The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful in every way possible. We have loved our apartment since we moved in a little over a year ago. There is a lot to do in the area within walking distance or a short uber ride. Highly recommend Atlas Germantown.

The community has been extremely kind and welcoming. The office staff are polite and courteous whenever you are in need of assistance. The pet friendly atmosphere is also a positive since I'm a pet owner. Being within walking distance from great food doesn't hurt either.

This place is just fine. New management took over last year and did some odd things like change the trash service and no longer allow roommates to split rent in the resident portal which is very annoying. Maintenance requests can take well over a week to get addressed. The parking garage gate seems to break almost once per month. Overall the units are nice, just a little overpriced for the space and storage. Great location. I probably would not recommend.

Ever since Cory has come on as manager to Atlas, he has been amazing!! Always willing to go above & beyond for each & every tenant, extremely welcoming as well as very involved. He’s made this community so much better since he stepped in last summer, truly couldn’t ask for a better neighbor & leasing manager to run our community. Him coming in is the entire reason I resigned for another year since he’s made everything so much more pleasant. Absolutely love Cory & what he’s done for Atlas, it’s like a whole new apartment!!

Community is great, Germantown is the best place! Walkable restaurants, bars, and the soccer stadium. It has a neighborhood feel and no tourist trucks. It's great! Only downside is construction, so make sure to check out the area around your apartment or unit.

I love living at Atlas. It is a very clean and quiet community. It has the perfect location. The staff members here are just the best. They are kind and always willing to help no matter the time of day. They make it feel like a home.

I've had a good experience at Atlas. Cory was super helpful when I moved in. Travis is fantastic at helping with any maintenance problems and even came to fix the elevator on Memorial Day for my move in. It's quiet, you don't get bothered by management hardly ever. I like the neighborhood a lot, so convenient to the bars and restaurants closeby. The only complaints I have are about parking. There aren't enough spaces in general, much less for SUVs. And the room allotted for each car is super tight. I have to make a 3 point turn regardless of where I park because of how close the cars are to each other.

I'm happy with my apartment and the community overall. The apartment is really beautiful with some nice features, such as quartz countertops, nice new appliances, and huge walk in closets. The community itself is nice too. Most of the residents seem pretty quiet and reserved, so if you're looking for a place to party this probably isn't it. The only real negative to me is a lack of community events. These do happen, but they're pretty rare, and I would like to see a fuller event calendar. The amenities are pretty nice but there are definitely comparable places with nicer amenities.

The location and view is nice but my experience living there is very frustrating. Elevators constantly broken down, not enough parking, security doors are broken for 2 years, no water pressure & more

I love my home and my community. It’s close to all my favorite restaurants and events. The staff here are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I don’t see myself leaving, well until we buy our home. If you don’t believe me just see for yourself.

I moved in May 2021 and have had nothing but a great experience. Each and every team member always greets me and my pup with a smile and in most cases a treat for my baby. The maintenance team responds quickly to any requests I’ve entered. I am more than happy to leave this review for a community that I have thoroughly enjoyed!

Where to start. They got taken over by RAM partners management and everything went down hill. The overall upkeep of the apartment was disgusting. I don't think they had the carpets cleaned once since the new management took over. Debris of trash on the floors in the hallways for weeks. The pool area that was constantly "closed" with no signs posted. The community stopped having resident socials and events. THIS WAS ALL POST COVID CLOSURE. From April 2021 on.... The dog stations were constantly full of poop and out of bags. The smell of sewage was unbearable during this time. The units were so humid that mildew and mold grew in the showers and everything felt constantly damp. It would take weeks for any maintenance requests to get fixed. The new property manager during this time was extremely hot headed and unwelcoming. He gave attitude if any question was asked about the condition of the property. His manner of communication to residents was very combative and borderline abusive. How he is in a hospitality position is beyond me. Safety: the elevators were consistently broken so the doors to the stairwells were left open where you didn't even need your fob to get in and out and up to the floors. The garage gates were also frequently broken allowing any cars to park there taking up the space from the residents. They actually made one of the garages a PAID garage and told residents they could not park there or they would be ticketed and soon switched over to an all pay system where everyone had to pay for a spot which was in breach of the lease agreement that provided parking. It was definitely far from a luxury experience. There are much nicer apartment complexes in Nashville that are well secured and upkept with friendlier staff and with resident social programming in place.
