty, makes disgusting comments regarding her literal tenants who pay her bills. She is a nasty nasty woman and the community would be better off without her. She needs to be fired. 0/10. Lacks decency or common courtesy, could not speak more lowly of this horrid woman

Property landscaping has all been redone. The location is very convenient with immediate highway access to RT 3, shopping and restaurants. Office staff and Maintenance staff are wonderful. Lots of green space, great for dogs!

This community is very quiet, but good for couples and dogs. We walk our dog daily through the complex and the adjoining condo complex. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are usually doing some activities or giveaways for the complex.

Noisy, there is no sound proofing in the buildings. Property manager is abrasive. For a complex that has been around a long time, they still don't have a good system for snow plowing. Rent has been raised 2 years in a row with no discernable benefits to residents.

The community itself is good. The neighbors are nice and quiet. I don't hear sirens all night or fighting day and night. Some of the aspects of the property needs updating. The windows in particular are a frequently commented on item that needs to be fixed; they do not insulate heat or sound well. If you're on the first floor, you can hear people's conversations crystal clear. Too much emphasis is put on how the grounds look, and the apartment quality suffers. They're not bad by any stretch; all appliances work and are nice but old. The carpeting is discount carpeting(which is fine, I have cats so it's whatever) but the carpet was not cut with super fine measurements. Many corners are bunched up and seem just stuffed into place. That being said, the apartments DO feel safe. They're also clean and tidy, and everything works. Probably a bit high on the rent for the quality of the apartment itself, but it is much better than some other properties in the Nashua area.

Been here for four years. Location is good. Parking is good. Saftey is good. Maintenance is very good. Apartment appearance and conditions are not up to date and rent to value is not reasonable. No lundary in unit. Air leaks through walls and windows and winter could be challenging especially if you have kids. Heat system is old. There are other places around could worth better value than this. Been here for four years for personal reason but will move out as soon as I can.
