Maintenance doesn't fix things. I have to keep putting in the Same work orders. And the same items aren't being fixed. It's nice how quickly they come but it does me know good that the items aren't being repaired

Perfect size. Drafty windows so some rooms are super cold in the winter. Generally quiet. Pretty grounds. Over-priced but still within market for surrounding area. Really good about keeping snow cleared.

The community is in a great location in terms of easy highway access, restaurants, stores, etc. The community is fairly quiet, clean, and I feel safe within it. The office staff is very nice, accommodating and quick to react. The residents are friendly as well. My lease is up soon and I intend on renewing.

Boulder park apartments are well maintained. I did find our apartment to be very cold during the winter months and had to run our furnace at a higher temp to stay comfortable. The staff and maintenance staff have been great to work with

I love the location of the community. Right off the highway and close to everything. Clean buildings and very quiet neighbors. Plenty of parking. Beautiful grounds and well kept. Communication from property management is 100.

The Maintenance and the Office personnel are very cordial and responsive to any questions or issues you may have. Snow removal is very efficient and on a consistent schedule. Each building is in a zone and that zone has a set time when snow removal will happen. Neighbors are pleasant and friendly.

It's apartment living, appliances are outdated but get the job done. Neighbors are nice. Laundry system is card operated with a vendor who can't get their website working properly for some reason. Overall though, housing market is what it is, and this is a decent place with that in mind.

The Princeton management team allowed yellow jackets to live in my apartment for months before taking any action despite my desperate attempts to get help. Please do not rent from this property management company if you can help it.

It is a great little community that's really close to everything. The rent is a little high, but it's nice to be close to so many places and my work. I like seeing so many people outside interacting with one another. Staff is very friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond to any needs you have. Snow removal is great, roads are always clean. Just be careful of the speed bumps going up the hill or you will blow out your suspension

I've enjoyed my time living here. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive and it is a very quiet area. Their pet policy is reasonable and people generally are good about picking up after their animals. More spots to barbecue and picnic tables would enable better opportunities to enjoy being outside.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, we have a very nice apartment for an affordable price, really good location. Nice gym and pool. I like that the apartments with dogs are separate from our building. Only complaint is the kitchen could use an upgrade.

My experience has been ok since I've moved in. However there's a recurring problem that has not been resolved. Property management has not been able to help solve the problem, for whatever reason. Management was unreasonable regarding some issues, unable to compromise. Which is too bad.

I've enjoyed my stay here at Boulder Park apartments. The staff is very helpful. My neighbors are considerate and kind. I know that I live in an apartment building with many other people, but I feel like I have plenty of privacy and feel safe in my surroundings.

I have moved every year for the past several years from apartment to apartment. I have known a few other people that have previously lived on one of the Princeton Properties. Each year I would be looking for a new place to live. This time it's different. The place I currently reside at is the place that I call home. My dog absolutely loves her new neighborhood and has made many friends along the way. Either in passing outside or when we walk to the dog park. Needless to say we aren't ready to say goodbye to this home anytime soon.

It is a very nice apartment but it is very expensive for what you receive. 2000 per month is about 500 per month above what I think the value of the place is worth. I love the location the maintenance ppl are very rude and seem inconvenienced to help with any problem.

It's ok but you don't know which apartment your getting until you move in so you have no idea which building you'll be in, no opportunity to assess what the other residents in the building behave like and it has steadily gone down hill. Neighbors blasting music inside and outside in the warm months. They act like they're are in a public park and blast music for hours while they have "picnics".

We have been here for approximately 2 months at the time of this review. The community appears to be quiet, except for the occupants above us who seem to stomp their way around the apartment at all hours of the day and night. That's not the fault of the property though. The staff is pleasant. Easy maintenance is quick and good. Larger issues, like replacing the Washer on our floor has been very slow (going on 1 month now). We struggle with packages getting stolen, so considering using a pickup location for shipment instead.
