For apartment living its not so bad. Quit mostly but it can get pretty loud depending your neighbors. I like the fact that they have no smoking buildings and buildings for people with dogs etc. The grounds are really nice and the staff at the office are nice. They also have on property storage units which is really nice if you can get one.

It is overpriced, small, and the layout of the apartment isn't appealing whatsoever. The only good thing about these apartments are the people around us. Our hallway is very social, we have awesome neighbors that look out for us. Unfortunately, the staff here are not as friendly, and not as helpful.

Beautiful neighborhood, grounds, apartment and community. We have lived here almost 13 years and enjoyed the many amenities and great location. The office staff is very friendly and capable with our requests and needs. Thank you!

Nothing but bad experiences over and over. Its only gotten worse over the years, no one that is genuinely happy with this apartment complex has lived here for more than 2 years. The utilities are now handled by Conservice who has a 1.04/5 BBB rating with hundreds of consumer complaints (tens of thousands across the spectrum). I see why, as I was charged $35-40 a month for water when I wasn't even showering/living at my apartment. They have no metering systems, they just guesstimate your cost and charge you. I guess it makes sense based on their name Con-service. BTW I did not have to login in, sign up or do anything at all to post this review. All you need to do is enter any email regardless if it is functional as you don't need to verify the email address (I used superfakeemail at superfake d0t c0m). So to clarify, to leave a review all you have to do is enter fake information and click a box. It basically does not get any more illegitimate for a review site. I've had no issues since moving in. Any concerns or work orders have been fine in a timely manner. The staff have been nothing but polite, either in person or on the phone. I haven't had any issues with my neighbors.

Boulder Park is well maintained and my apartment was pristinely clean upon move-in. Property management keeps residents well informed on all maintenance needs, parking updates and/or weather related issues. I find it particularly attractive for single resident living as there is very reliable and responsive maintenance. Highly recommended!

I'm pretty happy here. Everyone seems to be friendly but also mindful of one another. I can say that this year I've enjoyed how tentative and easy to talk to the staff is. Also I like the amenities when they're up and running (thanks covid)

It's very calm and safe place to live in with all amenities like gym, tennis court etc. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Quick response for work request, staff is very helpful. It's close to grocery stores that makes it very convenient to live here.

Great community maintenance works fast and does it correctly although the appliances are a bit outdated and the cabinets it's a nice place could use a bit of remodeling but being a 30 year old complex I can understand neighbors are quiet and incredibly close to basically everything you could need without driving more than 10 minutes

The residents are respectful, and keep a quiet atmosphere regularly. It is not a very new building, however it had been maintained well, and any issues I've had were addressed and resolved the same day. Only big disappointment is that the apartment complex as a whole does. Ky recycle; each building has one dumpster to be used for trash and recycling. Disheartening to see the amount of recycling in the dumpsters every day. The city of Nashua does recycle, so we are able to deal with our recycling properly, but I really wish management could see the impact theu could have if they encouraged recycling throughout the community, rather than stripping the option entirely for some.

So far its been great living at Boulder park. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to any needs and the building is very quiet and clean. The location is great. Very close to restaurants and the highway.

The apartment was clean and new rugs on the floor. The process of completing documentation was easy and speedy. The deposit was fare and deposit return is possible if I decide to relocates in the future. Shopping for food is 2 minutes away.

Boulder Park is has been a good place to live. Management and maintenance are always quick to respond. They do a pretty good job of keeping the parking lots clear during the winter, and the gym is alright in a pinch. On the down side, your rent is definitely going to jump every single year that you live here.

I have heard from others in different apartment communities that their office staff would send out reprimanding communications often. At Boulder Park, staff is very respectful and mindful of communication that send out in mass and the communications are always timely and detailed. While they must manage many buildings, the community does offer flexibility and does not restrict its residents too much from personalizing our homes. I really have nothing bad to say about the community.

Overall this apartment was the best price point for the quality we needed. We knew this was a temporary location. For the cost of rent we were satisfied by the apartment condition and overall community. The small inconveniences that we experienced were the apartment hallways smelling of smoke quite frequently and the sensitive smoke detector made the brand new oven something we couldn't utilize often. The mail system worked efficiently and no packages were ever tampered with or stolen. Depending on what is important to you, this apartment could be a hit or miss. We enjoyed this apartments location because we love going out to eat, living in a low traffic area, and being close to grocery stores, and having activities around us. It checked out boxes off, if we weren't relocating for work we would consider staying again for an additional year.

Very new, so I really don't know what to say. It is quiet here, people are nice, there are lots of dogs... I love dogs so that is perfect for me. Hopefully I can adopt my own dog at some point and join all of the other dog owners!

I rented a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath renovated apartment at approximately 1,050 sq ft. In the 2 years I've been here I've had 3 issues, none life threatening or show stopping, the staff and maintenance crew addressed immediately. I've enjoyed my time here and the interaction I had with front office staff and maintenance. I'ts a nice, quiet environment. I would recommend this place to my friends and family should they decide to move to this area.
