Been in the building since it opened and overall, the experience has been really good. Love the space we live in and the sense of community. Have made some good friends during our time here and enjoy the occasional event put on by the building. The building does come with its issues which tends to be the same with any building we've lived in, like for example slow response from management to issues outside of our unit.

Moving into One Ten has been amazing overall. The management staff are incredibly kind and helpful. 24hr concierge service is extremely convenient and they're very nice as well. Building is always clean and safe. Not to mention, the amenities available are unbeatable.

Overall very happy with the building and community. Staff super friendly and nice. One thing that can be improved is the shuttle schedule and frequency. In comparison to other buildings in this neighborhood our shuttle operates with more limited time slots and the frequency. For three buildings being serviced it can be better.

The enclave is a very nice apartment building with excellent staff and a great community. One of my favorite things is that we get food trucks that come straight to us every week. We also have really nice lounge areas.

Safe, quiet, comfortable, great amentities. Front desk and maintenance staff are excellent. I commute to the city everyday and the shuttles are always on time. The building is always very clean. Highly recommend.

The apartment and community is great. The leasing agent that I worked with was not prompt with responses. Many things I was told by them ended up not being true. And my parking was not set up when I moved in.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience at One Ten. The front desk staff is wonderful, especially LaShane and the other younger woman with the braids (forget her name). John Gonzales from maintenance is also amazing and has promptly and professionally helped us on numerous occasions. We have only experienced a couple minor issues so far, one being that the grills outside do not work properly which was a bummer for us because we were looking forward to having access to a grill when we moved in. Also, our neighbors across the hall leave piles of garbage outside their door several times per week. We have complained to the front desk no avail. Lastly, the pool area is not well-monitored in the summer and I have witnessed a group of young kids sneaking in.

Apartment condition is good. Staff are nice. Monday to Friday they provide regular shuttle between apartment and Hoboken Path station, which is nice. It'd be bette if they could extend shuttle operation to weekends.

Love the community at the enclave, one ten and 100 house. Beautiful interior. Pricing is competitive for where the housing market is at but I do think it's priced at the higher range in the area. I love how the buildings are tucked away so it's not so loud but it's easy to get to major highways and close to the bars and stores on Washington street.

Building has been great. The staff (leasing office, front desk, maintenance, etc.) have been very friendly and helpful. The tenants so far have been very friendly as well, so overall it has been a very positive experience.

No issues with my move-in experience.overall everything was smooth apart from the service elevator not working on the day I moved in. Luckily I did not have a lot of big stuff to move. The front desk staff are amazing and made me feel welcome from day one

our experience has been very postive, the front desk and office are very helpful and always accommodating. All of our neighbors are pleasant, and it is an overall mature/quiet community compared to our previous building that was like a frat house.

I love living in this building the staff are friendly and the apartments are amazing. I love the ameneties including the parking accessibility, gym, amazon services, pool etc. The upkeep of the building is also great.

So far so good. Not many complaints. The noises from the air conditioners were very loud being on the top floor. The units were installed directly to the roof which made it sound like a helicopter all day. Was very tough to live with for awhile but Manny has now taken care of that.

I moved in two days ago, but until now it seems nice. The only problem is the non-coming busses. I am a commuter and depend on the buses a lot. For the last past days when I needed them, they have not appeared. Another issue is Sam being very slow to answer on emails. I felt my moving process was very stressful as the first weeks I didn't get much response and then out of sudden I was expected lot of documents last minute, I didn't have as I am international.

I have really enjoyed living here so far. The apartment is beautiful with and was clean when I moved in. I love the convenience of the location including the access to Hoboken and Jersey City. The amenities offered here are also amazing

Loving the community and our amazing counter space!! Great light. The rooftop is awesome-you can see the city. There is a bike station right outside the building, which is super helpful and a really nice shuttle service to the PATH in Hoboken.

Experience
The overall experience is just ok. The lease manager's response of email is slow and even no any response sometimes. It greatly lengthens the whole process of everything you request. I was not able to move in at the first day of lease because of it. It costs me $300 to find an temporary hotel in emergency at that night. Their compensation is just the first day rent. However, it is only about $100 and cannot make up for my financial and spiritual loss.

Great place to live. Very clean and secure. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The amenities are numerous. I can confidently recommend this property without any hesitations. The neighborhood is new and easy to get to most highways.
