The experience of living in this community has been great so far. There have been some instances were community property has been out of commission for several weeks at a time (example: the washer/dryers) which is an inconvenience. But otherwise the office is pretty quick to address other maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Very good overall. Apartments though highly dated and old are functional for what they offer. Heater takes a long time to take effect during winters. Insulation of walls and windows is top notch. Kitchen is very very very small. Only 1 person can properly work inside.

The maintenance people here have always done a great job at fixing whatever project I've had in my apartment. They are always polite. They showed what they did and how to maintain it. Also they always cleaned up when they finished.

This apartment was decent for a short stay. The space was generally clean and met basic needs. The location was acceptable, not too far from some points of interest. Amenities were standard, nothing particularly outstanding but functional. The hosts were polite, though interactions were minimal. Very rude office staff even manager she needs to be more courteous and try to work with the residents. When they something they should make sure to stick to their words and don't change later and put the blame on residents.

Mmost Reasonable price around and it's near down town and my family which is the biggest reason. During Corona virus they we very accommodating and made it an easy transition in such a stressful time.

This is a good and safe feeling community, I work late so it's nice to be able to go on walks at night without worry. The amenities are great, and when work needs to be done the staff is quick to check in and see what needs to be done. My biggest annoyance is the price of doing laundry, 4.75$ for a full cycle which can get pretty pricey pretty quickly.

Location is very centralized, close to multiple shopping options even within walking distance. On site gym is good, parking is easy. Overall quiet, with the occasional car alarm being the only real interruption.

Very clean, very friendly staff and a great area. Everyone has been so kind and helpful, and anything we have an issue with in the apartment maintenance is quick and friendly. They do a great job at keeping shared facilities clean, and upkeep of the buildings.

I've had absolutely no issues. For as big of an apartment complex it is, I've found it rather quiet. Parking is not an issue, plenty of spaces just sometimes not super close to the front door. Utilities aren't terrible. Rent, it is what it is, I guess. Everywhere is now expensive. Unless you want to live in "the ------". Water/trash/sewage you pay extra for, which for the price of rent it would be nice if it was included. I re signed my lease with it being $50/mo more. Mainly because it's quiet, I have no issues this far, it's convenient and I don't want to pay just as much to rent from a slumlord in the ------.

The maintenance staff and support staff are exceptional. The grounds are well maintained. With a pool, tennis courts and storage units the facility is not lacking for anything. I walk on a regular basis so it is nice to live here.

This is a very friendly, quiet, private and safe community. The office staff has always been very responsive as well as the maintenance staff. I would like to see the apartment windows get updated but I would not hesitate to recommend living here to anyone.

Overall it has been really good. The only issue was during the winter when the steps are not cleared of snow all the time. Also I wish it was sanded more frequently. Other than that things see, to be good!

I enjoy my apartment, the location of the property, and the price is on the lower side for Nashua. I find the apartment to be well insulated as it's warm in the winter, cool in the heat and I can't hear my neighbors, the hallway doors or the laundry room. The maintenance team is fast and the portal is effective. The pool and facilities are clean. Winter snow removal was average to the other complexes I lived in. Communication from management is consistent, and the office staff is LOVELY!!! This is my first apartment (I grew up in apartment complex buildings like this) and it's been my favorite. Cleaner are there regularly making sure the floors and in good condition and the building smells nice. I wasn't able to land a garage for my motorcycle (my own fault) but I like that they offer it on site and much cheaper than local options.

So far so good! Very clean apartments and pretty well taken care of in general. We did have some water pressure issues which seem to be resolved but other than that we have not had any issues with the place itself. Parking can be an issue at some buildings, buildings 15 residents sometimes have to park elsewhere because it fills up quickly and people park there who shouldn't. But overall I am very happy
