I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS, I HAVENT HAD TO DEAL WITH THE STAFF MUCH, THEY SEEM OK. MY NEIGHBORS SEEM NICE, THE ONLY BAD THINGS IS DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE, NO ONE PICKS UP AFTER THE PETS. I DO LIKE MY APARTMENT THOUGH, I NEVER GET BOTHERED.

Not horrible apartments horrible staff!!
Me and my husband and newborn (at the time) lived here in a 1 bedroom for 12 months, we loved it..Until we went to switch into a 2 bedroom. When we moved in we payed a $600 deposit due to bad credit, they wanted us to then pay another $200 on top of the $600 and wouldn't even let us see a model of the apartment. They told us the 2 bedroom would be available downstairs since I already had one child and another on the way...when I went to pay our deposit they had rented it to someone else and only had an upstairs available!!! The office staff thinks that they are the greatest people in the world and that they are better than you, the apartment manager told my husband "I don't care if you live here or not" So we moved!! I called today to see how much their 2 bedrooms were running for and the lady who answered the phone told me "we don't have any available" I told her we weren't looking to move till January and she then told me "we don't have any to show" Very rude staff!! Not to mention the people upstairs from us always had fights breaking out and the office did nothing about the noise!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
After living in these apartments for a year, I can tell you that you do not want to ever live here!! The office staff acts as though they are better than everyone and that someone should consider themselves lucky to live there. But, when you have a problem like your apartment being flooded by another apartment and they do not want to fix your apartment to regulation per the health department standards. I have mold growing out of my vents and they refuse to replace the sheetrock (which is a violation of the health department code, due to MOLD). They took over a month to do anything to even "patch" up repairs and due to me calling once a week and then after a month, letting them know they best fix it or else they sent in someone to just paint over the mold. The gates are a joke!!! The maintnance men are not knowledgeable in repairs at all!! My toilet was wobbly due to the floor is bad underneath and the maintnence man simply broke a clothes pin in half and put the pieces under it to balance it out. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! In the event of an emergency you can not reach anyone and the reserved parking is a joke as well! You pay for it but if someone parks in your spot there is no one to call to have them towed off as they claim will happen! This is the WORST place to live! It is like the projects with make up on the outside to mislead you. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!

DON'T THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE
The workers in the office are the very pompous and uptight. The rent is high and maintance sucks. Don't ever go and complain because you the staff will ignore you complaint. Also, the grounds are poorly kept, washing room is flity and most of the washers and dryers do not work. Basiclly, I can't wait until my lease is up to move from this hell hole.

Don't live here!
The apartment I lived in ALWAYS messed up in some way or another! The appliances stopped working the toilet leaked. The maintenance guy seems like he's just there for a paycheck. The gates around the apartment complex are pointless. Everytime it breaks down they wait FOREVER to fix it. Talk about safety! I would never move back here. The office staff seem like they don't know what they're doing half the time.
