My first year living in this apartment complex I had issues with my above neighbors. I contacted the police & keep records notified the front office but nothing was every done. I just had to move to another apartment. Also since I have been here there is roaches and bugs. I have bomb my apartment several times and still have issues. They had their pest control company come out, but they never really spray. I have them on camera coming into my apartment and he never sprayed any bug/roach spray. This is one of the reasons why they keep having issues their paying a company that is not doing there job effectively. As soon as I can get my house I will be leaving this complex.

I thought we were moving into a decent apartment but we've have issues since the beginning. We have roaches and other little bugs in which I thought the pest control had come so either they didn't come or you all need better pest control options. I shouldn't have to go buy my own pest control chemicals to get rid of the roaches/bugs.

I hate this community because...This is honestly the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at. I've heard a minimum of seven shootings from the inside of my apartment and then on the balcony and witnessed two different shootings. Not even remotely a safe place to stay, the staff is very rude with the exception of the maintenance team. Cassandra is extremely rude and lacks personal and communication skills. She doesn't look you in the eyes or finish her sentences. Apartments are outdated, the area is extremely unsafe, and I've even had black mold in my apartment Due to unclean air ducts and vents. Zero out of 10 for a recommendation. Save your money and go somewhere else.

From what I seen this place is just right and they keep it clean when I come to visit a friends it's always nice and clean also I have a question because I'm thinking about moving in do these apartments come with internet???

I really like these apartments. There are some minor problems but overall are great. I do hate that the rent keeps going up every year. This makes no sense as nothing has been upgraded in my apartment.

1- staff need retraining 2- vehicle break ins at night 3- people not living in the community criss crossing at will 4- being charged $ for bedroom rug cleaning as if it was never to be stepped on 5-very good maintenance guys

It was easy to get in. However the noice is quite a nuisance. My car has been hit several times. The staff are great but no one can help with the cars that drive crazy in the parking lot. Night box would be great for making rent payments. The online payments can not be used. I cant sign in to make an account.

Not good. From the second week I moved in there has been nothing but an endless barrage of negative occurrences. The complex is not safe at all, it's filthy, there is a legitimate issue with community violence, I could go on. A neighbor I have befriended lived in the Bronx for years and said this is easily worse. People in the office have always been kind and helpful, but the community itself is awful. Surprised I've made it past the 6 month mark.

This is nice place to live and very clean . when I make a request for affix something they responded very fast , the staff is very respectful, and confidence I agree with the rules because this rules maintain the place beautiful.

its a chill community sometimes it can get loud but nothing at night, I don't really see a lot of people out, there is kid out sometimes which I'm not saying its bad, because I actually enjoy that they are out playing and not stuck inside their apartments.

Very good location, the apartment is secured and peaceful with very friendly and helpful neighbors Despite the fact that the apartments gates are not working, there has never been a record of violence or attack. There is also police security patrol from time to time. The staffs of the apartment are very helpful, they see to the fixing of anything that needs to be fixed on time. They maintenance people are honest; they do their work without touching what doesn't belong to them. I will definitely recommend this place.

It's been good. Maintenance responds same day or next day. I have no issues with office staff. I usually just pay online anyways. Property is well maintained. Neighbors are normally pretty quiet. All in all good apartments to live in so far.

Moving in agents are very polite there has been a few times that the communication with the staff the ball is dropped we know only deal with one particular staff when having any issues. Would like to get rid of the Marijuana smokers the soke coming through the vents makes my apartment smell like I've been smoking Marijuana seems to be nothing that can be done

The cost is too high for the DIY type upgrades, roaches, and we're charged $4per month for pest control they we have to ask for. NO resident parking. We pay to live here and if not at residents by a certain time you won't have a place to park. Visitors should park along the back fence phase one. There's been complaints and all we get is suttercreek has open parking. That's not fair to paying residents. There's also standing water in one of the parking spaces which is unhealthy and stink's and attracts unwanted insects. The walls are very very thin phase 1.

Current management is rude and untrustworthy. I was not allowed to even see the apartment my family and were transferring to un til the day we had to move. We were lied to in letting us know that the apartment was almost brand new when in actuality it had many defects that are yet to be taken cared of...especially the heavy roach infestation. According to them they have fumigated several times but the infestation get heavier each time. The leasing manager is very rude every time we have gone to her, nothing compared to the previous managers. I am going to find a way out of my lease due to not getting much help from current management.

This was me and my boyfriend first apartment together. The staff of nice. But this apartment cineplex is really old. There's a really bad issue with roach and bugs. During spring and summer. We ended up having to Bomb the apartment twice. We live on the side of complex where the road is. This road never sleeps. You will hear people racing cars, ambulances etc

It is peaceful, neat and highly commendable especially in area of security and prompt action taken in fixing any discrepancies . The staffs at the leasing office are always pleasant and helpful. I have a problem with the frequent hike in other Bill's without notice.

I feel that it's not worth the rent, the general laundry machine doesn't wash your clothes properly. The gym is barely equipped with anything other than cardio machines and then it closes at 5, so if you work a 9-5, you can't use the gym.

The area is pretty good area not too far from Dallas or Fort Worth. Lot of school zones in the area high schools in different middle schools. Close to stores and restaurants. You get what you pay for. Friendly staff

Not Satisfied with experience. Too ------ and unorganized. loud neighbors who let toddlers run around in the middle of the street unattended. Every single person I meet is rude, fake or incompetent. That is all.
