The staff at Boulder Park apartments is incredibly helpful whether it be the team at the Leasing Office or any Maintenance people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are consistently making improvements to the grounds and facilities (new carpet installations, ongoing landscaping projects, regular upkeep to building exteriors, etc.). Though the community is a little distant (i.e. there is not a warm sense of community with neighbors in building and in other buildings), I am really enjoying living at Boulder Park.

Positive effort on keeping the buildings and grounds in good repair. Good value for cost vs. Quality vs. Amenities. Flexibility with lease options to extend but not have a full lease timeline. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.

Apartments are outdated. Appliances need to updated. Really wish they hadn't torn out the trees around the apartments. It's caused my apartments temperature to go up during the summer due to the sun coming through the windows.

So far so good! We have been here for almost a month and have really settled in nicely. The grounds are nicely maintained. The apartment's carpeting was either very well cleaned or brand new when we moved in. Overall, a great experience.

A wonderful place for singles or families. Very quiet and convenient to shopping, restaurants, the Highway and the bus station that has a route to Logan Airport. The office keeps you well informed of community events and changes.

One of the best places I have lived at. Very nice staff. Pool is nice. Gym works great. Having on site storage is great . Lot of pretty flowers. The dumpers are emptied 2 times a week. Maintenance is awesome

Great apts in a nice community with manicured grounds, walking trails, pool, gym, storage on site, and a great view! The staff is very nice and easy to work with and the maintenance department is quick and efficient also. I don't think there is a better apt complex in the state!

Overall I am satisfied with living here. The neighbors are quiet. I like having access to a gym and pool. I like to take walks and this area is great for that. The staff have occasional games to find things for prizes. My children love that!

I think the turn over tells alot about the management here.We have seen tenants come and go at alot higher rate than our previous apartment.Rents go up every year even during the year of the high rate of covid.Now Im told they pro rate every year on rents and will not show documentation of past pro rate rent charges. No need to apoligize for it because it is just a fake Im sorry anyways but anyways have a nice day.

It's quiet; co-tenants are respectful. Front office is responsive; overall a safe and comfortable environment. My family and I enjoy our cozy and quiet weekends at home. Watching the game or reading a book. Entertainment is just a stones throw away. Whether you want food or shopping, Amherst street has it all. All major highways are are only 5 minutes away. It's been a pleasure to live here.

Neighbors are friendly and helpful assisting with snow removal. Very helpful! Have had few theft occurrences. Have had some good long term relationships that continued even after neighbors moved. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good home.

Overall it's well run and maintenance is generally good. The smoke from the hallways comes into my unit though (nonsmokers placed in a smoking unit) and I have 1 problem with my unit they won't fix. Snow removal takes all day though when they say it will be at x time, they come hours later

Pros- Clean units and common areas. Utility rates are reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, landscaping is very good. Appliances are in good condition. Cons- Heating registers are old and banged up- need replacing. Windows are old and need upgrading especially for winter. Maintenance of the exterior doors is poor. Heating is inconsistent from one area to another- Master bedroom is several degrees colder than the rest of the apartment especially during winter months and at night. Heating pipes expand at night and cause banging sounds even after maintenance bleeds the lines.
