Rent was honestly way too expensive for the apartment size and quality from the start and then it was increased. Office staff can be a little rude. The dog park has had trash laying around for at least the past week.

Very easy move in and everything was communicated effectively. I was able to get the apartment I wanted in a decent time frame - smoke free building, large window, and cat friendly without any hassle. The office was helpful with every question I had and made it easy for me to move in!

I moved here in June of 2020. I wasn't planning to move out of my old apartment at that time. However, when I was apartment shopping, I came across Boulder Park. They were prompt with their replies. It was the first apartment I got to see live (since Covid prevented me to see others). Social distancing was observed. I fell in love with the apartment and decided to get it. The leasing office has always replied quickly to my calls and emails and have addressed any maintenance issue(s) appropriately. I would recommend Boulder Park to friends and family.

Awful experience, we had a roach infestation the day we moved in- it was not handled in a timely manner, and management did not want to assist us. They lack basic sanitation and did not clean prior to us moving in. When we told them the building needed to be fumigated they told us to wait 3 more days. After much fuss, they finally paid extra to have an exterminator come in. But made us know that they had to pay extra. We were told roaches were "common" and not to worry. They were crawling all over the walls and our belongings. Then we were told they were just wood roaches, so we shouldn't worry- which they weren't. They were German cockroaches brought there from lack of cleanliness and sanitation. We had to stay in a hotel upon move in weekend, and they refused to reimburse us for the aggregation. I even mentioned my medical conditions that flared due to the anxiety and they did not seem to care. Neighbors told us to leave while we could. I'm glad we are.

So far I've loved the place. Apartment has ample space and a nice kitchen. Maintenance responded to my one fix so far extremely quickly. Really only issue so far is hearing upstairs neighbors walking around, but I'm a heavy sleeper so I don't mind

I have had a wonderful experience living here. Any maintenance work that I have requested in the past have quickly been taken care of in a professional manner. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The gym and pool area are well maintained. Importantly, I feel safe living here.

Great so far. Maintenance is good and prompt. Amenities are awesome. Buildings are kept clean and updated. Only one complaint is how expensive laundry is & I think it would be much easier if laundry card refill stations were inside the apt buildings.

Why can visitors ONLY spend 11 nights a YEAR overnight??? Why did I feel targeted by Kelly Blake? She WOULD NOT give me her supervisor ?? name!!! Why do NONE of screen or windows fit properly? Why isn't there 2 exit doors in every apartment?

I enjoy living in this community with my dog. There is the neighborhood feel while still being accessible to the highway and many stores. I don't have to worry about my safety, or the safety of ordering packages. Many of the people I have met have been very friendly. I have not had any issues.

Love the amenities, i.e. pool, tennis courts, storage onsite. The apartment was freshly painted and new carpets were installed prior to move in. All the staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help.

A good, clean space that is pretty good rent-to-value. Front office is helpful and maintenance staff is prompt. Ample parking. Never had an issue parking my car. Plows come through regularly during the snow The laundry system is not great - no hookups, communal machines, reloadable cards that require you to recharge cards at the front office as opposed to online or your own building

My roommate and I just moved in about a week ago, I can only speak for myself, but I'm beyond satisfied! Any minor issues were resolved immediately. I'm a dog owner and the convince of a dog park right outside my door is incredible! Our apartment is spacious, quiet, clean, priced accordingly and I genuinely could not be happier with the decision we made to move here! I highly recommend Princeton properties.
