Apartment-specific maintenance at this complex is very good. Other processes like leasing are difficult, landlord is hands-off, and other non-maintenance communications can be frustrating. Campus is in good shape, but often has a few out of order elements.

Good community. Staff is a great group of people that are always willing to help if there is an issue. Gyms can be a bit packed at times and the amenities like the golf simulators seem to break down a ton.

I just moved into One Ten last week but so far, I've really been enjoying it! I picked it because the value is great for the amenities, and because it's a very dog friendly community. Everyone who works here has been very helpful and kind, which made my move-in and first week here more seamless.

The building is great and the price is good considering competitors, but the management company is a disaster. They charge all these ridiculous fees whenever they feel like it and don't abide by half of the rules in their bylaws. Anytime I've had an issue that needed management's help, they didn't seem to care to prioritize it at all nor do they respond in a timely manner and require multiple follow ups

Love this community so far (it's my first week but have high hopes). Shuttles to the PATH are reliable and on time, and a super manageable walk to Target and Acme. The apartment was clean on arrival, quiet, and well maintained. Maintenance was very responsive and helpful during the move-in walk-through, and the staff made the process easy. Excited to settle in!

My overall experience within the community has been positive. I have met several neighbors at the dog park which has been great. However, the cleaning smell that filled the primary bathroom when we moved in has dissipated and it now reeks of cigarette smoke. As non-smokers my husband and I are quite annoyed by it.

the maintenance team is professional and courtesy however i have noticed i have to submit multiple tickets for the issue to be resolved and orders are closed before it is actually resolved. as well as amenties not always available and working such as gym AC, golf simulator, and arcade games not working majority of the time

the community started out great when I first moved in. Since then, with the addition of new construction, its gone downhill. Some of the maintenance staff doesn't respond or doesn't properly fix the issue.

Location is ideally the best aspect of the building. Experience with management/leasing is varied as the office has a lot of turnover. Upstairs stomping constant issue, poor build. Maintenance and concierge staff are the saving grace of the building.

This buidling is always clean and the maintenance staff are alwasy professional. The building is too far from public transit, and without a shuttle on the weekends, it can be difficult to access transit options.

The common areas are immaculate. The cleaning staff really earns their keep. Reception staff are attentive and helpful. Facilities staff keep the sidewalks clean and safe. Grounds are well maintained. Shuttle bus service is excellent. Game room machines need some attention/repair.

One Ten is a beautiful apartment with amazing features inside the actual home. I have lived here for 4 years in the same studio, and looking to possibly upgrade to a one bedroom in June when I move in with my boyfriend. I would recommend anyone to live at One Ten. The only downside is a lot of construction in the neighborhood and not close to any public transportation. The shuttle should also be a little more reliable, but overall it is nice that it is offered.

What community ? The concierge's are nice but if you park for ten seconds to load your car you get a ticket. Must be a deal with parking meter staff and the motorcycle club also takes up parking on street has a sketchy hot dog stand and intimidates you as you walk by .
