Great apartment complex the staff is always friendly and helpful. The amenities are AMAZING! The gym is fully loaded and the pool area is like a vacation! So many green areas and places to hang out outside. We have lived here since February and have loved every minute. The staff always puts on monthly fun get togethers, the Yappy hour at the dog park was a lot of fun.

Great staff! Amazing community very quite and large closets! Very helpful lots of amenities like the 24 hour gym and cafe! Clubhouse is always kept clean! Over 50 miles of biking trials also a hammock garden!

I love Alta Brighton Park due to how welcoming they have made this move! The staff is very friendly and helped out with our entire process! I love all the amenities they have to offer. Great place if your a dog lover. Very much recommended!

I love living here! The staff was so helpful even after we signed our lease. They followed up to make sure we had everything we needed for a smooth move in. The apartments are truly luxury and the amenities make it feel like I'm living on a resort. It is pet friendly and my daughter loves the playground and all the great hiking and biking trails. There's Starbucks coffee and dog treats in the clubhouse. With the nice fitness facility I was able to cancel my gym membership and work out here. It's also convenient to target!

This community is beautiful. Brad was excellent and the staff were friendly. Brad did all he could for me and my fiance. I recommend. Inside the apartment is very modern and very nice looking. They have alot of amenties that you would enjoy if you get bored at home. The pool area and the bikes you can ride outside is my favorite. Its the BOMB

I love this community because they have so much to offer and the people couldn't be more attentive to your needs! The amenities are to die for. The homes are gorgeous and have an amazing open floor plan. Unlike other apartment complexes, the pool is open year-round! It's just been an awesome experience so far living at Alta!

This is a wonderful place to be. The staff during the application process is as helpful as they can possibly be and go out of their way to make sure the customer is cared for. The maintenance staff is very cordial and helpful. The condition of the entire community is proof of how much people who work here care about this place. The cell phone reception is rather spotty, but a call to my phone vendor has them working on the problem to help increase it's efficiency. I am really glad that I moved here, and hope that ABP will be home for a long time. A huge shout out to the fine folks who work here...you all rock!!

I like this facility. Quiet, calm and good amenities. Cell reception is a bit spotty in my apartment, but apart from that I have no qualms. The leasing staff is very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a good community to live in.

Quiet, calm, safe, peaceful, and accommodating. All words to describe Alta Brighton Park apartments. Staff is happy and helpful, quick to respond to any needs. These apartments stand apart in Charleston for many reasons. Excellently located, it is less than a 10 minute drive to Target and Walmart, restaurants and shops, and quaint downtown Summerville. Even better, it is an easy highway 20 minute drive from the apartments to downtown Charleston. However, it is hidden away in the middle of a protected forest with walking trails, a little pond, and towering tall trees; overall offering a gorgeous environment to enjoy. Amenities include a well equipped gym, pool, and clubhouse as well as many new things I have not yet discovered. Community is quiet and noninvasive. Parking so far is easy to find, and trash pickup is included. Happy to be here!

This community is accessible and well lit. The area is so beautiful with the trees surrounding and creates a feeling of seperation from the bustling traffic of North Main street. The apartment is nicely insulated. I love the bathroom which is connected to the bedroom and the kitchen/living room. That way we can easily use the restrooms but guests have equal access without having to cross through our bedroom. Parking is plenty. This is the best first apartment for my wife and I to start our life. I love it!

Luxury apartments, with so many amenities offered. Located just off route 26 on Nexton Parkway, where the Nexton community is growing at a fast pace. It's the place to be right now. Staff is so friendly, they offer so many social events - come join in the fun!

My daughter scheduled an appointment for me to view this complex while I was visiting. The staff was very inviting and the apartment I saw was beyond my expectations. I am seriously considering moving to Summerville to be closer to my daughter and if I do, Brighton Park will be where I live.

My name is Quante Jordan and my experience at Alta, is by far superb!!! The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. Brad, helped me with my tour and getting all the paperwork taken care of, making it a breeze. The staff really care about you and your pets, Stephanie even remembered another tenant's dog's name. To me that was impressive, because i work with dogs everyday lol.

I feel like a queen at Alta Brighton Park. They take amazing care of my family. My husband loves playing bocce ball with all of the people he has met here and I love the upgraded appliances. The resident events are a blast as well

We were some of the first tenants to arrive and have had a great experience from the start. The staff are all friendly, helpful and genuinely care about our living conditions. Everything is very clean and well tended. We love the beautiful clubhouse and fitness center. The pool area is gorgeous too with fountains and plenty of seating with umbrellas and cabanas. What's not to love??? Can't think of anything!
