I'm quiet, clean, and friendly. I enjoy occasional interaction with neighbors and staff. I think Juan and his team are great. There are little things like fitness equipment upgrades, more frequent updates to appliances, and updating various things like cabinets, shelving, and the lounge. The building is in good shape overall, but starting to show its age.

I've been living here in The Balton since the building opened and I've been mostly satisfied. The staff is efficient and courteous. The door man (Julio) is fantastic! I would recommend this building to any of my friends or colleagues.

The Balton is cool community. Everyone knows each other. Many people have lived here since the building opened. The staff is pleasant ND always willing to help. The building is kept relatively clean ND problems are usually addressed in a timely fashion.

This is a great building and the fact that its rent stabilized with so many wonderful amenities makes it a gem for tenants. The common spaces could be a little better maintained but overall the maintenance staff do a great job.

I love the people in my building. They are all so kind and friendly and good neighbors 90% of the time. Couldn't ask for more in the place where I live. The staff is also so wonderful and kind and timely with their jobs and working with us. Very lucky to have them and be in the beautiful space we live in.

The property is maintained well on the inside and outside. Any issues are typically handled quickly and properly. The maintenance are helpful and professional. Although the rent is HIGH, it is low comparing to what you will rent in it's equivalent in size, location and amenities.

Staff has always been helpful and nice. It is a family oriented building with a lot of diversity. My appartment is well build and confortable, big windows. Appliances are doing their job. The neighbor as lot of commodities and subway is at the street corner.
