Jake made everything clear unlike other experiences recently

When I drove in, the complex was very clean! There was a young man who waved, then when I got inside Jake greeted me immediately! First of all everyone was very kind. I didn't want to give my info, instead get info for a friend! I'm definitely sending them here, I was in and out and this place seemed orderly and welcoming.

Great information given

I had a great conversation with Estelle, who was very helpful and took the time to provide all the information and more I needed to look into renting properly. Everything was explained clearly, and he was responsive and professional throughout the process over the phone. I really appreciate how thorough and transparent he was, which made my decision much easier and less stressful. I would definietly recommend this leasing assistant to anyone looking to move into these apartments.

Great Pool and Gym

[Incentivized Review] The pool and the gym area are always really clean there is also BBq that we can use! The management does a great job answering our questions and easy to find a parking spot. There is always free cookies for your dog it's really pet friendly

The site management has been extremely caring and helpful since I moved in. The site is very clean and tidy, the houses are clean and useful. The site includes a pool, gym and public seating areas, all of which are very clean and tidy.

[Incentivized Review] Staff is very nice and friendly, and attentive. It is in a nice area of town near shopping, restaurants, as well as nightlife. It is very convenient having everything in a one mile radius of you. There is a bit of traffic on the weekends but it is worth being so close to everything.

Love it!

Moved in when i was in another state and couldn’t have loved it more. Laundry room is super convenient, safe neighborhood, and maintenance is amazing. App on the phone makes it super convenient as well!

Great property!

Property is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Also quick access to highway 169. The staff is friendly and they have valet trash service. The poll is always clean and they have a dog park. I would recommend to a friend .

Love it here!

Nice and affordable place, loved the pool area! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Property Manager made sure everything I needed was taking care of and got back to me in a timely manner. Appreciate all their help!

Management sucks but maintenance is amazing!

Our apartment was not ready on move in day and there was a little miscommunication, BUT Kassidy made everything so much better. We got everything done thanks to her! Thank you so much Kassidy for all your help!! We appreciate you so much! Edit: The maintenance man Sedrick was amazing he went above and beyond switching the doors on our fridge. He was also very kind. Thank you so much Sedrick! (10/10 service you're amazing man) Also...the property manager has been very rude over the last couple months claiming to fix problems that never were fixed. My unit has a newer door that has a single deadbolt lock on it. She claims I have more and was very rude about it. She argued with me about my door and acted very degrading in the process. I hate coming to her with problems for this reason.

Amazing

Amazing staff. Amazing upgrades. I love the gym and pool area. Right next to the mall is a plus also. So many things to do I'm the area from food to gaming. Nice size laundry room and the people who stay there looks happy. 5 ??

Nice and quiet community

My move at Coventry Park has been pleasant. The property has a nice gym that I enjoy using: it has everything that I need. It’s pretty quiet and well kept. Wish there was more parking spaces but I plan on getting a carport

So far, So Good

So far, I am enjoying my stay at Coventry Park, I just signed a 12 month lease. The process was pretty easy (as they do everything electronically). Application, lease, and payment is done all online. I do like the gym and pool area and the community is smaller.

new clubhouse

Nice changes have been made on the property. Love the new updated clubhouse and gym area. Staff is always friendly and the office is cozy and inviting. Great job Conventry, keep up the good work is all i can say.

I love my apartment

I have seen such a positive change in the community since Sherra has been here. I used to have an issue with roaches but she LISTENED to me and had the pest man at my apartment and was even there with him to make sure he did a great job which was a pleasant surprise. The maintenance guys are fast and friendly also. Early last year I was considering moving and looked around the area but I since have signed another lease and plan to again if things stay this way!

Amazing property

I love the updates around the community. Office staff and maintenance goes above and beyond when it comes to issues in the apartment. I also love the fitness center and how spacious it is; it also has a virtual mirror.

Lied to a disability lady and charged her card

One month ago my daughter decided to go online and gave credit card to a apartment complex on an application we caught her immediately called the apartment complex the manager said she would take care of this knowing that she had a major disability told me that there would be no charges. month later we get a $700 charge on the credit card tried to call them they would not call me back the next day I called the credit card company while they were on the phone I also called the apartment complex they lady was rude with me. Credit card company called me back and said they talk to the apartment complex manager and that they would refund it by check with the exception of $200 for an application fee I said no arbitrate the whole amount we’re not excepting a check they wasn’t supposed to charge the card this company is very crooked very unprofessional would not live there is a last place on earth once they knew she was disabled they still took advantage of her and lied to me

The complex is infested with roaches. Since living here I have had they spray three times and have even had my apartment fogged. I am still see roaches and kill multiple a day. This is not a clean place to live and will be moving out ASAP. Please save your time and money by avoiding this place. Nothing is worse than dreading come home because you have bugs. Seriously so upset with the outcome of these apartments.

If there was a way to give no stars then I would, but it's not aloud if I want to warn people about this place. Don't live here. They are nice, but that's only a front to get people to live there. The place is INFESTED with roaches. They will tell you they spray, but they only spray in the kitchen and bathroom. You can complain about neighbors being inconsiderate with playing music too loud or fighting in their apartments loud enough for the building next to you and the office doesn't care. They do NOT de-ice the parking lot, sidewalks, or stairs in the winter. So be prepared to deal with that on your own. The card machine in the wash room is rarely working so make sure you have quarters. The gates are normally broken so they are left open for everyone to come in and go as they please. If there's any part of a storm be prepared for the electricity to be out and then be prepared to be stuck in your apartment because if the gates happen to be working at that time you are stuck there. Also if your air conditioner breaks in what is considered the winter though the temps are sometimes in the 70's and 80' won't fix it. They don't do AC repairs in winter months. Be prepared for Brooke in the office to be rude and Debbie to never be available to take your call. At the end of the day the deposit is low and the rent used to be that way too, but it's not worth your time to live here. Run far far away from this place. The office is only open from like 10-5 M-F so if you happen to have a job from 8-5 M-F you will never see them unless you go on lunch break. Even then you aren't guaranteed to see them in the office.
