Good community to live in. Very safe and close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Decently priced compared to other apartment complexes in Nashua. Staff are very helpful. Apartments are outdated compared to other places I looked at, and there could be better building security.

Buildings are well maintained and maintenance is very responsive when I need something fixed or addressed. Apartment was clean when I moved in with new carpet and paint. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves.

Very quiet and building usually is kept very clean. Plenty of parking in my area. The grounds are kept well for all seasons. Office is quick to notify you of anything they may need from you and provides a safe place for package delivery. Office personnel very friendly and observe all Covid protocol for safety.

It's not a bad place to live. Apartment living is very good. I would recommend to my friends. Place in a good area close to grocery stores, banks and restaurants. Convenient location for someone who doesn't drive.

Great staff and maintenence. Rarely any issues and if there is, a very quick response occurs everytime. Highly recommended from us. The grounds are well kept, parking can be found easily most of the time, and trash pick up occurs often to avoid building up (issue in other apartments we were at before).

The property is lovely, well maintained, and quiet. They allow cats, dogs, and exotic pets (harmless reptiles, fish, etc). The rooms are spacious and well kept, and the overall space is attractive and up to date. Staff is friendly and accommodating. That being said, it is not wheelchair accessible, there is no recycling, the parking lots and stairways can be dark, storage units are expensive, and each floor shares one washer and dryer that you have to pay to use via laundry card. Overall I would recommend this property, we've enjoyed living here thus far

The apartment complex is in a quiet peaceful location among many surrounding trees. It is very near 101A with availability to a wide range of stores and services. Other residents are friendly and the office staff always ready to assist you whether by phone or in person. There are convenient laundry facilities on each floor. The building is kept clean. Snow removal is quick and done well with notifications as to day and time. The location of the apartment complex is close to the school where I teach and the church I attend as well as many friends.

Great staff! Any problem that has arose is dealt with in a timely and understanding manor. When I accidentally did not submit rent on the due date the office was very understanding and referred to my payment history in order to wave the fee. Everyone is quite friendly, and courteous enough to give you a call during storms rather than towing your car without notice. I was very happy to sign on for another year of living here.

Mostly what I expected. Sadly the rent goes up. Leasing office/property management doesn't seem to believe me when mentioned the speed bump issue and the obvious effect it has on the tires, suspension, undercarriage and exhaust system/oil pan on many vehicles

The community is pretty good and fair priced. Never really had an issue with my apartment. Whenever I did have an issue come up they took care of the issue with an a reasonable time. I couldn't find anything cheaper for the size of the apartment that I have.

Nice community but the apartment is outdated and the carpet is old? The refrigerator is loud now.. The community laundry is a problem, people are not considerate in taking laundry out of the machines. The office staff is great!

Everyone is nice and courteous. The place is nice and quiet.We enjoy the playground and pool. The laundry facilities is well maintained. Only problem is having to pay to do laundry. With two small kids I do a lot of laundry and it adds up.

Great secure apartment community. Any issues that have come up have been taken care of in a timely fashion. My apartment is a very nice size. I do wish there was laundry in the unit, but there are washers and dryers on each floor. The buildings are very quiet & my neighbors are great.
