Newest and nicest place in Germantown/Nashville
This is a gorgeous new community. The kitchens and bathrooms especially stand out and really "pop". The staff has been extra helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my move-in date as this place is worth every penny.

Can't wait to move in!
I am moving in on the first day they open, and I am so excited! Marianna has been extremely helpful through the whole process, and even let me tour the property with a hardhat and vest! I can't believe how perfect of a location this is at - SO many walkable places to go, and right in the middle of the "hot" spot of Germantown/Downtown Nashville. So excited!

This will be THE PLACE to live in Germantown
I did a hard hat tour, and I can already tell how awesome this community is gonna be. The layout, the appliances, the custom bathroom tile, the views, the accessibility... it's got it all. Can't wait to call it home in June!
