Maintenance is terrible, very unprofessional staff when it comes to pest control and asking for maintenance. Change of manager or staff every year. It was very good at first but then later on I say than a year that's when the problems started to happen.

As far as my apartment goes, it's fine. The way certain things in the rooms are designed make no sense, but it's tolerable. As for dealing with the office staff, that's where I regret choosing this complex. They treat you like your important and you matter while going through the process. Once you sign the lease, it's a whole different story. I've been ignored, treated like I'm bothering them, during business hours mind you. Don't believe the promises, this place looks nicer than it actually is. My goal is not to renew my lease.

Could be better my apartment is infested with roaches thats honestly my only concern last year when my lease was up they gave me a prorated quote 2 days before I had to pay they told me they made a mistake & wouldn't give me an extension since I was told at a late notice?

There are to many nats/ticks in the apartment I've asked the leasing center to send out pest control and they've yet to come and take care this issue. This is one the reasons i won't be renewing my lease.

The leasing agents are very kind, I will admit. The residents however can be loud and messy. The parking lots are filled with litter, and there is always broken glass by the dumpsters. Random fees are added to rent, most of which make no sense. I get charged every month for trash, but we take our own trash out. There is a monthly gas fee, but the units are all electric. We get charged monthly for pest control but they do not come every month even though they should. I do appreciate that there is in unit washing, and the units themselves are nice. But with how expensive rent already is, the extra fees are overkill.

Better than at first thought. Originally moved from out of state with no actual tours or ideas of how the layout or environment would be, however given the leap of faith of going into a lease blind, I can rest assured that the faith was well placed.

Water be getting cut off for no reason. Walls crack easily. The dishwasher never works every time they come to "fix" it the machine mess up the next day. Always having criminal activity and loud siren noises every night. You can also easily hear thru the thin walls. Somebody always shooting over here at night time you can hear the gun shots.

We just moved in at the beginning of November, no problems so far, some roaches here and there but not too bad. Nice layout, big sink, storage & balcony is nice. Beautiful trees and nice water pressure. Bar is great.

at first when i would put in a work order they would come right away, this last time i put in a work order about a month ago or longer and they have not shown up,i have called and all i get is maintenance is behind on orders. this is very frustrating when cold air is coming thru the door. my electric bill continues to be very high, but yet if we don't pay the rent on time they want to evict go figure.

I love living here. But the landscape needs a lot of work. Some of the walkways are impassable when it rains and for days after. I think the rent is a little on the high side and they try to raise it every year. And I think that should be illegal especially for people on a fixed income like myself.

I hate these apartments. I only stay here because my rent is affordable. We have huge horrible cracks in every wall that must definitely be a hazard as well as an eye sore but management refuses to do anything about it. We live by the pool and there are shootings and loud non residents in the area every night during the summer. There is a gate but it doesn't even work. There's a small gym but it's never open.

I enjoy the community, entertainment is near, highway close by, clean environment great food places and grocery stores adjacent, the Tipton could do a better job of security and understanding we live in a hard economy and provide different payment options to better help residents. Maintenance is awesome ! No tow trucks prowling on your property parking is great ! The pool is wonderful I highly suggest you get more cameras in the back fence

Well this property has been under at least 4 different property management companies.The current management companies is the best.The previous company management was hell. I'm NOT talking about Joann or GG but before them that Management Company was racist and they talk to people any kind of way. I wouldn't have surprised me if a fight would have happen. When rent is due they kept a police officer in the leasing office during that time period because how they talked to people. At this time it is very quiet. I like quiet.If you look up maintenance record for my apartment, my apartment made good profit. That being said, I think should get a deed for my apartment ??

Very nice place to live. Easy access to all the shopping places. They do keep up with maintenance always working on stuff. Expensive no discount for disabled. I been here since 1991 they use to do a month free rent when you signed a new lease All good

The community is fine. I do not talk or really engage with my neighbors. The biggest downsides have been in the summer when people are out at the pool all nigh, are loud, and I can hear it from my apartment. Maintance responds to tickets promptly, and give me no fuss. It has not been unpleasant living here, pretty average.

I've lived here over a year, my neighbors are friendly, and quiet, everyone stays to themselves. Maintenance keeps the property as clean as possible, and fix problems as quickly as they can. I haven't encountered any issues since I've been here.

It's been an exciting experience here the people with dogs don't clean up after them the kids don't put the trash in the containers all kind of auto parts every where there is too many roaches no matter how many times you spray or get it sprayed

This pace is 100% the worst apartment in Arlington. please do yourself a favor and stay at a homeless shelter. Way too many bugs, the apartment management will not send someone over to help. The "community" smells like poop.

Not really happy. They add on additional taxes and fees that they dont tell you up front. Getting repairs done can be slow. l had bathroom leaks for months with mold growing and they only painted over it thr first few times. There are bugs, but you pay for pest control that l have only seen once. Cabinet doors dont close all the way. l was promised an updated apartment, and l am paying for an updated apartment, but it is far from being updated. l definitely will not renew my lease.

It's a good community to the best of my knowledge. And a great apartment with great experience and good staff. And it was good environment to leave. Sometimes the office has a lot of programs for tenants. And their environment clean all the time.

Dog poop everywhere. Dead grass and plants but exorbitant water bills. Unreasonable fees for subpar service. Flat fees and square footage fees for water, sewer, pest, and gas. Excessive fees! The community requires more for the price!
