Just don’t do it
I’ve lived in haddon hills for about two years- the first year was okay, no major issues, so decided to resign the lease. The second year made me regret ever even looking at this place let alone moving in. My apartment CONSTANTLY sounds like a construction site. And I mean constantly. Every week my water is shut off for some reason. I understand general maintenance- and I understand things happen- but every week is insane. I could also be understanding if it was for a couple hours- the water is often shut off for 12+ hours, leaving you with no toilet, shower, a way to wash dishes, etc. and 9/10 they give you NO notice at all that work is being done. You just go to run water and have none. The apartment is FREEZING all winter. Jersey gets very cold and having little to no heat all winter is absolutely insane. They offer you ONE space heater for a whole apartment..you can imagine that does literally nothing. Staff is rude, doesn’t return phone calls. It’s a safe place to live but that’s all it has going for it.

Avoid at all costs
Renter beware. Haddon Hills seems like an attractive place to live for all of 5 minutes. The staff is rude, there’s bugs, they have exposed and disturbed hazardous material in the common areas. The shining star is Michele at the front office, and by that I mean she really knows how to make you regret spending almost an entire paycheck for a roof over your head. Michele has no listening skills, no empathy, and in my outraged opinion is poorly placed in her position. Over the winter there was a boiler failure, it dropped as low as 50 degrees in my 2 bedroom apartment. I had to call maintenance to find out the issue and they dropped off one space heater. When I told Michele I needed two for the apartment she belittled me and had absolutely no concern for the uninhabitable condition my apartment was in. I knew early on that at the end of my lease term I’d be moving out of state, in April I went into the leasing office to better understand the move out process. An employee who no longer works there gave me incorrect information which is resulting in a $926 bill for a 16 day period that Haddon Hills will have my keys for and I’ll be out of state. When I brought this to Michele and the regional manager, Melissa’s attention, I was completely brushed off and told since I didn’t have it in writing it didn’t matter. Read the reviews, walk the property and see how many units are now left empty. This is a truly terrible community to live in.

Happy to be home
Recently moved to this location and am very happy to have a place to kick my feet up. I get very anxious when moving because it can be overwhelming but I was very thankful to have Katrina there every step of the way. She made the process all very seamless and was so welcoming. the layout is wonderful, it's close to everything I need it to be, and my new neighbors are so kind. Looking forward to my time here!

Maintenance
I have been a resident with Goldberg Realty since 2014. Once living at Pleasant Valley Apartments and then currently residing at Haddon Hills Apartments. At both sites I have had the privilege of having Heather as my Area Service Manager. She has always cared and communicated with me about any of my Maintenance concerns in a timely fashion. Her Maintenance Squad, Hector Rojas is phenomenal. They keep the property clean and complete task with an awesome, kind, professional attitude. I recommend living with any Goldberg Community.

Haddon Hills!
I love living here! idk who the property manager is but every issue I have Katrina has helped me in every way! Katrina has been great. If she's not management then maybe Haddon Hills should promote her. She has been the most help Haddon Hills has had in a very long time!

If you value your sanity….
Please don’t move here if you value privacy (you can hear everything that goes on above you, including bathroom functions). Don’t move here if you value pleasant office personnel (they are rude). Don’t move here if you like garden flags or decor (these items will be taken and thrown away including American flags -yes. You have read that correctly. Don’t plan on doing your laundry here. The machines are often broken. Don’t plan on putting a few petunias on your lawn. They will be dug up or worse- they will make YOU dig them up. Most companies realize who their paying customers are and how to treat them. Not Goldberg. You are the enemy and will be treated accordingly. Just DONT.

Haddon Hills is great!
Rick is amazing and so is the maintenance staff!! Always come out when I need them and very professional! The office staff is great especially Katrina. I call her very often and she never makes me feel annoying even though I know I can be annoying lol. She’s very helpful and even has a good listening ear when I’m just frustrated. It’s not her job to be bothered but she cares about her residents and that really makes a difference in living here. Way to go Haddon hills!!

Office staff
I had a tour about a month or so ago with the leasing agent Katrina. Before I spoke with her I was met in the office by what I believe is the property manager Sabrina. She was very professional and answered all my questions before Katrina came to the office to give me a tour. Katrina’s tour was probably the best tour I have ever had at any apartment. She was very transparent and made me feel like this was already my home. She made me feel that they care about their residents and made me feel so welcomed. I will be coming back in September to see what’s available and hopefully submitting an application! This office staff is wonder! Great job Haddon hills!

If you are looking for a reasonable place to live in Haddon Township, this is a great safe location. They keep the grounds clean, including the laundry room. My sister lives here and I recently visited for 3 weeks over the holidays. She wanted to spruce up her apartment while we both had some time off. I couldn't believe how helpful the maintenance department was. Seriously within 10 minutes of our call to the office, Mark, the gentlemen in charge, arrived to discuss our concerns. He started to address them immediately. Bruce, Greg and Joe all worked their magic on our requested repairs, quickly and quietly. They made my sister feel like she was the only tenant in that huge complex. They completely cleaned up after themselves and then some! Mark checked in during and after the work was completed to make sure everything was perfect. In 2 days my sister felt like she had a new apartment. Thanks Mark and the Haddon Hills Maintenance Department for the stellar job! If I was to move to New Jersey, I would certainly consider these reasonable rental units. Anna

I would highly advise against moving into Haddon Hills. I've lived here just over my one year lease and am actively looking to move elsewhere. The staff is unfriendly. Several of the residents who live here are unfriendly at best, and more often rude, petty, and passive aggressive. Couple that with the fact that these walls are PAPER THIN - and you have a really interesting neighborly relationship dynamic - particularly when thunder thighs lives above you and loves to stomp around and literally shake the plaster off your ceiling. Or when adjacent to you your neighbors frequently, anf loudly engage in obnoxious sexual intercourse (literally sometimes my walls shake). I can also hear the sounds from people using the bathroom(I'll leave that to the imagination) in the apartment above mine. These buildings are out of national electrical code - a point that I have brought to the staff's attention on multiple occasions. My entire living room (I have a 2bed room) has literally two outlets (Under NEC there should be 2 more - one for every 8 feet of wall) In order to properly light the room at night (because there are no ceiling lights in the living room, naturally) i have to have extension cords going from behind my couch and wrapped carefully around the room in some creative ways. The door to my apartment building has never worked correctly (it's been dysfunctional since I moved in). It either won't lock or, when it does the key gets stuck so my neighbors just leave it open. Most rediculous is the unavailability of the office staff, and their general ineptitude and negligence. They rarely make any substantive effort to address questions, concerns, or really just about anything. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do they usually say they will have to call you back. (It's 50/50 on whether they actually do or not. In summary: avoid at all costs.

I work in the city. So, the closeness to Patco is stellar. Too bad the Thriftway closed before I moved in. The Rite-Aid is fine for some items, except for quarters for the washing machines. Don't bother asking, they will look at you like you have two heads. As for the apartments: my only pet peeve is the toilet. It's for little people. I'm well over 6 ft tall and broad shouldered. My right ahoulder scrapes the tile wall and my left arm hits the vanity. Plus the toilet seat is for a doll house. And of course the bath tub doesn't drain properly! Other than that, it's a good place to live if your a single guy who is rarely home!

The apartments are a nice value for the money that you pay to live in Haddonfield. Tenants get to use the township pool, which is really nice. Our neighbors are nice, and we enjoy walking to the local restaurants and shops. The speedline is only two blocks away if you want go to into Philly for the weekend if you want to drink and not worry about driving. The office staff is very helpful whenever you need something. The maintenance guys just painted the curbs and the parking lots, and these look nice. They are also putting in new sidewalks which are brick instead of concrete, and these look wonderful. This is a great place to live if you are just starting out and want to live in a nice area. Looks like they are building a community garden near us, which looks to be very nice. We recommend living here.

When I first moved in in 2015 everything started out fine. The staff was nice and the neighbors seemed friendly enough. The parking has and always will be horrendous. Sometimes I had to park multiple blocks away from my apt. I was on the first floor and it was always hot. I always had to leave windows open. You have to flush the toilets multiple times and the shower water changes temperature without warning. It becomes so hot that my family has gotten blisters. Maintenance requests went unanswered. Eventually, everyone in my building moved out and all new people moved in. The noise from other neighbors is unbelievable - you can hear everything. The child in the apt above me would watch youtube videos (I know they were because my child watched the same ones) and you could hear them crystal clear. Multiple complaints went unanswered. I didn't want to move, but the last straw was when someone tried to break in to my apt and I called the police. He told me they were new tenants and they were intoxicated and confused. I found a new place to live the next day. It's a shame because this used to be such a great place to live and I truly thought I had found my home.

Very sad to see all the trees getting cut down, all the bushes and landscaping torn out, new sidewalks and steps put in only on the side of the complex that the leasing office is on. The maintenance crew seems miserable these days because of how they are treated not to mention they are all afraid because there jobs are always threatened by the manager. This was such a nice place to live ten years ago. I know many people who have lived here a long time and wanted to stay because it was a great affordable complex in a nice safe town. So many of these tenants are preparing to leave now. Many of them will be taking haddon hills to court. A few have and they all won. My advice to anyone thinking of renting here is to look around and ask tenants that currently live here what there experience has been like. Ask them about the maintenance problems they have had and how the problems were handled. There are a lot of really nice people renting here that would gladly tell you about there experience.

I never regret any decision I make because bad decisions always make for a good learning experience but this facility came close. Let me start by saying the maintenance people are great, and so are most of the office workers, with that said, the upper management are rude and unhelpful. My toilet is now broken for the fourth time since I moved here one month ago. The management had refused to replace it, and blatantly ignored my messages. Within the first week of my residency, someone entered my new "home" without first notifying me, thus breaking the contract signed just days before. When confronted about this, the management stated that they give two weeks notice. Well guess what, I haven't lived here for two weeks. On top of this, the lady beneath my apartment was in the process of being evicted and would not let anyone in her apartment. I was not aware of this, so when Verizon came to install my cable and Internet, he could not run the wires through her apartment. Management said they can not enter her apartment without her permission. Oh, but they entered my apartment without my permission just three days prior. So I was stuck without cable and Internet for nearly three weeks thanks the stupidity of the management. I've done enough ranting but one piece of advice I'll leave you with, do not move here.

I have lived here for over two years, and it has been one frustration upon another, to the point where now I am writing this review. First, the positives: this is located in a wonderful place. The town is safe, clean, and pretty, and quite convenient. It's very close to PATCO, which is nice if you work in the city like I do. Now the negatives: If not for the location, this place would be awful. It is expensive for the small size. The rooms all have a single window AC unit from the 1980's, which is nowhere near enough to cool the house, let alone a single room. In the winter, the heat blasts constantly so you have to leave the windows open. But the real problem with Haddon Hills is the management. When you have a problem, they will not be happy to fix it. For the past two weeks, sewage has been pouring out of our backyard. My back door area is literally filling with human waste, diapers, condoms, paper towels, and things that other tenants have flushed down the toilet. Obviously you can't flush those items, but the management blamed it on our building (despite the fact that none of us have babies, and we all swore we did not flush those items) and refused to clean it up. All the grass is now dead, the bushes are dying, and the area smells like sewage. We can't use the back door anymore. Every once in a while, the town has a block party along Park Ave behind the complex. The police close off the road, and you will not be allowed in or out of your parking lot on those days. You would expect the management to tell you about this so you can move your car, but they don't. My wife had to miss work and nearly lose her job thanks to this, and we were yelled at by police when we tried to leave the apartment. They have been under construction of a new sidewalk for more than 2 years now. They basically tore up the entire old sidewalk and then stopped work, leaving the entire grounds a muddy, dirt mess. All the grass is dead, and there is now no sidewalk at all, so you have to walk through mud and dirt every single day to get to and from your apartment. Progress on the new sidewalk is slow, and happens for about 2 months out of the year, during which we have had huge piles of rubble, rebar, bricks, and other trash on our lawns. Kids have been playing on it and risk getting hurt. And when they do work, it's at 6 am, so it wakes you up. If the sidewalk were done I could forgive them, but the fact that it isn't after 2 years here is upsetting. And the rent keeps going up! The laundry rooms are expensive, smell strongly of cat urine and barely do the job. That might be standard for many apartments, but the smell makes it really difficult to believe you are getting clean clothes out of these machines. Finally, they will tow your car at random. I have lived and parked here for two years in the same exact spot. This morning they towed my car, and told me that they didn't have me on file. I told them I turned in all my paperwork and had them search through it, and sure enough, it was there. They just didn't give me a sticker for the car, which was their job to do. So my car is towed, I have to pay $250 to get it back (and go to a towing yard which you ironically need a car to get to). They tell me that there is nothing they will do about this, even though it is their fault. So, to make a long story short, if you need a place close to PATCO and you don't have a car or kids and you can fix your house problems on your own, you might consider living here. If you do have a car, kids, or are concerned about having a stress-free life, or worried about management that will screw you over, then do not come here. - a fed up resident

THERE IS NO HEAT! My apartment is 55 degrees or below every day and 45 degrees or below every night (mind you, it has been in the teens this winter). I'm on my 9th time calling the management office to come fix the situation. They left a space heater in my apartment and said they would pay the difference in the bill. There is hardly any parking due to a huge mountain of dirt taking up 6 spaces. DO NOT RENT HERE! It is absolutely horrible! This is no way to treat people who pay to rent your space! Shame on you!

1/3/2014 2 photos I grew up here. My mom, my sister and a few friends still live there. The management changed a few years ago to a man named Bill. Along with this management change came a change in how the tenants are treated. For instance, my sister had a leak in her ceiling....that she was basically told to deal with. This in turn, caused her kitchen ceiling to fall and she was left with a gaping hole, as well as black mold. He also left a nasty note GLUED to the window of my brother in laws car. Stating it would be considered abandoned and would be towed if it wasnt moved. It had sat for less than two days. Now, onto what I believe are discriminatory practices against senior citizens. My mother who is 65 years old, lives directly adjacent to the head office. She gets told in a nasty tone that she can't park her car in front of her apartment for 5 minutes to take her groceries in, she gets told to deal with heating and mold issues. My favorite though is that her steps are never salted, nor shoveled. She is the only Building this happens with. She has no railings to hold onto either. Mt step father had to beg for less than a cup of salt for his stairs. The management is ridiculous and rude. He also manages another building in a not so nice part of Trenton. I can only imagine how he treats those tenants. If for any reason, my mother or step father are hurt during any snow storm....there will Be a lawsuit. Oh, can't forget the massive amounts of money he spends to get trees removed and perfectly good pavement redone with brick. Maybe he should spend that money on someone to salt !y parents steps, or fix the loose brick steps my sister nearly fell down....she was also told she wasn't allowed to have a railing. Do not rent here

I noticed a lot of negative reviews here. It's not the Ritz Carlton for sure. The place is 50 plus years old. But overall the rent is absolutely the lowest you're going to find in the general area. The place is solid, warm and in my experience quiet. I've never had any roaches. I have no idea of the economic viability of the place but it would be nice if the owners upgraded the lawn and garden areas. It's basic at best. Some recent improvements on the sidewalks and such even appear lacking and unprofessional. It's clear the lowest bid- chuck wagon mud slinging contractor they could find was hired to do the work. Some of the units closer to Haddonfield \ in the wooded section, appear to be in need of a lot of external work. The billing for rent here is centralized between two locations. You must be very careful to send your check or or electronic payment to the correct respective addresses. If you do not you may get a late fee. It's frustrating to have to deal with this and it almost feels like a scam. Keep in mind billing is not part of the local management. The place is fine overall. Nothing fancy - no frills. It's what you make of it. Some reviews here criticize the size of the apartments. I'm not sure why one would complain about the size of the apartment if they in fact agreed to rent it in the first place. The units come in one, two and three bedroom (town homes). I live in a two bedroom with a five year old and it's perfectly comfortable.

Where to begin. Like the previous reviewer stated, you will get parking tickets, there is never parking in the parking lots, you can get a parking permit from the municipal building at a cost of twenty five bucks per car and even then you will still get ticketed and have to fight it and prove you have a permit. Its a fun day off of work. Once you get a parking permit you are required to call a number and let the Township know there is no parking and where you are parked for the night. Huh? What? Yep thats how it works. Haddon Hills has numerous ads for one/two and three bedrooms on Craigslist. Check it out. It states each apt gets two designated parking spots! NOT TRUE!! Where are there any numbers any where in the parking lots??? Hello? There arent any. NONE! You run the risk of parking on the street by getting ticket after ticket (Im up to 9 tickets), you run the risk of parking your car in the lot and having the unattended brats that you will most likely have living near you scratching your car, bouncing a ball off it, hitting it with their bikes, toys, ect ect . Say good bye to your nice new paint job, I did. On to the apt. If your on the first floor and have an apt above you, say good bye to your sanity!! BYE BYE SANITY. You will be basically living with the family above you, as you can hear them walking across the floor, talking on the phone, fighting, farting, burping, snoring, cooking, taking a bath, taking a shower, having sex, eating their Captain Crunch in the morning ect ect ect!!!.Think about this for a minute, you pay any where from 800 to 1400 hundred to hear your neighbors and every aspect of their pathetic lives like they are right next to you on your couch!!!!!!!!!!!, SAD BUT TRUE EXAMPLE: Cool, thanks upstairs neighbor, so glad you got your period today!, because the thought of you procreating scares the crap out of me as your downstairs neighbor, the sheer thought of a screaming newborn thrown into the mix of these insane living condidtions makes me want throw up, so I am just as glad as you, you are not knocked up. Thank you Trojon Company, seriously thank you from the bottom of my now jaded heart. You will hear them in the bathroom, that is a real treat. IBS? Apparently they got it! I love hearing you fart, its a real treat, I would suggest more fiber but now that Im involved in your bowel movements, its more than I can bear, mentally!!. You will hear every single detail of your upstairs neighbors lives twenty four hours a day. Sad fact, us normal people would be absolutely mortified beyond belief if we knew our lives were on display and out there for the world to hear, not these folks, nope, nada. I and my family are quiet as can be, we like having dignity and class, most folks here do not. Seriously, its so much worse than I could ever explain. Try complaining to the office, go ahead, and then try curing cancer. The office will state, "they sent out a letter", "they talked to the neighbors", ect, you know what that does, NOTHING AT ALL. It does now make your upstairs neighbors have a serious ax to grind with you now that you complained and you will pay for it, trust me I know, I am now paying for it. They are even LOUDER!! Talk about spite, yep you will experience that too. The "spiteful neighbors" is what I affectionately call them. The previous reveiwer is correct about the brown water! Awesome!!, I get to take a bath in brown sewer water!! Bonus, Bonus, wait for it, wait for it, wait for, it leaves a slimy film on your skin! Off to the kitchen for the "camden bath" out of your kitchen sink to get the "residue" off your skin. Call the office on that one, ha ha ha, you will get the usual answer" The township is draining the hydrants". NO!! thats not the case here and you know it!!! My paint is peeling off three walls after 3 months of living here. Spider Crickets, so much fun, they are every where in your apt, under the bed, in the cabinets,in the couch, in the tub, you get the picture; befriend them, name them, because you will be as close to them as your family members, and they arent going anywhere. Good luck with the exterminator. HAHAHAH Seriously wait around for the pure enjoyment of watching this baffoon do his job, seriously take the day off from work for this. Make some popcorn and sit back and enjoy the show. Lets move on to the laundry rooms. When the washers do work, good luck trying to get one and a clean one at that. Have you seen the laundry rooms? Gross, dirty, cockroaches/spider crickets ect. When a washer or dryer breaks it is not Haddon Hills responsibility people, duh, you are to call the 1 800 number and fix the problem yourself!! You the tenant, must now make calls and handle the problem of broken appliances, and guess what, they never get fixed even after you, your mother, your brother and the bum on the street call. Management blames the tenants for over stuffing the washers ect, therefore they could care less. Bathrooms, no drainage, you can call all you want, you will be taking a shower in knee deep water and will be brushing your teeth in a sink full of backed up water. Whats left? The savory people you will get as neighbors. Screaming children that sound like their living with you, DONE! People that wear their pajamas( I like Sponge Bob too, but honey your pushing fifty- ya might wanna let it go) at three in the afternoon outside on your stoop chain smoking, DONE! The people who cook ethnic food that smells like dead rats/cat, (yea, I went there) DONE! Got a hankering for what smells like dead animals and death, knock on your neighbors door, they might wanna share. You can light all the candles you want, it does nothing, I tried. - There is a plus to this, you will lose weight because the smell that comes into your apt will make you not want to eat very often. Jenny Craig you got nothing on Haddon Hills and its weight loss techniques. As soon as my lease is up, IM OUTTA HERE! Haddon Hills is a cesspool. Really, save yourself, your sanity and any self respect you have and do not move here. All the bad reviews on this site are real and true!. If you even try to break your lease, you will be taken to court and it will be a battle like the previous reviewers have said, get a good lawyer and document everything, I have. I thought the "Heights" was the only cesspool in the area, not that I have ever lived there, but I have read the reviews and this place is a close second. Management always responds to reviews so I m curious as to the reply this will get. Ha ha Some tenant will now "state" how wonderful it is here, wink wink wink. No one should ever have to live like this and then actually pay for it. Haddon Hills you should be ashamed of your self and the way you treat your tenants! How dare you treat good/paying tenants like they OWE YOU. It will only be a matter of time before Haddon Hills accepts Section 8 because most of the tenants here that are good hard working people are leaving as soon as their leases are up because of the horrid conditions. I know of twelve of us personally and we all have the same complaints.

Can't wait to get out of here. Seeing as how this was my boyfriend and mine's first apartment, we did not do all of the research before signing. There is no kitchen counter space! You have to cut your food on the stove top if you have dished drying on a rack. Once you put in a microwave you have maybe a foot of counter top at the most. From fall to spring the heat pumps so high and you have no control. We always have fans and windows open even when it is snowing. Walls are paper thin. We are on the first floor and have a heavy set man living above us. Any movement makes my fan lights shake and hit the glass. Also I could not tell you how many times I have heard him BURP obnoxiously loud. Seriously disgusting. One of our kitchen drawers used to stick since the day we moved in. I would have to use all my strength to get it open and one day I pulled it out and literally fell apart into five pieces. Both sinks clog. Can't even brush your teeth without having inches of water sitting in the sink for a good fifteen minutes. Shower has recently been spitting out brown water. One time we had a note left INSIDE our apartment from maintenance letting us know they had been in our apartment. Neither of us called for any maintenance problems and we spent the next hour searching for all valuables because we felt intruded. Lastly, I have gotten so many parking tickets living here. The parking lots are not big enough, if you get home after five forget about it. But if you live on Pyle like me there is plenty of street parking. But guess what! Cops in this lovely neighborhood come once a month and ticket every single resident who is parked on the side street that is strictly used by the apartment complex. When we called the office and told them about it, they said it was the town law and would have to go and buy permits. To park outside of my door when there is not enough parking given. Also take your laundry to the laundromat on Haddon Ave next to Dominos do not use these facilities. I have had people obviously in a rush take my wet clothes out of the washer and place them on the dirty table so they could get their clothes in. Just rude. All in all... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

So let's do a quick walk through. Kitchens are ridiculously tiny, to the point where any prep work is pretty much impossible - get used to chopping veggies in the dining nook. Not a single counter or cabinet to speak of in the bathroom, unless you count the sadly small medicine cabinet over the sink. NO storage unless you want to stash your Christmas decorations in your bedroom closet. Windows don't seal completely at the top, letting in cold/hot/bugs year-round. Bathtub and both kitchen and bathroom sinks clog up after every single use. Keep a plunger handy. Walls are paper thin, to the point where you can hear people leaving messages on your neighbors answering machines. Parking is hit or miss, but the complex doesn't help any by piling up leaves or snow in the parking areas and just leaving it there, effectively taking away half your parking space. Management is completely rude and don't even try to help. Maintenance shows up when they feel like it, if they feel like it,and will enter your apartment whether you're home or not, even if you haven't given them permission. Roaches (big ones) are an issue from March through December. Roof leaks, but maintenance says that's no big deal, since it only leaks when it rains (what??). You don't pay for your heat, but you don't control it, either, so it's pretty much on full blast from September through May - and it gets HOT. The two cabinets you get in the kitchen are in terrible shape and I often pull dishes out to find them covered in bits of wood from the insides of the cabinet. I understand rent used to be a lot more reasonable for the quality of life you get, but it's gone up recently. You can find a place for equal rent in actual Haddonfield, if you wanted to. This place has a Haddonfield mailing address, but is actually in Haddon Township, so you don't even get the benefit of the excellent Haddonfield school system. Not sure what you're paying for here. Definitely not worth it. Location is great. I have to give it that. But honestly, it's just not worth the money for the sadly small size and all the problems you'll have. We're out of here ASAP. I really do not reccomend this place to anyone.

This complex is bad. There's no two ways about it. Managment is rude, maintenance shows up when they feel like it, the apartments are undersized even though they have the audacity to advertise as them as having "eat in kitchens" (maybe if you stand up and eat?), the units are old with cracks in the walls, bad plumbing, ridiculous noise levels and oh yeah...ROACHES galore. I understand the rent used to be far more reasonable, but as of right now they're charging $896 a month for one of their 500-square-foot one bedrooms...which isn't good at all. You can easily - EASILY - find a much better apartment that is actually in Haddonfield, instead of just having a Haddonfield mailing address, for very similar rent. The area is very convenient, I have to admit. But you don't get what you pay for. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Not worth it. Rent is ok, but it's really increased lately ($879 for a 570-square-foot place? Really?). The apartments are crap. They advertise eat-in kitchens, but there's no WAY you could eat in these kitchens. You get a total of two cabinets and two counters. Windows don't seal properly. Roof leaks. Drains get clogged, like, daily. And you end up sharing the space with really big cockroaches that look like they're straight out of a sci-fi movie. Management is extremely rude and often doesn't put in the maintenance requests it says it will, so you're left waiting for maintenance that never comes. The neighbors are cool for the most part. And of course the location is great. But it's SO not worth it.

Good location. The rent, for the area, is also good. But those are the only two good things about living here. The apartments are crap, they're unbelievably small and have too many problems to list (at the top of that list; BIG ROACHES, bad plumbing, rude management, flighty maintenance, and I could go on and on). It's an ok to place to start out if you want a safe neighborhood close to everything, but living here would drive most people insane. Not reccomended if you want a nice apartment.
