Village Square is a great community. The neighborhood is great, and the apartments are in awesome condition overall. It's in a great location where you can get to virtually anywhere, like I-95, the turnpike, and a lot of shopping areas in the vicinity.

Thank you for fixing the issues in the shower- my wife and I are very happy with the work that was done, and appreciate the replaced tiles, faucet and grouting of all the problems spots. It looks and feels like a new shower! Thank you on the great job done!

The leasing process was easy and quick. The apartment was clean and spacious.The property is beutiful and clean. I enjoy the convenience of having store near by. One of my favorite perks is that they have someone to come pick up the trash tuesday-friday

My experience so far has been great. All staff have been great, out courtyards are always taken care of and all maintenance is done ASAP. Neighbors have been great, it's very family friendly, always kids outside playing.

When I moved in, the apartment I was assigned was not like the apartment I toured which was not disclosed to me even when I asked twice if certain features would be included in the apartment I would be renting. This made for a very stressful move in day and a last minute switch to another unit. Since that day, I have had good experiences with Maitenance, but have had a subpar experience with certain leasing staff. They often are unable to answer my questions and are also at times rude when you ask for clarification on things. Overall, the grounds are well kept and the amenities are nice, but I would like a more consistently positive experience when contacting the leasing office.

I really enjoy living here ! I love the scenery around the apartment bldg. I have Great neighbors ! The pool surrounded by Beautiful Flowers ! So close to all Transportation! If you have any problems at all Management will resolve them for you ! Great Place to Live !

I've enjoyed the convenience I have with getting to and from Philly. I've never had an issue with leasing office nor maintenance. Any thing I may request they have been able to deliver. Village Square is a community and I may not know anyone name but there are many great vibes around me.

Overall pleased. The air conditioner was not working when we arrived but that was quickly remedied when I contacted maintenance after hours and they promptly arrived even though I was not there to fix that experience was very satisfactory

Management sucks they don't ever answer you and your electric bill will be thru the roof good luck, if I could give 0 stars I would I have lived here for a long time unfortunately and it just gets pricier every year which makes it so hard to ever move out

My experience at Village Square Apartments has always been great. They are quick to fix repairs. All the employees are very professional and polite. It's in a great neighborhood right by wonderful schools close to shopping and entertainment. It's a great quiet family environment, dog and pet friendly. It's a great community to live at.

So far this apartment complex has been fantastic. Very clean, respectful. I appreciate the trash service. The pool is fantastic. The layout design is awesome. Love the pantry. Love the fact that you guys offer a den It allows my girl to work from home. I like light colors so the fact that you guys have a light rug light walls that allow us to really bring the room together when we got furniture. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody. Maintenance is so/so mostly depending on which maintenance worker you receive. Also, what I'm not a fan of is the minimal cameras. My girlfriend had her car stolen and not long ago there was a string of car break-ins and cars being stolen from the lot. It's a financial burden when she has to pay for rental and it costs thousands. I can see this being a long time home for us. A place we call home. I love everything about this place. The thing that would put it over the top is if we actually had sufficient cameras. Maybe a gate that members would have a key to open up to get to the parking lot.… See More>

Very nice apt with a great pantry. Also a small den. Staff very friendly and quick to solve a problem. First floor living is great because of knee problems. Parking close to apt. Lots of room outdoors and I could bring my dog.

Love it here. It's very comfortable and quiet. Maintenance does a great job to make sure that everything in apartment is working properly. The only thing I would like to see change it the amount of rent and fees we have to pay. The economy is so bad that it really is hard to live. If someone lost a job or behind on rent it would be nice for something to be offered other then eviction and late fees. Especially if a person has lived here more than a year!
