Great location and pretty good leasing office employees. There are a few things that could be improved (a way to buzz visitors into the building, fans in the fitness center because it gets really hot in there, a better way to access the mail room when the server is down, etc). Overall, pretty good community.

Awesome!

So informative, professional and kind. She guided us timely through the property, shared favorite restaurants in the area and really made us feel like we found our new home. I highly recommend Gianna as your professional of choice at The Atlas.

Very easy but tough to fit a uhaul

The staff made the actual check in process very easy and even gave me a fob to get in and out to check on my stuff while they were busy. I was late and they were still able to accommodate me moving in. Signing the lease was easy to do on my phone. The only issue was parking my uhaul. Moving into a city is going to be difficult with an 11 ft tall uhaul as their parking spaces require 8ft clearance. However they still let me park next to the garage where I could fit to make it easier. Overall a great experience!

It's good so far. It does lacks diversity. The manager is GREAT! The way the security is awesome, but I think it should be more security cameras on residential floors. Other than that, this the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.

Overall, it's been great living here. The staff is super friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. The location is also great. I only wish that we had a call box to let deliveries or guests in and that the pool chairs would be upgraded or even replaced with the old ones.

I enjoy the monthly events that we do. I especially enjoy when the events are something that allow you to meet your neighbors. I really like the people who work at this community and find that they make my experience living here much easier than any other apartment I've lived in. I think prices are very reasonable and feel like my money is well spent here. I enjoyed the pool more before the chair replacements. I also can get frustrated with the valet trash. It seems like a hit or miss if it actually gets taken, even though I follow the schedule and know which days they don't pick up. I find that I have to take the trash to the trash room just as often as it is picked up. For example, I put out my trash at 6:30pm February 24 which is not a holiday and it was still in my bin in the morning. If I weren't paying for the valet trash, I wouldn't complain.

Apartment complex exterior and interior is well maintained. Staff is super nice and efficient. Pool and grill area is great place to relax. My apartment was just as I would expect when I moved in. Well maintained and clean. Restaurants are all close by. Starting from across the street to several blocks in every direction and just about every cuisine you can imagine. Dog friendly community. Parking garages are great too. Especially on rainy day. Just cannot say enough. Love it at Atlas. Great place to be.

Great Staff!

Late one night my shelving rack fell out of the wall in my closet. I put in a maintenance request when it happened and Tom promptly responding the next morning to get it taken care of. He even touched up some chipped paint spots and cleaned/replaced the HVAC filter just because. :) Definitely extremely appreciated!! So thankful for trustworthy and reliable maintenance staff who go above and beyond! Thank you, Tom!

Not a great experience. The apartment is not in good shape, I'm on the side with all the constant construction and bright lights all night long which is bad enough but on top of that several things were broken / missing at move in. 1. the ice maker was broken 2. the fridge was making very loud and weird noises constantly 3. my kitchen sink doesn't drain properly 4. the oven makes a ticking sound when I use it 5. the fridge leaks from the ice maker - some weird purplish color all the way down the front and leaves a small puddle on the floor every day 6. my bathroom sink doesn't plug 7. the washer had black mold in it when I moved in 8. I was missing cabinet shelves 9. a kitchen drawer was broken 10. the window wouldn't open or close properly 11. packages are a nightmare. the package room is hard for curriers to find, the open room is unsafe for other residents to be able to see everyone's name and apartment number and packages are never put in the right place 12. an $8 fee on rent every month? for what? just a fee to get an extra $8 out of me? and then another $4.95 fee for me to pay my rent? really? I made maintenance aware of the issues with the apartment and got nothing but argument and attitude about all of it from Rylan that I've just kept my mouth shut about everything else I've found as I live here and been just dealing with it as is. It isn't fun, I'm not happy. I asked to speak with someone from RAM about my experience and was told Jennifer would reach out to me, she never did until weeks later when I said in an email that she never reached out and felt that RAM doesn't value residents - once I called her out in writing then magically she had all the time in the world to talk to me. At that point it's too late. I wouldn't ever recommend this place or RAM to anyone. The only good thing about it is the location. Everything else leaves much to be desired. I will shout out the one guy who works in the office - the assistant manager, younger guy, I cannot remember his name but he is always so incredibly nice and friendly.

Atlas has a great location and on site staff. Affordable rent. Maintenance Supervisor Rylan is the man. RAM Partners on the other hand, different story. They can change what you legally agreed upon in your lease document with a 'memo email' which may result in you paying fines or car getting booted in your own garage.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Atlas. The one bedroom apartments are a great size, the amenities (ex. pool and gym) are always clean and top-notch, and the staff is absolutely fantastic. It's very easy to get in touch with management and resolve any issues that you may have.

Amazing place to live!

Germantown is a great area to live if you’re planning a move in Nashville. If you plan to check out this property, ask for Matt! He’s very well informed about the property and answered all questions/concerns I had, and didn’t rush through the viewing. This is a great property, a little smaller than most in Nashville, but has a very wholesome and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely check this place out!

Great Community

This is a great option for an apartment in Germantown. I love how it really feels like a community due to it being a smaller property. During the tour Matt mentioned how the staff is on top of maintenance and keeping the property looking great! You will definitely want to check out Atlas if you’re looking to live down!

Atlas was my favorite tour in Germantown! I walked in without an appointment and Matt helped me right away. The property looks well maintained and Matt mentioned how Lisa and Rylan are on top of everything, and it was apparent in my tour!

Great apartments

Great location

Out of all the apartments I toured in Germantown this was my favorite. Matt had so many recommendations in the area! I’ve lived in other areas of Nashville, but Germantown seems like the best location.

A lot of construction going on around the area so loud trucks and beeping going on you can hear in the apartment. Also weird smells come through the vents. Guest parking is very stressful as you can't leave your car in the spot without worrying about it getting booted and staff says there's nothing they can do.

Great location and nice apartment homes!

Finished my tour route for my future move to Nashville and I must say, The staff at Atlas was beyond amazing towards my family and I. We just walked in unannounced and they were ready to go and showed us their lovely homes! Definitely a top choice of mine in the coming weeks.

Experience has been great thus far. Super clean and quiet community. The staff onsite has made multiple efforts to have inclusive events in common areas well. Building is in great condition and functionality in units is consistent.
