Nice apartments and staff

Moving to Nashville and looking in the Germantown and Gulch area. Stopped in a for a tour and Gianna was so nice and friendly. My family and I really enjoyed the tour and might be moving in next year. I just wanted to let y’all know she did a great job.

Great Tour

I came to tour this community and had a great experience. The staff was amazing, so helpful and nice. I am still making my final decision but this is in the top three communities that I have toured. I love the location in Germantown, so close to so many neat restaurants and bars.

Love the area and the community!

I enjoy living at this community, the events are my favorite part! You get to know your neighbors and have a good time, happy hours are my favorite. The gym is great too and the place is kept clean all the time

The location is really what you're paying for. Great appliances and I love my sink so much! But I absolutely loath how you have to "latch" every single place you go in the building even after you get passed the front door. It's very annoying. Even the dog park across the way you have to have your phone. Matt in the office is the absolute best! I like living here. My view from my 4th floor balcony is the best! But it's ridiculously priced

Virtual tour

Relocating from another state is very difficult so I am incredibly thankful for the virtual tour I received. I was shown all of the amenities, model and even the apartment I am moving into. I think it was generous for the agent to take their time showing me where I would park, the surrounding area and the community itself.

Building has a lot of nice amenities. Finishings seem like they were rushed and Building feels understaffed for its size. Main Elevator is been broken for almost a month and it took several weeks for them to provide an update (part on backorder). For the price I am paying each month, I do not feel like we are receiving the level of service I expected. I regret my decision to live here.

I love my individual unit and the amenities, the location, and the front office is very kind! But there are communication issues. The elevators are out constantly. The main one being out for the last 3 weeks, and the one in the back of the building going out sporadically. There has been little to no update on when we will get elevator service back.

Great property, better employees

Toured here with Matt and he was very informative about local places in the area. Germantown is very walkable and this property is in the perfect spot so you’re not dealing with a lot of traffic even for Sounds games. I also really liked how they weren’t close to any construction so I don’t have to worry about that waking me up in the morning. I definitely recommend checking this place out for a tour!

Class place to live!

I have honestly really enjoyed staying here and sad I have to leave to return to England! Amenities were great and soooo close to downtown where there is so much to do! Staff were really friendly and always eager to help out and resolve problems!

Great living space, great location

I have rented in several big cities over the years and this is by far the best place I have stayed in. The units are very spacious and clean when moving in, the staff is just a phone call away day and/or night, and the location is second to none.

Tour at Hume House

I had a great tour of Hume House with Marianna. She’s very nice and already made me feel welcome. It has a great pool area with multiple grills and coolers outside. The game room and club room really caught my attention since I work from home and can have the option to work there instead of just in my apartment. Also the gym is much better than most apartments that I have toured. I can’t wait to move in!

At first it seemed like a good experience then quickly turned into a negative one. We recently found out we have a baby due in May and I am a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD. We decided that we need to move out of the busy city for not only myself but the baby as well. We're quickly running out of room in our one bedroom apartment with no where to store food for ourselves or the baby because we have limited cabinets and no pantry. We decided that we should go ahead and buy a house before the baby gets here because that is the smartest thing to do. Our lease is up in beginning of September, we're under contract for a house so we asked the leasing office what we must pay to break our lease(usually 2 months in most places). THEY WANT OVER $18,000 UP FRONT. Not a chance, it would end up costing more to break the lease then to pay month to month which makes 0 sense. Very money hungry group. We already pay an insane amount in rent each month. So we went ahead bought the house will be moving soon and I guess we will be paying mortgage and rent at the same time because the Hamilton refuses to be realistic. In what world is paying 18K to break a lease reasonable. Oh, the WiFi also goes out every single day and the latch system may take 5 minutes to let you in your door depending on the day.

Community is very nice and clean, it is a new build so that comes with many perks. The location is in the heart of Germantown so there are many fun things to do- all within walking distance. All of the amenities are nice

It's ok. For the price it would be nice to have things such as coffee in the lobby. (The coffee machine is in the rental office). Also the gym needs more equipment and at times appears dirty so would appreciate that being cleaned more.

A typical large property management company owned building: poorly constructed but with fancy fixtures and appliances; can hear neighbors through walls; and unnecessary monthly charges (e.g., an additional fee for an emailed invoice from a third party service). Gym is really nice, dog park and pool are just narrow rectangles but so far they have been well kept/clean and PLENTY of pool lounge chairs. In general the management has been good (not the best nor the worst I've experienced). The building's contract with AT&T has been aggravating, but WIFI connection has been pretty solid. The thing to love about this building and what you're paying high cost for is the location.

The Hamilton - gorgeous new apartments!

The location is awesome - it's right in the middle of Germantown, and the apartments are brand new and look great! There are so many things around the area that are walkable, and it seems very friendly with lots of people walking their dogs, etc. Very charming! Excited to start living here!!
