Apartment is nice and experience has been good so far with a few issues related to my appliances that have not yet been resolved after a week. Maintenance team has been responsive but unfortunately have not been able to resolve my issues yet.

Teddy & the entire site management team were the best in my 5+ years of living in JC. Teddy made sure everything was taken care of in every single unit. Plus he knew every one in the building by forming his own relationship with them. A++ work from teddy.

It's been great. The area is in a prime location and the amenities are awesome. My only suggestion is adding Saturday shuttle service to and from the PATH, at least in the evenings when people like to go out.

This is a great experience living in 110. Everything is good but it would be great to have the Parking spot in the same building. we came to know that both Enclave and 100 house have their own parking but not 110. so its a bit hassle for us.

Most of the concierge is great, but they always hire random people and a lot of the time they don't know what they're doing. Management is awful, they barely get back on time with emails; the only time they're prompt is when they want money

I am super happy with the building so far. They have been super welcoming and helpful when I have questions! Jose specifically is super knowledgeable about the property. The front desk was very nice as well but could be more knowledgeable about how to troubleshoot for us.

I love living in the Enclave Collection. I'm coming from a previous apartment complex and One |Ten has far exceeded my prior experience. From the leasing office to maintenance everyone has been helpful.

Great apartment. Quiet and safe. It is suitable for students from New York and New Jersey. Nice staff group here. Really expect to make some friends and live here. And appliances are great and nice! Like it

When I was thinking about renting here, I took a tour right away because I heard nothing but good things. Right away I noticed how clean the community is and how professional the staff are. They keep the property and units up to par. Whatever you need they're there to help you.

Great building with loads of amenities. If you are looking for social events and a sense of community, this is the place to be. The staff is super friendly and happy to help, they go out of their way to know your name.

The move in process was seamless and all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartment was in perfect condition upon move in and is both spacious and functional. All of the amenities offered are wonderful and I plan to utilize them all. Parking and pets are also options here, which provides excellent flexibility.

Great so far. Beautiful building and great amenities. Easy access to transportation and both Hoboken and Jersey City. The apartment itself is very nice. Internet was easy to set up as it was already installed in the building. Quite happy to be here

The community here at One Ten is very friendly and safe. I love coming home to such an amazing building with plenty of amenities that everyone would enjoy. The staff and security are always helpful with any questions I may have.

OneTenJC is an excellent community to be in with supportive staff, shuttle services to Path 7 days a week, High class Amenities and a lot of other perks. With rent credits and current offers the apartment feels like a steal deal.

I moved in June 2021 and so far can attest that the building and all its amenities are the highest of quality. The staff wonderful and the grounds are very well maintained. Im very pleased with my apartment; its a great size with everything you could ask for!

Everyone is amazing! I love living here. Special thanks to Linda and the whole leasing staff for the amazing job that they do!!! One amenity is more gorgeous than the next. I especially love the pool.

The move was very easy and painless to do. The front desk was very accommodating and professional. The front desk was able to provide a trolley to help with the move which was great! The apartment building is very open and new. I haven't had any issues with noise or thin walls which is also great.

Beautiful apartment and great amenities. The buildings are well kept and the staff is very friendly. I wish they would have provided another pool. One pool shared by 3 buildings is much. Otherwise it's a great place to live.

Angela was great at accommodating me when I had a miscommunication and needed to move in earlier than my allotted time slot. However, I'm not sure if the message was ever relayed because I did receive some push back when I arrived after being told I could move in earlier than expected. Jose was accommodating as well but I felt a bit rush and like a burden when I actually arrived.

So far the experience has been good. The front desk staff has been very helpful and friendly. It would be helpful to get some basic info when you move in (wifi info for the common areas and amenity location reminders and hours) but thats just a suggestion. Everything else has been good!!

Really cool apartment community with great staff and amenities. In a good location with plenty of places nearby to walk to. Also just 10 min walk to light rail. But there is a shuttle to path that is provided for residents as well. Overall great experience so far.

The building is well designed and has a great selection of amenities. The apartment is spacious and has great storage space. The location is best for someone with a car, but there are still plenty of shopping and dining options near by, plus a shuttle service!
