Everything around here has been improving recently. The amenities being back, the parking lot getting cleaned, and the staff taking care of the property. The new girl at the office Liz is very helpful too. I love the changes they made here

Deplorable at best
Been living in this place for the last few months. In the last three weeks there has been two shootings. We’ve been attempting to get our outside light in working order 3 months now still no light. The pet waste Bin has been filled to the rim for over 4 weeks in front of my door. Speechless. This place should be imploded.

I lived in this place for 2 years ... at the beginning everything was very good the people in the office were very helpful (omar and veronica) but now the people who work there, from the manager to the secretaries are crap never resolve when something fails in Your apartment I was 1 year living with my garage not working or the dishwasher, leaking all the time in the bathrooms and kitchen, the water from the dishwasher was clogged call many times they never repaired me and when I moved they charged me all those damages and they never sent me a bill afterwards they sent me and my husband directly to the credit bureau it's a crap administration

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. You leave your apartment is great condition and they'll. Send you a two dollar check. From your deposit. They were slow on maintenance. They treat their residents like ----. And everyone in the office is rude. And gets mad when they have to do there job. They never let you get corporate number. And issues are never resolved.

this is the most horrible place , in all honesty its not the apartments themselves its the current staff and corporate , i think they are called advantage or advanced management . anyways let me tell you i have lived here for a long time, i want to move i was going to do a month to month deal because it was 100 more but i would be able to move giving a one month notice . but that was not the case it would be 300 more because my rent was being raised 205 in total so i was forced to sign a six month lease at 205 more...heres where it gets funny, so six months go by and something comes up so i cant move yet so i was gonna do the month to month thing again but they want to raise my rent another 100 and charge 100 month to month and for the cherry on top they want to charge me a $$40 dollar application fee . like i am brand new... i have been here for 7 years and now for the first time ever they want to charge me 40 dollar application and not only that but 40 for my wife too....so another 80 extra plus 100 plus raise my rent another 100 for a small 2 bedroom apartment in not the greatest neighborhood in NORTH las vegas....and just to add insult to injury when we moved here my daughter was underaged now they want to do an application on her and 40 bucks additional for her or they will return her college books back because only leased tenants can get deliveries per rachel the staff there, she has done everything in her power to make as much money as possible for corporate, i guess she should be employee of the month for her really great attitude(sarcasm included) and for the final final thing.... CORPORATE DOES NOT CARE AT ALL THEY THINK PAYING FOOLS LIKE ME DONT MATTER . DO YOU???

Maintenance is a joke, something needs fixing, good luck. My neighbor even told me that they called and asked him if they had been by to fix a problem he reported a month previous? Please. The washers and dryers don't work- the GM said that, too. But they gone and painted all the building to LOOK better. But if the inside is trash and your appliances don't work, it's still crappy. Management don't wanna listen, just dictate and take your money. Stay away from this place. At night you can hear everything going on at Craig Ranch Park. So... good luck going to bed early Gates don't work most the time, and even when they do, people can just fly through the exit gate and almost wreck your ---- anyways.

I moved in on October 29th of this year. So far so good. Management can be attentive but they do take long to respond with work orders sometime. It is quite and safe for me. I can only speak for my personal experience. I do not have any pest issues either which is a big plus.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I had my vehicle stolen from here as well and all when i said it was their fault they had no sympathy. Gates almost NEVER work. Pool and spa basically never open/working. Many mailboxes broken/open. Constant rotation of staff....Gee i wonder why! So, unless you are an idiot, don't move in here !

bsolutely horrible. The manager is extremely rude to current and leaving tenants. She has no regard for the safety of her tenants. When informed of an armed mugging that took place on her property, she shrugged and said, "Sometimes these things happen." The gates never work. They will "fix" them and they will work for maybe two weeks, and then be broken for another 6 months. The actual groundskeeping is a joke, it always looks awful. These apartments are cheap for a reason. This is the epitome of "you get what you pay for." Do not live here if you value your safety or your sanity.

I moved here 01/15/2016. And so far it's horrible . carpet is old and has a very bad smell. No heat and its freezing in here. Stove doesn't work. No not water in bathroom. No base around floors. No lights in hallway . my front door key doesn't work sometimes. I was told the apt I want was not available . well neither is this one. I'm very unhappy. This is the worst please don't move here./

I lived in here moved out our car got stolen.Gates where always open they no sercuity wants to every. Theres no camers around the office. The staff and maneger are very un profesinal,rude, They dont explain very good about the lease they tell you one thing and they come with another thing. Theres alwayd kids runing around throwing rocks. The pools are very dirty.Maintence dont show up when you have a emergency they go in 2 days. This aparments i dont recomend whats so ever. They suck

Horrible period point blank. Teens hanging on the stairs smoking marijuana. My children has seen guns pulled out at the playground. Numerous fights, vehicles getting broken into. 2 pools that are very very very dirty, one which has never been open the 3 yrs I've been here. The soda machines always take your money. Night security NO good, security hangs out & drinks with some tenants. They've changed management so many times I don't even no who the current manager is, I just drop my rent in the drop box. Oh yeah about a yr ago I has lady unlock my door with a key that someone in the office gave to her, she was very apologetic said she had the wrong apt & the office gave her the key to her brothers apt but my thing is how in the world did her key unlock my door & I wonder how many of us has the same lock. Told the lady in the office at the time (Diana) about the key situation & not yet has anyone came to change my locks. Since we moved in this apt I let them know there is no handle on my refrigerator, they said some one with come fix it or replace the refrigerator, well it's been a yr & still not fixed. I regret transfering I should have move when my lease was up the first time. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN.

I've never seen so many bugs. Pools suck. Either they're closed or dirty. The front gate has been broken since I moved here in Feb. There's dog ---- everywhere. The only positive things are the washer + dryer in unit and walk in closets.

I have to agree with most of the other reviews. This place is a wreck. They don't enforce the rules unless convenient for them and they are horrible with work orders. We just got a new manager and she seems to be doing what the last 8 managers were supposed to do, but it also creates an inconvenience to those of us who have been there doing what we thought was right due to the ignorance of the previous management. My lease is up at the end of the month and I am out! Peace. Yes I loved the price, but this is NOT worth it. If I got to call ten times to get a leak fixed (coming from the apt upstairs) Then I might as well own my own home and fix things on my time. I couldn't even sleep in my room for 5 days because the leak was above my bed. Lets not forget the spare bathroom fiasco and the 4 days it took to get the carpet extracted and the leak fixed. I'm done. I have never lived in the hood until I moved here. I'm out, sorry but I'm better than that. Ill take my granite counter tops, black appliances and real tile back please! My daughter deserves better than that. I work to dam hard to be with shenanigans!

okay i've lived on the property for 3 years now. the assigned parking is assigned but you cannot get someone towed for parking in your space and the residence know it. the teens constantly damage the property (gang parties & drug deals) and burglarize storage areas & apartments. during my time this apartment complex has had 3 sex offenders on property. i recently got a sex offender notice mailed to me. i took it straight to the office and asked them about it they said "we talked to him and he's gone. we can't prove it. no, we wont give you the the regional management's number." so i looked up sex offenders living in my area and he still lives at the complex. please do not move to this apartment complex they don't care about your safety. the threat of rape is not a joke for st. andrews club to force my family to deal with. this is my last rental agreement and will look to move a.s.a.p.

#1 rule... you get what you pay for! Way better then any $550 2b,2bath property but this is not $1,000 upscale apartments. crickets & roaches in the area & in some buildings/apartments. i would advise you to bomb & spray insecticide & bait traps before and during your stay. at some point in time i knew of 2 sex offender on property. the sex offenders were not on the lease and the office evicted them as soon as they found out (to my knowledge, if so good on them for acting fast). only one of the 2 pools open at all. the one that is open is cleaned rarely. has been shut down for health violations in the past. the pool is opened for maybe 2 months out of the year. the gym is only open during business hours. the teens WILL rob your home. a few drug dealers openly deal and weed smokers don't try to hide it much. the area is far from being the hood but not upscale either. washer & dryer in the units & storage/parking are a plus & if something is broken they usually come fast at worst no slower then a 3-7 days. i love the location with shops & freeway in the area. OVERALL not bad for the price point (BUT!!!! now what you're really getting for your money). management is nice for the most part/don't give an attitude & you wont get one but they will go off if you provoke them & they are hardly in the office. the management take long breaks and leave early most days & if you have a package in the office, good luck getting it because they will leave early. my biggest problem... st. andrews club shouldn't advertise property amenities that they don't plan on giving proper upkeep or sufficient access to. to be real you are only going to get a average - good apartment & management, but the property amenities are imaginary/fraudulent.

Do you like groups of cars and people blocking the parking lot blaring their car stereos at 1:30 in the morning? Do you like metal gates that are broken in half so that maybe 1/3 of the gate is still there and the other 2/3 is left laying on the ground? Do you like management that couldn't care less when you call? Do you like having a revolving door for management? Do you like loud noise at all hours? Do you like gang activity to the point that they are spray painting their gang initials on the building they live in and running a "candy shop" out of their apartment? Do you like having a revolving door for maintenance people? Do you like dead grass and rocks? Do you like mailboxes that are falling apart to the point that some of the doors are missing and the rest are barely attached? THEN DO I HAVE THE PLACE FOR YOU! Welcome to St. Andrews Club Apartments where they will show you just how much they do not care. They care more about filling apartments with warm bodies than the security and well being of the community.

Don't Move IN!!!!
I would like to speak with a member of senior management about the treatment of tenants at St, Andrews Club Apt's about the property management team specifically verbal abuse meaning screaming at the top of her lungs while a tenant is making a valid complaint against a contractor that was allowed on property. Also to seek repairs on the unit that have been ignored by management also when asked who the management company is the only response given is "we don't give that information out" The treatment from the management currently representing St. Andrews Club Apartments does not make it feel like a community but rather a hostile and unsafe place to live. We pay our rent on time. We keep to ourselves. We respect and follow the rules/policies. Think twice before you move here. Problems: - Walk through when you first move in: you do it yourself (management/staff does not do a walk through with you). Be very thorough and take pictures...lots of pictures as we did to protect ourselves. Write every stain, scratch, inoperable appliances, etc to protect yourself and take pictures of these imperfections so you don't get charged for existing damages. - Toilet leak: parts should have been ordered a few months ago. As of date (1-10-12), no one has come out to fix our toilet. - Parking: Some apartments have close parking assigned to them, some do not. If you decide to move here, try to get one with a garage to avoid parking issues/damages. - Noise: I'm certain neighbors upstairs DO NOT work. They have loud music with heavy base thundering below to our apts during all hours of the night/early morning. It gets very tiring to lose sleep especially when you have a full time 8am-5pm job and attending school at the same time. - Staff: Unreliable. They need more maintenance staff. Maintenance staff is friendly but I'm sure he's pulled left and right to manage a big complex. - Security: It's nice to have security patrol the area. However, the lease does not state or management does not give you the phone number to security. Avoid the hassle of calling the police if it can be handled by security. If you move in, ask for security's phone number. -If you move here, JOT,JOT, JOT down everything. When AND which staff you spoke with to express concerns or request maintenance. ASK for the leasing agent/manager's email so that you have proof when a concern or request maintenance has been placed. PROTECT YOURSELF. REMEMBER: TAKE PICTURES, JOT THINGS DOWN, EMAIL CONCERNS/REQUEST MAINTENANCE. We will not renew our lease here.

Watch your application monies with this one!
We were very interested in moving in to this property. My husband had an issue and only had to supply proof of all clear and we would have been accepted. We were going to have to get an extension to our lease where we are, which we were able to do, but they gave us a two month extension at an almost $200 a month savings! We would have been crazy to not take it. My husband has the paperwork to show all clear by the way so there would have been no other reason to not move there, right? well. After reading all the reviews on this property, my husband asked them a lot of questions. Iris is current manager, seems friendly enough but when it was realized that the money order we gave had been stamped by their office staff and returned to my husband until he got his paperwork in order, the treatment from this has left a very bad taste about this property. We did a crimesearch. We read all reviews then went prepared with questions. Unprofessional service. Face value is good but dig people! This is a renters market. To take a place at face value could cost you. The back of the property is where they have all the problems. Drive thru and look. We asked for a simple exchange. The money order that their staff had stamped preventing it to be used for anything else, for a check in it's place. Why not? Simple enough request. We were really treated rudely. I don't know about you but for all the management changes they go thru, sounds like they really need training in customer service and business etiquette! Be cautious before handing your monies to them. Now we have to send the money order in to Western Union for replacement and that will possibly be resolved in 30 days but now it will also cost us $15. Petty? Not really. This can kinda give you a heads up as to how professional of a staff they have. One of them rolled her eyes when asked about safety and crime concerns. we were told to look online. We did. Now I will write a complaint to the management company. The one they didn't want to provide. Hey people. Public information is great! Use your head before renting at some of these places. Check them out extremely well. To them, this is their job. To us? We should be able to expect great treatment as this is where we had planned to call home for awhile. So why would you treat your potential renters like this?

Here we go again
Well another one bites the dust at St. Andrews. Kristine was a good manager and treated everyone with respect as far as I knew. We saw things getting accomplished and we felt comfortable speaking with her. We now have our 5th manager since I have lived here in the year and a half and POOF they are gone. They keep the front desk lady, who does nothing but give excuses and I am sure the new manager will be gone very fast too. The property is full of drug dealers and underage kids hanging out until all hours of the night. They have 1 maintenance guy and a guy to clean the place up so nothing gets done because they are running so far behind. I will not be redoing my lease as I feel it is the owners that are the problem and not the staff alone. This is something we as neighbors have talked about and there are 8 of us not staying. I hope the young lady finds a better place to work and she is not held back by the people above her. And get rid of the girl in the front office that spends more time on her phone and rolls her eyes when we ask why a order to get something fixed is not done. Hire more people please

St. Andrews apartment is a nice place to live with; a lot of storage, roomy, good parking lot, amenities, pools, peaceful and I would like to thank the owner for giving a discount for military or medical workers. I hate to say that the management does not want to see you eye to eye and that is why, it s hard to do business with them. I signed up for a 13 month lease. It started with Maria (ex - Manager) told me that all the units are digitals. (False). She told me that the storage right by the door is mine. (True) but Christine said, I need to pay $ 25.00 and I said no, in short, finally she said it s included. Christine gave a checklist on the condition of the apartment which I gave it back to her. Some of the repairs that they needed to do were the ff: 3 broken blinds, no sink cover, no hood cover, old and damaged linoleum, no lights at stairs- too dark at night. They did some repairs except the hood cover and linoleum. She said, that she is going to take picture on the linoleum and get approval from the owner , ok, but 2 weeks past and nothing happen. No communications. I called Christine, maybe twice, to make a follow on my request but kept avoiding me. I talked to her just for 2 min. And she said that I need to call her back because she was with somebody. Then I called again but this time she said that she can give Maria s telephone number. Well, Maria is gone. Last June 14, 2011, I received a note on my door that aprt---- has a balance of $1,700. And subject for eviction. Well, first my name is not SB but RD. and I do not owe anything but have a credit of $ 3.16 for the month of July. I wrote a simple letter pointing out their mistakes and needs to be corrected. I came to the office to talk about this but Chanel asked me to leave the office. Wow, they cannot accept their mistakes. Christine called me on my cell phone and she said that she will send me an eviction letter. Wow, instead of apologizing on their mistakes which Christine signed her name on it, they want you out. What a nightmare. I was trying to work things out, actually begging them to fix some things but it s not happening. The worst thing that they can say is no. Finally, I recommend the architectural of the apartment, lots of storage, and lots of parking lot. I am pretty sure that the owner wants to do good business by giving discounts for military or medical workers and the rent is reasonable; for me, it s close to school and work and close to almost all stores, location wise. I just want to suggest some things, 1) the manager needs to inspect the apartment and approve 100% that it is ready for occupancy. 2) There should be some ethics and etiquette in dealing with tenants; like if the maintenance had an appointment at 8:00 am and not 9:00 a.m. He apologized and this was ok. He said that there was an emergency in one apartment and needed to fix the flood at early 5:00 am. But at least, he can stop by and say hey, I have an emergency I cannot come until 9:00. 3) For tenants, make sure that everything is ok before signing anything. You do not want to experience my nightmare. I appreciate the Manager of Flamingo Polo Club, Denise for her managerial skills. She never let me feel belittle in anyway.
