State Farm put me up there for 6 months in 2009 after my Condo Fire.....Great Temporary Living Situation. With a residence in Florida and plans to relocate in next year or so, I cashed out of my condo when market at peak and needed housing . The Staff has been great, I live in the Pet Friendly Section & my Neighbors are all very nice.(Pets Lovers Generally are). Lots of Quality Capital Upgrades have improved the Look. My Lease is up in November & Look forward to staying on.

Absolutely horrendous. Kelly Blake is a terrible property manager. And you'll be paying average rent prices for apartments that are incredibly outdated. Never been offered to have everything redone in here, and I've been here at least 4 years or so now. And the rent just increases every year, and for what? All they do is take care of the lawn with that extra cash.

Moved here for location and easy travel to surrounding states. Everything has been first class and Service has been great. Privacy, security, quiet and spacious 2BB are the best parts - responsive staff is a plus.

It's not the people in the buildings it's the staff that run the place. In winter they tell you to move your car for them to plow then they don't show up on time or just do such a ---- job that it's a hockey rink after. On multiple occasions office staff forget to do there job and won't email you about scheduled maintenance, so maintenance workers will just walk in your apartment unexpectedly. The emergency number they give you for after hours so if you get locked out or a maintenance emergency doesn't work, no one answers or shows up nor will they report someone calling that night to let office staff to do a follow up call to see if the problem was resolved.

So far I am happy with my experience with the community. There have been some major maintenance and pest issues, but they were ultimately resolved. Most of the staff I have spoken to are very prompt on getting me the information I need when I request it.

Well kept grounds, quiet and safe community, pet friendly neighborhood. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. One of the best perks of living at Boulder Park is the location: quick access to the highway and close to lots of great restaurants and stores!

Love the experience at this community. Everyone is very nice and respectful. Management is quick to respond and fix any issues when requested. The apartment is in a very strategic location, supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The complex is always very clean.

Moved in June 2022. Community is located right off the highway so this is convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. Most staff are courteous and professional. Maintenance is prompt when needed. Interior could use some updating.

This is a nice quite place to lay your head. Rents are fair, ample parking, prompt response for maintenance requests. Snow removal is prompt but management does ask you to wake up early to move your car; so may be annoying if your schedule is not a normal 9-5.

Just moved in. People are really nice so far. Apartment has single pane windows which you hear everything outside including lots of loud traffic. Put up plastic over windows to help keep the cold air out. We are very close to everything so that is a huge plus!

Generally, we've had a positive experience here at Boulder Park. Depending on the building, some of the apartment buildings are quite outdated. A host of maintenance requests have been made since moving in, generally being remedied in a timely manner, while sometimes needing to repeat requests for the same maintenance issue. Standard Amenities are fair, but also outdated. Our favorite amenity is the tennis court, equipped with pickleball courts. Nice walking areas within and around the community. Generally, everyone is friendly, and not too loud for a shared living space.

I've only been here for a little over a month but I have no complaints at all about this apartment! The staff is super helpful and friendly and they the 2 issues we've had since moving in were fixed within 14 hours. We are very pleased with our accommodations so far!

The apartment complex is very spacious especially for the price. It's cheaper than some other places but would only recommend if you're looking to have roommates or a partner. Many families live in these apartments which is nice as well.

I find boulder park apartments to be incredibly nice, and very good value for the money. There could easily be a few things that can improve it, like community spaces such as a garden or bike racks. It would be nice to have more interaction with neighbors

Absolutely love this welcoming community. I have recommended my friends and family to live here! The complex allows cats and dogs which was important to us. Easily accessible to the Highway, grocery stores, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Old buildings. We live next to the entrance and we can hear when someone comes and goes. The ceiling creaks when neighbors walk. Windows are very old and they work quite badly and have to be sealed with tapes. I describe it so you would know what you choose. Overall it's a quiet apartment complex. And we like to live here.

It's had been good not much else to report. I enjoy interacting with most staff And overall the neighborhood is safe. Our homeowners arent the friendliest and that's a downside. I think the rent is too high but honestly that's the market on a whole so I can't blame management for keeping pace with the competition
