There's pros and cons to living at Atlas Germantown. Pros -Great location -Building is smaller and relatively quiet -Aesthetic is in style -Building amenities are nice -Maintenance is on-top of things within the apartment -Neighbors are friendly -Building is clean and orderly Cons -Safety issues: The parking garage gates were broken for 4+ months, and entry doors are often broken for long periods of time. This is an issue as there are no entry fobs on each floor--you can walk right in. -There used to be resident events/happenings, but that has ceased to exist since Taylor left. -Communication from management isn't common or forthcoming at times. -RAM as a whole seems to avoid any responsibility for things that go wrong. They take a "not our problem" approach (e.g., when the garage gates were broken, several cars were broken into. The response was to "lock your cars and to not leave valuables in your car." Doesn't really matter if your car is locked if your window gets smashed in. And people know to not leave valuables in their cars, so thanks for being condescending.) -Lease is very favorable to RAM, not renters.

My experience has been mediocre. I had a terrible move in experience - nobody was around to help me get my keys, show me to my unit, or welcome me to the community. Because I was completely on my own for move in, nobody informed me how parking works - this resulted in my car getting booted and I was charged $75. I was told I would be reimbursed for this charge and never was. That same weekend over 8 cars were broken into and it took over 6 months to get the parking gate fixed to avoid it from happening again. I have felt in general the communication to residents has been unacceptable. And lastly, I referred a friend to Atlas - but it has been almost 4 days since the referral and since she reached out to Atlas and she has not received a response yet.

Overall great apartment. Only complaint is the noise level from surrounding businesses and lack of parking/small parking spaces. The gym is nice but could use more treadmills and fans. The outdoor/pool area is very nice.

Great Community!
Atlas is definitely the best apartment living experience I've had. I love the community, apartment & location. It's in walking distance or a quick uber ride to anything you may need. What has made my experience so great though, is honestly the staff. Management is amazing - friendly and accommodating. They actually get to know you and care that you're happy here. If you have a problem, they are quick to solve it. Maintenance is speedy, respectful of your space, and committed to keeping the community clean. If you're in the search for an apartment in Nashville, I would highly recommend Atlas of Germantown!!

I have had a mixed experience living at Atlas apartments in Germantown. I really enjoy the location within Germantown because everything is walkable and parking is typically easy for guests. I have also come to like the community through book club and meeting people in the dog park. The building used to do resident events, but that has stopped since new management has come in at the end of 2022. Unfortunately, because the building and community is smaller than others in the Germantown area, I feel like it doesn't receive the same kind of management support that other buildings do. For example, the gated doors to the basement parking garage have been broken for months and the locks on the doors to the stairwell have been found broken or unlocked frequently since I've been here. Management typically is not the most responsive to calls and emails either, especially when it relates to these safety issues. We did get a new package system, which is nice because it notifies you when a package arrives. However, management did attempt to hold our mail and charge us $10/day if we did not pick up our package within three days. They soon "listened to our feedback" and decided not to move forward with this when they were told it's illegal. Basically the building is great and making changes to be better (like new items in the weight room and new carpet/paint through the halls, but management is unresponsive to concerns, and I've had to refer to the lease agreement multiple times to inform them that they're actions are outside of the terms of the agreement.

I was very pleased when I first moved to Atlas. Since 2020, the apartment complex has changed management several times. The rent continues to increase despite the fact that the apartment has several issues. Some of the doors to the building are broken and individuals can enter without a key fob. The parking garage gate has been broken for months which has lead to car break ins. (Parking that we are charged monthly for by the way). The fire alarm has repeatedly gone off in the middle of the night. When it rains the garage usually has water leaks. These are just the recurring issues that are not resolved.

Outside construction is extremely noisy. The apartment above me is also extremely loud at all hours banging things on the floor. The apartment garage has only worked 5% of the time that I have lived here. The door to the stairway is also completely unlocked allowing anyone to access the building.

I've been at Atlas Germantown for about six months now, and I'm very happy with my decision! It's a smaller community, quiet, and within walking distance to food, shops, and bars. Any concerns I've had were addressed promptly with either leasing or maintenance.

While our unit is great (clean upon move in, appliances are great, lovely space), we have had a number of issues with management. Communication around pressing concerns has been lacking. Security is also a major concern, as the external doors and garage gate are broken and have been for months. Anyone can walk in and up to the floors with units off the street, and management seems completely unconcerned.

Many issues with communication with previous property manager Cory. I love the location and apartment though. However, there have been many issues with the garage parking gate leading to breakins. The gate is left open. Instead of hiring security or fixing it ASAP it seems to not be a priority. We should at the very least not be charged for our parking fees when we are not given the parking conditions we were promised at move in. Would like for there to be more community events.

Not great. My car was broken into because of a lack of security in our parking garage and I had to pay $500 of pocket for repairs. My window is still inoperable and my interior damaged. The garage gate had been broken for weeks which made all of our cars easy targets. Also, there has been so much construction outside our unit which is especially frustrating because I work from home. We were forced to move all of our furniture off of our porch for almost two months because they couldn't give us specific dates as to when the work would be happening outside our unit. That forced us to sacrifice square footage not only on the porch but also inside because we had to find space to store all our porch furniture. It was incredibly frustrating to not have specific dates. We were having to climb over our porch furniture in the living room.

Atlas is a great small community in Germantown. The location is close and convenient to many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. I love the resident events and neighbors I met while living here!

Everything about Atlas Germantown is awesome! The location makes it a highly sought out complex. I love the boutique aspect of it too, doesn’t feel overcrowded. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond your expectations, which is HUGE! Love this place!

Germantown living at its finest!
My fiancé and I have lived in Atlas for 5 months now and we absolutely love it here! Perfect location; easily accessible to downtown, quick to get on the highways, walking distance to a dozen bars and restaurants! We love walking around and checking out all that Germantown has to offer. The amenities are great and pool feels resort-like. The management team is quick to help out whenever you need and is very receptive to feedback. We will certainly be looking to renew our lease when the time comes!

Absolutely love Atlas!!
My fiancé, dog and I have lived at Atlas for a month now and we have had a great experience so far. The PM, Cory was so helpful prior to and during move in. We love our complex and the amenities. The location is top notch as well - walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, and places to shop. We are so happy we chose Atlas!

Well maintained complex, with lots of improvements underway. Manager Cory has been incredibly helpful throughout his time here. And maintenance has been lightning quick turning around the couple of requests I’ve put in. The location is very convenient, as I generally prefer walking if I can, it’s 20 minutes to downtown. Lots of great food in the Germantown area as well.

Good so far
Been living here for about the last month and it’s been great. The apartment is very nice as are the amenities but the real advantage is the location. There’s a ton within walking distance and a lot of the other great neighborhoods in nashville are a short drive away.

Love the apartment and location. A lot of turnover with apartment managers and maintenance. Requests can take a while to be completed and elevator is continuously broken. Overall I like the apartment and location though.

The location and property are amazing, Germantown is wonderful and the apartment has just right spec to be happy and comfortable. There are minor inconveniences from constant barrage of dust from the busy roads and the loud noises by commercial trucks dropping products at Christie's cookies. The parking is never available and you will have to street park, even after multiple conversations, the property manager has no answer for it. The only major issue is the property manager Cory, he is not organized, very confrontational and will never respond to any parking issues highlighted. He has anger issues and will never let you converse in civil way without making it confrontational, I have never seen a customer interfacing representative behave this way. If the property management company can place a better, more capable property manager, this property and location can't be beat!

I have enjoyed my time here at the Atlas over the past two years and I am hoping to renew for a third. Since the new management has been here they have done an excellent job! The only downside is the increasing rent - I understand the need to match "market value" however there is a point where you are out pricing and having high turnover in move-outs. Regardless, great location & great staff.

Atlas has been one of the best apartments I have lived at in my time in Nashville. It is a relatively small community with friendly neighbors and knowledgeable staff. The apartments themselves are very clean, nice, and quiet. My only complaint is the cement trucks that pass by during the night can be very loud if you are a light sleeper. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live!

So far everything has been good. Parking is a little worrisome as its tight and sometimes after working late there aren't any spots available due to parking space sizing and mix of compact vs. non compact
