I just can't say enough about the location the staff the great Apartments and the Fantastic Neighbors. You'll love it here, don't get me wrong it's a community and stuff happens but the maintenance staff and the office staff are right on top of it.

Staff turn over and police incidents have been the par for the course here at this apartment complex. If the corporation that owns the complex wanted it to be a fantastic community it could be. But they choose to drive off their employees and neglect their properties

The new management is very kind and friendly. The lounge is always clean and has great coffee maker that is free and easy to use. The gym is a bit small and limited, but it is always clean as well and has basically everything I need to stay in shape. The pool is absolutely wonderful! It feels very secluded and surrounded by luscious palms and mossy oaks. It's a great place to meet up with friends or meet new neighbors, and that grill is fire (literally). The landscaping is superb as well. There is a lot of wildlife and the path around the ponds is a great escape from the apartment life. Overall, I think these apartments provide a very sustainable way of living and a lovely community.

Our experience here at the Riviera has mixed reviews. The maintenance staff has always been there for us. Might I say they always have a great professional attitude and are always very punctual! The property management team has failed to communicate with us concerning our needs.

The renters portal autopay and overall system has never worked. Management staff will do nothing to fix it when mentioning it to them. You will be overcharged living at Riviera at Seasides. I suggest not wasting your time with this place there are plenty other “seaside” apartments locations.

Only reason I gave one star for the staff is because of how hard it is to get in touch with them. Once I get in touch with them, they are super helpful, but again, it’s rare to get in touch with them over the phone.

Several months ago I had someone trying to break in my apartment at 11 PM at night and I did call the community officer line and no one ever called me back. I had to call 911 and the person was beating on my door for 20 minutes and trying to get in my apartment, by the time the officers got there, he had left. And my neighbor across the hall from me (Leventis) asked about why the officer didn’t come out that’s on our property and they said that I never called and I actually did. Very disappointed.

Overall really happy. Great safe and active location. Maintenance team is stellar. Really convenient and walkable. Parking is easy. Some neighbors could be better about picking up after pets - we get regular emails and pet stations are convenient and stocked. Townhouses have good noise insulation…only hear neighbors on stairs or if music is very loud.

The setting and general maintenance has been good. The one wart on an otherwise good history is that they replaced the pool outside 1975 with...a standing area. Replacinga real amenity with something that barely even passes for one is certainly a ding in my book. Also, the sound insulating the floors is not very good as you can hear when residence above you have pets

The apartment complex offers a truly convenient place to live steps away from shopping, restaurants and activities The covered parking is a plus. Everyone seems friendly. Great outdoor space Close to Route 17 and the beach and downtown You can’t beat the location! The apartments are a really good size and with large windows. Huge closets are a big plus and the appliances are pretty decent.

It is a nice please to live. Very quite and green. Full of trees and green. People are nice and gentle. Having a gym it is very convinient. The staff is very professional including the maintence staff.
